*Later that night*

Jackie gently knocks on Jack's door. She comes in and says " I have noticed how you are frequently with Marilyn. Everyone has. Do you realize how careless you are, and how this makes us look? People told me that you were known to cheat on women when I married you, but I thought that I could change that. I know that I shouldn't have thought that, but this has gone too far. People are seeing you out with Marilyn and are noticing that you are gone at party's that Marilyn also attends to. Now, as long as I am married to you, you will not be seeing other women, or else I will be forced to divorce you." Jack says nothing. He simply nods his head, as he was in shock. Jackie walked out.

Jack walked into the blue room, obviously upset. Lem Billings, Jacks best friend since third grade, was in there. Lem knew everything about Jack including his infidelities. Lem secretly had always liked Jackie and was always there for her, but he loved Jack too much as a friend to ever do such a thing as to take her. He heard what Jackie said to Jack, and saw Jackie running to her room and crying. "What just happened?" Lem asked Jack. Jack took a deep, shaky breath and said,"Jackie knows about Marilyn and said that she will not still be married to me if this continues to happen." Lem replied," I'm sorry she found out Jack, but it's pretty obvious. It's wrong anyway."

At about midnight, Jackie woke up thirsty and went to go get some water. She heard a phone ring from Jacks room. She pressed her ear to the door. "Jackie! You mustn't eavesdrop!" She thought to herself. But temptation got the best of her. "Hello this is Jack Kennedy." Jack said. "Hello Jack. It's Marilyn." Marilyn said in a whispery voice. "Marilyn..." Jack started. "Jack. I want to know if you will love me forever." Marilyn interrupted. Jack answered, "Marilyn, this can't go on. I am married to Jackie and she is the only one that I love." Jackie heard all of this and smiled. She just knew that Jack would do the right thing.
