[you saved supergirl from kryptonite and she hailed you a hero]

you worked for the d.e.o. and that meant a lot of field missions. none of them were with supergirl, however, until now. finally they had sent you onto a more dangerous mission.

there was someone with a kryptonite gun, it blasted out waves of kryptonite, a dangerous element to supergirl. you knew it was dangerous but you jumped at the attacker, taking him down.

it took a moment but you were able to turn off the machine, letting the deep green veins turn to normal. you stumbled to your feet, smiling to supergirl.

she deeply sighed, "thank you so much..." supergirl tried to say your name but failed to remember it. "uh, it's y/n," you said quietly, folding your arms. "thank you y/n, you truly are a hero," she said, before leaving to talk to alex and hank.
