《Dangerous Love- JJK》CHAPTER-17

Jung kook was in the hospital for the past couple of the days. He was elated and relaxed when informed that Roth has died. He was super excited knowing that he fired the bullet which killed Roth.
He was recovering well and the doctors said that he was rather recovering fast. I always stayed by his side in his room, we both stealing glances at each other to stay discreet from my brother.
I decided to tell my brother but Jung kook was a little hesitant as in a way Jackson is still his boss and my brother will not like the idea of Jung kook fucking his little sister so I also dropped the idea.
We steeled a few touches and kisses here and there when my brother was not around.
I went home and knocked on my brother’s office door. I went in after he said a small ‘come in’. I entered his office and took a seat in front of his desk. I was super nervous about telling him about my relationship with Jung kook. I could not look him in the eye. I was fumbling with my fingers, knotted in my lap.
I mustered up my courage and took a deep breath saying “I want to tell you something” “Yeah, go ahead.” He said. “I am in a relationship with Jung kook, we both love each other and I want you to approve it.” I said in one go.
My brother froze and looked up at me. I still had my gaze on the knotted fingers in my lap. I slowly looked up to meet my brothers’ eyes and found him smirking. Why was he smirking?
“Took you long enough to tell me” he said and went back to typing on his computer. He knew. How? How long? A millions of questions were running through my head.

“You think I didn’t notice the naughty glances you throw at each other in the hospital room. The way you look at each other and the few kisses you shared when you thought that I was not around?” he asked answering my thoughts.
“You approve of it?” I asked hesitantly. He went quite for a while and then spoke “Yeah, I am fine with it as long as you are happy.” he said.
I was elated with the news but my brother told me not to tell it to Jung kook as he wanted to know as to when Jung kook was going to convey the news to him.
I accepted his request and kept my mouth shut.
I couldn’t hide my smile upon reaching the hospital. The doctors told us that he can be discharged after a few days and should rest afterwards. As far as I knew Jung kook he will not rest at all and be on duty from day one of being discharged.
I can’t help it. It’s his choice at the end. Even if I tell him to rest he would sneak out to be on duty. So I did not say anything.
We both were happy with the news of his discharge.
As I was feeding him he was continuously staring at me. “Why are you staring at me?” I asked. “You are just so mesmerizing that I can’t help but stare.” He replied.
My cheeks heated up and I turned my face away to hide my red cheeks. He held my chin and turned my face towards his and placed a soft peck on my lips and said “I love you Y/n. so much that you can’t even imagine.” “I love you more Jung kook.” I relied back and pulled him into a kiss.

As I came back home I was greeted by my brother pacing around the living room. I went up to him. As he saw me he said “Oh Y/n you came. Sit, I have something to tell you.” He made me sit on the sofa and drew in a deep breath and continued “So…um…. I actually… I proposed Mia for marriage and she said yes so I am getting married by the end of this week.” He said while rubbing the back of his neck.
I immediately hugged him and congratulated him. I was so happy for him and Mia.
Everything just put into its right place and everyone was finally happy and no more danger looming over us.

He finds an intruder in his room, who claims to be a woman—a mythical creature only existed in ancient texts. Against his expectation, she has no wings attached to her back, no laser guns on her shoulders, and not the slightest idea about the endless war between the Republic of Moskva and its vassal states. Suspecting she’s a government experiment, Alexei determines to find answers to the impossible existence of women. However, the deeper he digs into the dark, the further he realizes there’s more to the eternal war than he’s allowed to know. And the sooner he can stop the cycle of needless deaths the better, before he's shut down. Permanently. [Apart from being a war novel, this story is also a progression fantasy. A Nation of Distances (possibly a dystopian love story)
Michael lives in a toxic macho world with extreme male hierarchy. When he gets a weird rating that makes his place even more problematic he's forced to choose a fiancée at a Wife School, and he slowly discovers more about the other side of the great divide between the sexes in The Nation. If only the world would stop being so complicated... On the other side there's Megan, who's more interested in books than in marriage, and the unpredictable Eliza who seems to have a connection with Micheal already. Will they be able to cross the distance and become friends against all the rules of their own world, or will they just be crushed? Are positive relationships between men and women even possible? And is there a way to change the world or is that just a naive thought of a silly wimp? 'A Nation of Distances' is a slightly dystopian dialogue-heavy drama set in a low sci-fi future setting about the war between the sexes, disconnect and friendship. The genre will fluctuate in between more slice-of-life parts and soft sci-fi drama with possible romantic elements, with alternating lead and switching perspectives once more of the main characters are established. Content Warning: Certain concepts and scenes might be disturbing and/or triggering to some, even though the story itself won't be extremely heavy most of the time. Sexism as a double-edged sword destructive to both sexes is an important part of the story, but so is friendship.Note that all descriptions of persons and places are purely fictional and made up by the writer, and any resemblance with anything in the real world is a coincidence, since the real world is not supposed to be dystopian anyway!

Chasing Darkness
Lilith's first time parachuting at night was a disaster. Fictional Gods clashed before her eyes. Caught in the crossfire, Lilith traveled through Space and Time. Her reality was turned into her favorite childhood game, Pokemon. The beginning of journey shrouded in the Dark. A Pursuit of something Greater. *** Author Notes: As a writer, I enjoy the 'How' and 'Why' thing happen in a story over 'What' happens. This will not, however, diminish plot points in the story. Each Arc will be well thought out. This Fanfic explores what it would be like in a reality where Pokemon exist. Most other Fanfics are based on game or anime logic. I will be taking the point of view of a Progression Fantasy. I will try to update every Weekday at Noon Central. P.S. I do this for fun. As I am an amateur writer, I expect complaints and criticism. Anything other than constructive will be ignored. Well thought out Reviews, please. *I Do NOT own Pokemon in any way, shape or form. *I created the Cover in all its pixilated glory.
