《TNS Piper Season 8 (Must Read)》Sabotage at Nationals?

Piper's POV:
It's been a couple weeks and now it's time for us to leave for nationals. Just before we got onto the coach, we had milkshakes with B troupe and J troupe, we all got bear hugs from James and Giselle, and I got a stern talking to from Margie, who was in J troupe, about self confidence.
That child!
"Bye guys! Wish us luck!" I shouted, waving at my family, who waved back.
I sat close to the back of the coach, obviously with Finn, and took out a book. "Seriously, you're going to read?" Finn asked, giving me a disbelieving look. "Of course, Finnyboy. What else am I supposed to do?" I replied ruffling his hair, as he huffed and readjusted it.
"We could watch a movie, play games, talk, eat, literally anything but read." He said, smiling at me pointedly. I shook my head at him, laughing, and agreed to do something else with him, once I got to the end of my chapter.
Keeping to my word, we watched a movie, then played 'truth or dare' with the others, and we talked for ages, before we eventually arrived at the place where nationals is held.
We walked in reminiscing about how it looked the same each year. "Okay guys, male soloists are going first thing tomorrow morning, so Henry, break a leg!" Nick exclaimed, excitedly, as we gave Henry a group hug and cheered him on.
Female soloists were going on in 3 days time, so I was just rehearsing and watching the rest of the team.
"Okay, Finn, I'm gonna head to a rehearsal room and practice." I said to Finn, after breakfast the next morning, kissing his cheek as he hugged me. I waved to the rest of A troupe as I made my way down to the rehearsal room. I found it pretty easily and shut the door, ready to get started. Putting in the CD into the stereo, I stretched before letting the song wash all over me, I loved this song, I don't even know why!
After marking through the dance a couple of times, I went through it full out, and I made sure that my aerials and backhand springs were tight and clean. but as I was going through the dance again, one of the spotlights on the ceilings began to creak.
I obviously just ignored it, but it got louder and louder, until I stood just underneath it, to check out the problem. Then it crashed down, but luckily I dove out of the way in time.

Gasping, i got up of the floor and headed towards the back, to see what just happened. As I turned the corner, I saw Tiana standing near the ropes that controlled the lightings in the room, she was glancing upwards, as if trying to figure out what had just happened but i wasn't playing with her.
"Tiana?" I called out, as she rapidly turned to face me. "Piper. It's not what it looks like!" She said, looking up once again, as I stepped back from her. "You did that? That could've and almost nearly did, fall on me! I could've broken a bone! Why would you sabotage me? You're one of my best friends." I said, accusingly, looking down at my feet at the last part.
"It wasn't me! I saw some guy-" She started but I cut her off, I really needed to get back to rehearsing before Henry's solo. "Look, I've gotta go. I'll...I'll see you later, Ti." I said, ignoring her protests.
Something didn't feel right but I was too on edge about everything going smoothly, that I paid no attention to it. I headed back to the rehearsal room and went over my solo a couple more times before catching up with Finn, Amy and Richelle for a break.
We had so much fun with the rest of A-troupe and we saw Emily and Michelle before they left to go get their seats. "Alright Henry, you're on in 6 hours, so get practicing. Finn, you and Kingston can help him rehearse, and everyone else can go and practice their own dances, but I need to check on everyone back here in a couple of hours time, got it?" Nick explained, as we all nodded, before heading off to our different practice areas that we booked out.
"See you later guys, but remember, no slacking, try your hardest, and do not, under any circumstances, give up." Richelle said, standing up. She did make a great dance captain.
I headed back to the rehearsal room, keeping an eye out for James, he said that he might be a little bit late because Julia lost her red stiletto and Lauren can't find her makeup brush.
Honestly, my sisters can be so unorganised, usually, that's James' job!
I walked into the room, and searched around for my CD, but i couldn't find it. "Where is it, where is it?" I muttered to myself. "Are you looking for this?" A voice asked, but i knew who that was, without even turning around.

Suddenly, I felt an arm around my waist and a hand covering my mouth. "Don't scream, if you do, I'll tell Elliot to get both Richelle and Amy too." He said, but I thrashed around, which caused him to take his hand off of my mouth but that made his hold much tighter.
"Good luck getting Richelle she's stronger than the both of you combined, and don't even think about hurting Amy, she only came with me, that one day, to support me. She hasn't done anything wrong!" I said, loudly, still struggling in this fool's grip.
"Then shut up and let's go to the car." He replied. "What?! No! Where are we even going?!" I asked, beginning to shout. "Shut up! You don't need to worry about that." He shouted with a small smirk.
This is crazy! I'm so done with this crap, this is blatant kidnapping!
How did he even manage to get out of Juvie?!
Amy's POV:
How dare he?!
"You bruised my wrist, you son of a-" I started, as i turned around to face Elliot.
How did he get out of juvie?!
He must have been pissed from when me and Piper went to visit him, one time, and we unleashed all hell onto him and Josh. It was insult after insult, some were created by Richelle, but now Elliot was standing in front of me, after just grabbing my wrist, before I yanked it out of his grip.
"What are you doing here?" I hissed at him, glaring at the idiot standing before me. "Piper, Richelle and some other girl, caused me and Josh to go to Juvie, and you brought your nose into it, so that's why you're involved in our revenge. We bribed a couple of officers to break us out of there." Elliot said smugly.
Oh, how I wanted to slap that smirk off of his face.
Repeatedly.
"She's my best friend. You hurt her, you hurt me, so get over yourself." I replied, crossing my arms and glaring at him. "Wait, if you're here, then that means- Piper!" I gasped, as I dashed to the door.
"Hey wait!" Elliot shouted, grabbing my forearm, but I needed to find Piper. So I turned around, punched him the face, and the kneed him in the balls.
He deserved so much more, but I was out of time.
As he groaned and hit the floor, I ran out of the room, crashing straight into Richelle. She looked like she could murder a person right then and there.
"Amy, no time to explain, but-" She started, her furious eyes, softening when she notices me. "I already know, Elliot is here. Look at what he did to my wrist!" I said to her, showing her my bruise. "Exactly!" She shouted, showing me her own bruise. "But Josh is here too. He tried to drag me away but i got him pretty good, even if i do say so myself." She said, flipping her hair slightly.
"We need to find Piper, what if he got her?! You know how she is, if she's focused on a dance, she tunes out everything around her! What if he like, snuck up on her or something?" I frantically asked, starting to panic. Fear crossed Richelle's face but it was replaced with a look of determination. "Let's go to the rehearsal room she was in. It was 305. Maybe we can find some clues." Richelle said, grabbing my arm, as we made a dash for the room.
We got there but the door was open and Piper wasn't there, her CD was on the floor though. "He's got her. Oh no! Oh no! What do we do now?!" I asked, gripping my hair, as I paced around the room. "Look, there's a back door." Richelle said, as she pointed to a slightly open door.
We gave each other a look, before sprinting out of the door. Just as we tried to open the locked door, we glanced through a window on the door and saw Piper struggling to get out of Josh's hold. Actually, she was doing a good job, because Josh seemed to struggle to move her towards some old, beat up car, near them.
But why wasn't she screaming?
Me and Richelle tried banging on the door, but Piper couldn't hear or see us.
What are we going to do now?

Iron and Wood - A Tale Of Empire and Clans
For centuries, the Midlands had been split into fragments. A once glorious, united Empire has become a shadow of its former self. Unity has not returned, and not for the lack of trying. The greatest of these successor states were the Li Dynasty to the south, the rulers of old, and the Emerald Empire to the North, with its vibrant vitality. Unity is the end goal, and both will sacrifice anything to attain this elusive dream. For unity would surely solve the conflict that had long plagued this once prosperous continent. The Ironwood Clan was a prime player. Some would consider them the ones holding the reigns to the horse named 'Unification'. Iron and wood were the backbones of civilization; similarly, the Ironwoods were the backbones of the Northern Empire, and by extension, the people of the Midlands. Their methods, as questionable as they might be, had strengthened the North. Yet, were they enough? In the midst of it all, a young Ironwood who had lost his path must once again find his way. For the sake of his own wellbeing; for the sake of his clan; and for the sake of the Empire and its subjects. However, is he willing to sacrifice for the good of all? Is he willing to condemn some for the sake of others? Is he willing to make the right, albeit harsh, decisions? Only the heavens would know. Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, businesses, events and incidents are the products of the author’s imagination. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. Additionally, any views and beliefs expressed by the characters are not the author's own. The story is also not an endorsement of any actions taken within. The 'profanity' and 'sexual content' warning tags are there to be safe (and to leave room for potential future changes), but for now these two things are not inside this novel. This is my take on 'cultivation', though it might be somewhat disconnected from the general idea of the genre. Release schedule: Two chapters a week. The cover was created using wombo art. While I believe that creations using the app are in the public domain, if that is not the case, I will take it down.

I'm writing this for fun and don't think it's particularly good, but it's fun to write so I figure I may as well upload it here! If you give it a read, thank you, and I hope you enjoy!
