'Trust me, hold there, a little longer...it'll get okay, it's supposed to be okay.
And in case it doesn't. Don't lose hope, my love, just know that it's okay too, not to be okay all the time.'
After around another 1 week at the hospital, today was the day when Jungkook was going to be discharged. Namjoon was filling up the papers, and Taehyung and Jin were with Jungkook, in the room where he stayed this past week. Rest three were back at the mansion for some work.
Let me tell you, no one left the boy alone, and even when BTS had to go for missions, Yugyeom and Bambam remained there. Y/N permanently shifted to this hospital itself since it was close to BTS's mansion too. Usually, two or three boys slept in the room, but Taehyung, he always remained there, didn't care if he ate or not, all he cared was about the boy.
Right now, Jin was wiping off Jungkook's face, and the boy was simply letting the elder do what he was doing. Taehyung was taking out the supplies and helped the doctor in removing the bandages and replace them with new ones. Once done, Jin combed Jungkook's wet hair, well, they had taken him to the washroom, and washed the hair in the basin, since Jungkook wasn't allowed to bath for another week, and either way, his skin was always cleaned before applying bandages and after removing them so he wasn't dirty. His skin was fair enough, but not healthy, his face was still pale but without dirt.
As the bandage and medicine application part was done, Jin went with the doctor, for he had to get a few medicines and understand everything that needs to be done for the younger's care at home.
Taehyung remained, and was right now, taking out clothes from a bag as the younger stared at him. He came forward with the clothes and removed the hospital shirt and shorts that Jungkook was wearing.
The younger didn't say anything, for he knew he couldn't do it himself.

It was evening, and Jungkook was sitting in Tae's Chevrolet Corvette, red and black, with Taehyung, who was taking him to his house. Jin and Namjoon had left around half an hour earlier. They were headed to BTS's mansion. It didn't take a lot of time to persuade the boy, for Tae simply told, more like ordered him that he'll be going with him to BTS's house, and Jungkook being himself, nodded.
Welp, presently, Jungkook was wearing Tae's clothes which were pretty much loose on his figure, an oversized hoodie and shorts, he wasn't wearing shoes, just socks to cover his feet, for they had bandages too. Infact, he had a crepe bandage around his wrists and ankles, for the sprained parts were still healing.
Taehyung himself had lifted the boy and made him sit inside the car, and returned the wheelchair back to the hospital saying there was no need. He wasn't the one to speak a lot, but his actions showed care.
Jungkook, all the while he had stayed in the hospital, he had grown accustomed to the light, and the others especially did this, knowing he can't forever be kept in dark and it'll only remind him of his past. Jungkook was looking up and around as Tae drove, with big eyes, for it was mainly the first time in years when he was free and also when he was literally looking around with interest, like a newborn child, and Tae had let him be, one hand holding the boy's hand softly, for he didn't apply the seatbelt just in case it'd hurt the wounds.
He was driving extra safely, and not to mention, there were four SUVs following them, in all four directions, Taehyung's most trusted bodyguards, for protection since they were going through deserted roads so that there was no traffic.
Once they arrived, Tae held the younger's hand and motioned him to look up, which the boy did.
TAEHYUNG- Just wait okay? I'll pick you up, hm?
Jungkook nodded two times.
Tae got out of his seat, passed the key to the guard beside him, went over to Jungkook's side, opened the door, and picked the boy bridal style. The boy weighed similar to a child.

He walked over to the mansion's door, which opened automatically since his feet were on the automatic doormat. (TECHNOLOGY, FOR HE'S RICH, COMEON~)
Jungkook was already staring open mouth at the vastness of the area, but as the door opened, to his surprise, there was a teddy standing in front of him. Jungkook pressed his face to Tae's chest who winked at the teddy or say Suga dressed in yellow Chimmy's clothes.
He walked inside, and the doors closed once again automatically.
Taehyung walked in, and stood in front of the living room's couch, making Jungkook sit on it, slowly so that he doesn't hurt the boy. And just as he backed off, Suga came and sat beside Jungkook, a gummy smile adorned on his face. Jungkook widened his eyes, but then, the television turned on, and the kid's cartoon began to show on it. He tried to close his eyes, but Suga softly pushed his hands down.
In front of him were kept loads of kid's toys, every type, dolls, cars, teddies, whatnot. And Jimin was sitting, smiling at him, wearing a dino onesie, and having crayons and a sheet where a kid's drawing was done in his hands.
JIMIN- Would you like to draw with Jiminie? -He asked in a childish tone, looking all cute, making facial expressions just like his tone.
Jungkook held his head and closed his eyes when he felt like something was hitting inside his head, like a hammer. He opened his eyes again as he was turned around by none other than Jimin who held his shoulder and made him look ahead again.
In front stood Jin, wearing another onesie, pink one this time, and in his hand, there was a tray that held bear-shaped chocolate bread, dino-shaped nuggets, candies, and other small food items especially made and decorated for a kid.
JIN- Who wants to eat these? Do you, baby?
Tears began to drop down his cheeks, as Jungkook's head felt like it would burst at any moment. He closed his ears and eyes, but then felt someone holding his wrists and removing his palms from his eyes and whispering,
TAE- Open your eyes and look at them.
In front stood Namjoon and Hoseok dancing to a childish tune, while acting like children themselves.
Jungkook sat on the ground as he slid off the couch, looking all around him, balloons were suddenly released from all directions as Yugyeom and Bambam came jumping, wearing yellow and red onesies respectively and playing with bigger balloons, one side Jimin was asking him to draw, the other side Jin holding food, Suga looking and laughing at the cartoons playing, Namjoon and Hoseok dancing to the nursery rhymes. It was all becoming too difficult to handle. His vision began to get blurry, as things spun around, and there was a constant ringing in his ears.
That's when,
JUNGKOOK- S-STOP! P-PLEASE! I-IT'S H-HURTING!
He held his head, as everything around him began to revolve, however, Jungkook felt someone hold his wrist and felt himself being held in a hug. He looked up and saw Taehyung smiling at him, wearing nothing else but a blue onesie.
JUNGKOOK- S-stop...p-please...my...med..
Taehyung shook his head and cupped Jungkook's face in his hands.
TAEHYUNG- *softly* You know what baby, you're so cute! So pretty. You look like a bunny, my bunny.
Jungkook began to thrash his arms, trying to move away from the older's grasp, but that made the latter only tighten his arms around the boy.
TAEHYUNG- Baby, my sweet bun, you know what, Dadda loves you! Dadda loves Kookie! Kookie? Kookiee...
That's it.
That's fucking it.

For a second, everything stopped for Jungkook, as his body almost immediately relaxed, and he fell on Taehyung's shoulder. The blonde held him close, in the same sitting position. Anyone who'd be looking at them right now would say Jungkook's body had gone all limp and he was maybe unconscious, but,
TAEHYUNG- I love you Kookie. Dadda loves you, baby.

Journey West 5000
With her parents murdered and her brother abducted, a trainee Monk of the Gun pursues the one responsible, the Bull Demon King, undefeated Warlord of the Crimson Army.Struggling to track down her enemy while braving the dangers of the wilds, she enlists the help of Sun Wukong, but 500 years under a mountain have taken its toll. Unstable and weakened, will he be more hindrance than help? Can he become the warrior he once was?A Monk and a Monkey journey across a world...... where the remnants of technology are seen as magic, while pockets of humanity strive to drag themselves out of ignorance.... where the descendants of animal-human hybrids, once created as instruments of war, now seek to dominate the world as demons.... where beings who call themselves Immortals and Gods preoccupy themselves with selfish pastimes, ignoring everything else. Among other things, a story about growth, grit, and being better than the person you were yesterday. Here's my rambling on why I'm writing Journey West 5000. Journey West 5000 is my crazy ambitious writing project to adapt a classic epic called "Journey to the West" for a global, modern audience. It's a sci-fi story disguised as fantasy, and has some road trip + monster of the week elements (as does the original Journey to the West). No system, definitely no harem, gradual power progression. Hmm, what else can I put here so potential readers know what to expect? My writing style for now is mostly "show don't tell", because I believe that readers don't need to have everything pointed out to them, and that they should be allowed to make up their own minds about characters based on the actions of those characters. I'm also trying to be less long-winded (a weakness pointed out by some friends) in order to write according to something Neil Gaiman said, which is to write as though I'm the one who has to pay for every word, not the reader. This will bring down my chapter word counts, and might drive away potential readers, but I believe there's value in learning to compress and be concise. All chapters posted here will have been edited. Constructive criticism, comments, and feedback would be very much welcome and appreciated. Please, please help point out any typos or grammatical mistakes, I'm striving to minimize those as much as possible. Above all, I hope you enjoy my story.

Unwitting Champion
"In stories this is always easy. There's magic and powers, and quick steps to claiming that power for one's self. This doesn't feel true for me. I'm supposed to be a Champion, whatever that means, and yet I don't feel important. I don't have all the bells and whistles, which honestly feels familiar even in a new world. But what was I expecting? I haven't had the worst life - there are people with worse problems than mine - I've known what it is to struggle, to be pulled down instead of being helped up.This is nothing new."When in great peril, the Kingdom of Althor has no choice but to send a call into the void, beseeching the Fates to bring them a man who would save them from the coming darkness. Unfortunately the path the Fates chart is often unknowable to men and the Champion who appears is not what the kingdom expected.Unwitting Champion is a story of a guy displaced, dealing first and foremost with trying to survive in a world where he is no longer a person but a tool, and - at least from the reaction of those around him - a shoddy one at that. His major goal is to survive long enough that either he can run or find a way home, because as exciting as the possibility of learning magic might be, he would rather have a boring life than a short life.
