fighting superman was a normal thing at this point, you would steal from a bank or some other prestigious place, and he'd try to stop you. however, he some how always failed, always messing up, and you getting away. this time was different, you went to a nearby social media building to steal some of the better pieces of technology.

for these places, it was easy to get in. use energy to turn off the lights and alarms. as you headed up the stairs, the sounds of stomping feet running up stairs alarmed you. "who the fuck is that?" you muttered under your breath, running up another flight of stairs and into one of the higher up floors.

as you opened the door there stood superman, doing his hero pose. "ugh, how did you even know i was here?" he smiled a little rolling his eyes, "well the power going out when usually it's kept on for the janitorial staff is a bit suspicious, navitas." you raised your eyes brows. "you finally got it right, took you awhile."

he nodded a little before looking to your right. you looked as well, a large suited man running at you from behind a car. "holy-" you jumped out of the way quickly, tripping the suited man. you gave the random man a shock of electricity sending him into sleep.

superman tried to freeze you, but once again, failed miserably, except for hitting your arm. "oh wow, superman finally got one on me, see you later," you said, running towards the door and opening it, only to see a group of agents outside it. "oh fuck," you spoke out, sighing.
