“you know what i just realized?” y/n laughs as her and beverly walk side by side to their next class.
“what?”
“we didn't have a thanksgiving dinner. or even acknowledge that it was thanksgiving.”
the redhead laughs, nudging
the older female.
“that’s alright, you've still got christmas.”
“yeah, you're definitely right.” before the y/h/c haired girl can step into the classroom, an arm snakes around her waist and a warm body presses against her backside. she gasps at the sudden embrace, but relaxes as she immediately knows who it is.
“we're ditching.” patrick tells her, his soft lips just barely grazing the skin of her ear.
beverly stares at the two with a raised eyebrow and a smirk on her somewhat pouty lips.
“go, i'll cover for you.” she chuckles, shooing her newfound best friend and the hockstetter boy away.
y/n lets out a squeal as patrick lifts her up, a broken “thank you” falling past her lips as she waves goodbye to beverly.
patrick holds the smaller female on his shoulder, a grin on his face as she grunts in annoyance.
she was absolutely thankful for no one being in the halls.
as soon as they get out of the school's back door, the tall young man puts his girlfriend down and pushes her against the brick wall.
he stares at her for a while, taking in all of her beauty, his head shaking slightly as he smiles.
“what?” she giggles, gently pushing his chest, “what?”
“i love you.” as soon as the words leave his mouth he visibly freezes, blue eyes going wide as his hands remove themselves from y/n's hips.
he was hoping it wasn't too soon. even though he had feelings for her for awhile, they'd only started dating just three days ago.

she feels a few tears collect in her eyes, her heart racing a thousand times per second.
so this is what pure bliss felt like.
“i—”
“olive juice.” the boy stutters, regaining posture and pulling her in close, “i meant olive juice.”
y/n giggles, nuzzling her face into his chest in order to hide the sparkling tears that fell elegantly down her cheeks.
“olive juice too.” she mutters, gripping the boy tightly in case her knees give out.
☆
“agh, patrick!” she screeches, gripping onto the pale boy as the both of them fall off the cliff.
the cold wind bites at their skin, but it doesn't bother either of them.
before they're even able to process what's happening, water is swallowing them whole, causing their bodies to separate.
y/n smiles and waves at the boy underwater, watching as his hair flies everywhere.
he waves back, grabbing her hand as the both of them swim towards the surface.
when they reach air, they both take in huge breaths, hair sticking to their faces, undergarments feeling heavy on their skin.
patrick pulls the girl in close, something he felt the need to do anytime he was near her. it was almost as if he was reassuring himself that everything was okay, that she was real and that she was his.
they swim and play around for hours, soon deciding to get out as the sun begins to set.
patrick picks up his pants off the grass and digs in the pocket, hand instinctively grabbing the zippo.
he glances over at his y/n, watching as she likes peacefully on a large rock beside the water.
he was amazed by her; he didn't understand how she could be so graceful, so nice, even to him.
eventually he snaps out of his lovesick trance, beginning to collect a bunch of dry leaves and put them in a pile a little ways from the quarry.

“baby.” patrick calls as he makes his way towards the smaller female. she smiles up at him, allowing his long arms to wrap around her waist and lift her up. she intertwines her legs around his torso.
he walks her towards the pile of leaves, resting her on the blanket he brought from home.
she watches with tired eyes as he flicks the zippo open, leaning forward and letting it rest against a leaf.
before they know it, the entire mound of leaves is on fire, the flames reflecting delicately in their pupils.
y/n sits between patrick’s legs, her practically bare back resting against his naked front.
his long arms are wrapped her around her waist, his hands resting on her thighs and rubbing the skin ever so slightly.
the eighteen year old female fiddles with patrick's zippo, mindlessly flicking it open and closed, a look of fascination written all over her features.
she flicks it on, suddenly feeling a sharp sting in her thumb as the tiny flame just barely brushes it.
“shit!” y/n gasps, throwing the zippo further away from her and beginning to examine her finger.
her boyfriend chuckles behind her, his hair tickling her as he leans even closer to grab her wrist.
he moved her hand all around, inspecting the now red area at the top of her thumb. and then, without even so much as a second thought, he sticks her thumb in his mouth.
his girlfriend turns her head so that she can see his face, eyes wide and full of shock, a bit of lust mixing in as well.
the hockstetter boy smirks, releasing her finger from his enticing, coral colored lips and massaging it gently.
y/n stares at him with her mouth slightly agape, her whole body heating up as she slowly removes herself from in between his legs, only to turn around and sit on top of them.
their noses brush as his pale, dreamy eyes meet her y/e/c ones.
“you're beautiful.” they both say at the same time, small laughs falling past their lips before abruptly stopping.
patrick's eyes slowly close as he leans in, his lips at last moving against y/n's sugary ones feverishly.
the crackles of the fire along with their noises of pleasure is all that's heard in the remotely dark, night sky.
