《I don't love》Part 22

Steve's POV
"I'm not stopping at another bed and breakfast." She said with a smile.
"Well, I thought it was lovely." I said and she smirked.
"Maybe because those places counted as hotels on your time." She said and I laughed.
"Almost on the spot." I said and she looked at me. She had taken the wheel as a protest against any bed and breakfasts around. She claimed that she now had the power to decide. Her lit up and her eyes widened as she looks behind my head.
"Look." She said and I followed her eyes outside the window.
A big old church could be seen on the right side of the car. It was a bit away and looked, as almost everything around her, abounded.
"Let's go check it out." Natasha said.
"A church? I didn't knew you were into those kinds of things." I said looking at her.
"I'm into the abounded part." She said with a smile.
She turned into a little road towards the church. Trees were on both sides of the road, making it look like a beautiful entrance. I looked at Natasha's face who suddenly became expressionless. Her body tensed and I felt something was wrong.
"Oh." She whispered quietly. So quiet I could barley hear her. Only read her lips. "I promise. I didn't know." She said louder but still with an unemotional voice.
"What is it?" I asked as we stepped out of the car.
"I've been here before." She said as she walked towards the church. She stepped up a few stairs to the front door and put her hand on the door. It was as if she thought she would remember something. She turned around quickly.
"We have to leave!" She shouted and I felt something hard against my back. I looked at Natasha's face who got a scared look.
"You're not going anywhere." A voice said behind me and I looked around to see more men armed with guns. Two men went up to Natasha with guns aimed at her head.
"I'm sorry. I didn't know." She mouthed and I nodded. Of course she didn't. My stomach twisted in fear as they led me and Natasha into the church.
When we got in, we were greeted by a surprisingly warmer church that didn't look abounded on the inside. It had some flaws but everything looked alright.
We were led trough the aisle. Natasha walked forward me with two men at her sides. I knew she could beat them down, but with the amount of men with guns behind us, there was no way we would make it without or weapons.
I looked forwards and saw a man standing in the front of the church. I looked back again as I realised who it was.
Bucky.
Natasha's POV
I looked back at Steve who had his eyes focused on Bucky. This was my fault. But I had no idea. I didn't know. I didn't remember. Until now.
"You again. Nice surprise I must say." Bucky said with a smile.
"This isn't him. He doesn't remember." I said and looked back at Steve.
Steve looked at me with pained eyes.
"Natalia. What are you talking about? I remember everything." Bucky said as the men pushed me towards Bucky and Steve to the wall, so he could see us.

The men let go of my arms and Bucky touched my face gently.
"Can't believe you actually came back her willingly." He said and touched my face. I hit his hand away and he smiled.
He then looked at Steve as he took my wrist and held it tight.
"Can you believe it, Captain America right? Many years ago, I was supposed to get married in this church." He said and looked around. "With sweet Natalia over here." He said and Steve looked at me. He had the look on his face as if I had betrayed him. My heart moved and I felt the urge to throw up.
"But then, when I stood in here, waiting for her to walk inside. She was gone. She managed to escape." Bucky said as he let go of my wrist and I made an angry face. "But that's what I love about her, she always manages to get away." He said.
"Stop. You don't remember." I said harsh and Bucky looked at me.
"I remember everything I need to remember. And that's us." He said as he squeezed my chin hard.
"Let her go!" Steve growled and Bucky did as he said.
"So you feel the same. That's cute. Natasha proved her feelings for you very clear during our last meeting." Bucky said and I looked at Steve.
"Will be fine." He mouthed and I smiled a little.
"Too bad Natasha has forgotten a very important lesson. Remember Natasha? What you learned when you were little." Bucky said and turned to me again. I wanted to scream. He knew too much. He almost knew everything.
"Black widow does not love. Remember? How hard is it for you to understand that?" He asked and I looked away.
"It's enough." I said loudly and Bucky smiled.
"How many times didn't they hit you? How many times didn't they torture you and rape you?" Bucky said with a smile.
"Shut up!" Steve screamed so loud it echoed for at least 30 seconds.
"That's the worse you can do?" I said looking at Bucky who looked surprised by my response. He hit me hard on the cheek and I felt my head get a little dizzy. When I got my sight back, Steve was fighting a bunch of men and I hit Bucky back hard. He fell to the ground and I ran to help Steve. I did my best and knocked down a lot of men with my body and cursed at the fact that I didn't bring a gun. The only time I don't bring one is the one time I need one. Typical.
"Steve." I said right before a man shot him and I forgot to breath. The shot hit him right in the chest and I forgot everything. He looked at me as he fell to the ground and I think I screamed. I could hear. A few seconds later I had ten guns pressed at my body and another ten on Steve's lifeless body. I felt something hard against my head and everything went black.
Steve's POV
I had troubled breathing as I woke. I could feel the smell of blood and my chest hurt. I slowly opened my eyes and found myself alone in a little room. It was dark. I couldn't see a thing.

"Nat?" I said with a broken voice.
I didn't get an answer.
"Natasha?!" I shouted a little louder and the only thing I could hear was my own echo.
My eyes got used to the darkness and I looked around. By the looks of it, it could be an old prison cell. I hoped I was still in the church but didn't have a clue. My thought wondered on to Natasha and my stomach turned upside down. My body was filled with worry and it felt like I would explode. I needed to get to her. To save her. I tried to stand and realised I had hard to walk. I stood up and took a deep breath and could feel blood in my mouth. I moaned as the pain went from my chest down to my legs. I went to the old looking prison door and hit it hard. It didn't break. I felt a nervous feeling up my spine. It usually breaks at the first time. I hit again and I felt the pain become stronger. I hit the door again and I fell to the ground in pain. My eyes closed and I felt sleepy.
"STEVE!" A familiar voice woke me up and I felt the energy come back to me as I heard her. Natasha.
"Nat?!" I shouted through the door. I could hear her breath out in relief.
"You have to break the door." She shouted and I started hitting the door again. I tried to ignore the pain that went though my body. I focused on my goal. To get to Natasha. That's all I focused on. To get to Natasha.
After twenty hits the door broke and I got out on the other side. Natasha swung her arms around my neck and kissed me quickly.
"We have to get out of here!" She said stressed and took my arm to drag me with her. I didn't start walking.
"Natasha? Are you okey?" I asked as I thought my heart stopped beating at the sight of her. She had scratch marks and blood on her face. She started to get blue on the cheek were Bucky hit her. I looked down and noticed that she only wore underwear and her shirt. Her legs had knife stabs and scratch as blood ran down her right leg. She looked at me with big eyes.
"We have no time to discuss that. You'll die." She said as she dragged me with her. We ran as quickly as I could through something that looked like tunnels and made it out on a door in a garden close to the church.
"They've forgotten about our car. We'll have to get to it. We have to run." She said stressed but I couldn't focus. She dragged me with her as she run as quickly as her legs could carry her.
I got into the car and Natasha drove away before I could even close the front door. A few shots came at the car and hit the back windows. But they didn't have a chance to get after her with Natasha behind the wheel. She looked at me now and then to see if I was awake and then focused at the road. She took up her phone and realised it was broke.
"Shit." She said and pressed down the gas harder. My head was laid back on the headrest and I looked at Natasha's legs. The red blood made its was across her white clear skin and I shrugged. I touched one of the stab wounds lightly and she looked down at my hand.
"I'm sorry." I said and she looked at me angrily.
"Stop it. We both know this is my fault. Please don't die." She said as she focused on the road again.
Ten minutes later, Natasha stopped the car outside a hospital and ran out of the car to and I tried to get out as well. It didn't work as I wanted. My body didn't follow my mind and Natasha helped me to walk.
As soon as we had gotten into the hospital Natasha started to scream for help.
"Please help! He's been shot! It's urgent!" Some Poole reacted but no doctors came for the run. "It's Captain fucking America!" She screamed as two doctors came running into the room. Another three came from a door and they all put me on a bed and drove me of into the oar. I could hear Natasha ran after me.
The door closed but opened quickly again.
"Miss you can't be in here." A doctor said and Natasha stood by the bed with a worried look. I smiled.
"I'll be fine. I trusted you to save my life and you did." I said and Natasha's worried face turned into a surprised one as a doctor dragged her outside. "Someone take care of her wounds!" I said as the doctor closed the door behind them.
Natasha's POV
When I woke up, I was laying in a hospital bed with something injected into my hand. I took it out and looked at my legs. All my wounds were cleaned and taken care of. I stepped to my feet and realised I was wearing a hospital gown. If I found out who changed my clothes, I would kill them.
I went outside my room and looked around.
"You have to tell me where Captain America is!" I said to a doctor. She tried to walk away but I grabbed her arm. "Tell me!" I almost shouted and someone came behind me and grabbed my hands. I turned around to hit them and realised my hard move went straight through the air. Someone knew my moves. I looked around and saw Clint's face. Relief sprinted through my body and I fell into his arms.
"I need to find Steve." I whispered desperately in his ear.
"Steve's fine. He's fine. He's alive." Clint said as he hugged me tight.
"I'm so stupid. I didn't recognise it. The place. I didn't.." I pleaded.
"We caught Bucky." Clint said and I looked at his face.
"What?" I asked.
"They came after you. We caught them." He said and I felt my chest lighten. He's caught. Steve is alive.
"I need to see Steve." I said to Clint who nodded.

8 231HUD: Wargame (Sci-Fi GameLit)
★★★★★UNFRIGGENBELIEVABLE!!!!!! "HUD: Wargame is a sci-fi GameLit worth reading." -TienSwitch ★★★★★Rock-solid FPS GameLit. "Nic - the main character - is an ambitious, hyper-competitive perfectionist, and the story fortunately handles him correctly in that it does not push these traits too far." -Akaso ★★★★★This is a good one! "This is one of those stories where you read the first few paragraphs and can just tell that the author has the chops to tell a story. It's engaging and the rules are well thought out and clearly explained. The action is punchy and exciting. Anyway, read it." -HonourRae In the future, everything is a game. Even war. 18-year-old Nic Sigfried wants the high score. Virtually piloting a real-life robot, he'll face off against his peers with the help of his AI guidance system, RTIFIS. The prize? New worlds across the galaxy that are ripe for human conquest and terraforming. It sounds glamorous on paper, but this job might be more dangerous than he thought... HUD: Wargame is the first of a five-part sci-fi series featuring GameLit elements. HUD: Wargame contains some (simulated) violence and very sparing PG-13 profanity. Updates Monday-Thursday-Saturday.
8 429Nexus
Not a real reincarnation. Welcome to Nexus. A place where the multiverse intersects. Chris Garcia was trying to do the right thing for his sibling when he is shot and killed. Instead of his soul moving on to the next life. He is given another opportunity. Well of course he takes it. Or there will be no story. He gets some ability then dumped into the Nexus. He has much to learn, lucky for him, his ability brings him allies so he won’t die so quickly. (This is my attempt to improve my writing skill. Constuctive criticism are highly welcome) *Note: Some things will develop fast. Other will be a slow burner. Tags will be added as I progress the story. (Honestly, I have no idea where this story is going anymore). Please don't rate this story yet. Give me till 100 chapter to figure out what I'm doing haha. If I can simply entertain some of the readers, that's enough for me. Thanks for taking the time to read! I decide to not edit past chapters. Only touch up on grammers if I get around to it. I want to see the progression of my writing skill.
