- you had been attending these 'dead poets society' meetings for a couple of weeks

- since the day he saw you, he's had an enormous crush on you

- though he's never even had a proper conversation with you he finds himself falling more every day

- neil can read him like a book and takes it up on himself to play cupid for you lovebirds

- cause while todd thought you were oblivious to his existence, you too had deep and growing feelings for him

- you were over the moon when neil befriended you, not only to get closer to todd but he was also a genuine and sweet boy 🥺

- after weeks of todd building himself up for a conversation, you become exhausted with waiting and decide to woman up and do it yourself

- "hey todd, i really really like you. please go out with me?"

- he's a naturally flirty person so it's no surprise he goes all out with you cause you're the only girl in helton

- now every time someone flirts, the other person gets extra flustered

- and everyone else starts catching on except you two

- then he finally decides to ask you out properly while you two are goofing off in his dorm

- "hey in all seriousness y/n/n, will you please go out with me?"

- he's been putting anonymous notes and poems in your locker/pigeon hole thingy for weeks

- stuff like: 'you look so pretty' 'i love that lipstick, can i try some?' ect, ect.

- he'd creepily watch from a distance every morning and cherish your reaction

- he wanted to ask you out so bad but he was worried he'd be a disappointment

- he would finally build up the courage and left you a note saying he needed to ask you something

- and he would be standing behind you with a bouquet and ask you

- "will you out with me?"

- meeks has been tutoring you for around half a semester and quickly caught feelings

- he won't really admit it but he makes it quite obvious to everyone but you

- you aren't really friends but obviously aren't strangers, just kinda acquainted

- but after you hear he has a crush on you, you put in some more effort to get time with him away from studying

- catching up with him between classes and at lunch, having normal conversations, basically just getting to know him

- this seriously boosts his confidence so he finally asks you during one of your study sessions

- "hey um- do you- do you wanna go out with me??"

you and pittsie aren't really that close, you only know each other through mutual friends

- but you've both been pinning over each other the whole time

- it's getting to the end of your time at welton and you were both getting restless

- meeks had been encouraging pitts to make a move while charlie and knox where for you too

- you began to notice how he'd look at your face a little longer, and listen a little harder, and sit a little closer

- then finally, after what feels like a eternity, he popped the question during lunch in an abandoned hallway 🤭

- "y/n, i know we aren't that close but i really like you. will you please go out with me?"

i got 4 more days til school 😔✊
