I sat there with Zayn's family, Gemma, and my mom in the waiting room while the boys and Selena went to get snacks for everyone. I look up and see them coming towards us with an armful of snacks.

"We got whatever looked good" Selena says with a laugh.

"Plus Niall over here wanted everything" Liam replies with a laugh probably just trying to lighten the mood.

"Thanks" I say quietly grabbing some Cheetos.

"Harry, the nurse is coming" my mom says looking to my left.

"Hi everyone" she says as I stand up.

"Hello."

"What's the news" Trisha says as she walks up beside me.

"Well the surgery was successful. We removed all the shards of broken glass from him and he's now in an ICU room until it's safe to put him in a regular room."

"What's an ICU" Trisha asks.

"Well it's a room where he'll get constant medical attention because he's not stable enough to be in a regular room" Nurse Snow explains.

"Well is he awake? Can we see him" I ask curiously.

"Yeah about that, I'm sorry to say that he's in a coma right now, we don't know when he's going to wake up or-or if he's going to at all" as soon as she says that, silence fills the room. "But you can go ahead and see him when you guys want, the ICU is on floor 3 and he's in room 223. I know this is hard news so take as much time as you want. I'll leave you guys and keep you updated."

I sit down, in shock not even paying attention to how Zayn's family took the news. I was in my own little world and I didn't want to be saved.

I love this boy with all my heart, please God don't take him from me.
