We may not realize this but often, we bully our own selves. 'You look fat', 'you look ugly', 'you are not worth loving', 'you are nothing', 'be like them'.

Why?

Why can't you see how beautiful your heart is?

I don't know everyone who is reading this. But I do know that your skin colour or your t-shirt size won't define how much I am going to like you as a friend. Whether you're cool in your group or someone who likes to read book all day instead of hanging out friends is not going to change the way I will look at you.

As long as you're a good person at heart, I know I am going to love you.

Don't bully yourself into thinking that you don't deserve a life full of happiness or a life at all. It makes me sad how people don't realize how they're abandoning themselves in the process of feeling unloved and left out.

You are so much more valuable than you think.

Please give yourself some worth.
