An eye for an eye may make the whole world go blind but at least that f***er can't see either. The early bird gets the worm but I go to the grocery store so screw you. Technically humans don't need to breathe. If no one had any more children everyone would be dead in the next one hundred fifty years probably. Does this count as a synopsis? No? Okay. Tom murders a bunch of dudes. *Tom Dies*. Tom is reborn. Tom doesn't want to be reborn but no one really cares. Tom is born in a new world. He didn't really have to be though. Cause his old world had magic and all. I don't want to give anything away. I swear this fiction is more serious than I am I just find it hard to write a synopsis. Maybe I should write something like this. "Follow Earnheart Super Maximus on his gender-bender super adventures that are exciting and often humorous as he gathers a bunch of chicks for literally no reason." I mean that's what everyone else does and it seems to work.

Four story anthology
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] [participant in #NaNoWriMo] Preface: This fiction will contain four different stories set up as a challenge for myself and to get better at writing. The challenge for royal road writathon is a 55.555 word goal while the nanowrimo challenge is 50.000 words. Reader suggestions is turned on, feel free to point out errors I missed and I'll fix them up! Chasing sun, napping softly: Cultivation/Xianxia genre. Some parts will poke at the ridiculousness of the Xianxia gerne. We follow the life of a magical fox monster, who doesn't like how the cultivation world works. Said beast seems to have more knowledge than is usual for normal magical beasts. In it's infinite wisdom it decided to search for the main character of the cultivation world to have a cozy and safe place beside him. Our fox will act as a "wise beast" to coast along on the main characters rise to greatness, all for peace, happiness and that amazing napping spot in the sun. The challenges for myself with this story: Writing in first person. Comedic effect between talking vaguely and sounding wise. The cost of heroism: A story more centered around fights and mental health of hired mercenaries/heroes. The world is infected with an eldritch corruption. Humans are trying their best to explore and clear out wilderness and the dungeons hiding in them to establish new cities. Lords seek for hired hands to do the professional work. Thanks to the setting, the story will show how awful pasts are the norm and how pragmatic people became thanks to that. People exchange their sanity for riches, fame and gods acceptance. Interpersonal relationships change drastically and quickly. The challenges for myself with this story: Writing grim scenes/imparting a feeling of how grim the world is. Writing fight scenes. Showing different mental states. Describing their influence on people during fights, walks or even after successful or failed campaigns. Who will be the next powerhouse? : A story about a gaming show, it's host Staan and the different participants. Stereotype characters, stereotype backstories, silly challenges and quizzes. The winner of those challenges gets powerups for their power system. Be it magic, ki, psychic power or anything else imaginable and unimaginable to reach the power of gods. The challenges for myself with this story: A softer tone for storytelling. Making the reader smile and enjoy themselves. A different try at slice of life story. I was left behind on earth as my family conquered another world and enjoys riches, but that's okey because I got a cheat too! : Stereotypical Isekai story parody twisted into an Urban Fantasy story. The challenges for myself with this story: Writing over the top and overdramatic scenarios/scenes Writing in first person. Walking into stereotypical scenarios and making them more dramatic/giving them a twist. Different type of humor.

Chimera
Eleanor meant the world to Titus. So when an opportunity to bring her murderer to justice appears, Titus jumps on the chance. His quest, however, would mean traversing the dangerous world of Nivandor, a land infested with monsters, night hunters, and corrupt kings–nothing he and his lord, Lady Priscilla, couldn't handle. Their plans change, however, when both of them are dragged into a nightmare realm, a dimension filled with strange and powerful terrors unlike any they've ever faced. Titus's skill as a kinetic mage is put to the ultimate test as he must work with his lord to fight off the increasingly dangerous monsters that hunt them as they hunt down the three remaining Seraph lords sustaining the Nightmare. For only when the final Seraph lord is slain will the Nightmare truly end. --- Happy Holidays! I tried to get a chapter out this month, but there was just too much stuff to do and I got sick. There will also be more stuff to do come the month of December to the point that I don't think I will have a chance to finish the current story arc on a strong note. So, as of today, I will be going on hiatus until the holidays are over. I will hopefully return with the last few chapters of book 2 as well as the DLC chapters to help clarify Titus and Priscilla's powers as well as a look into their lives before the story gets crazy (maybe 6-7 chapters). These chapters are planned to take place in the day between Chapter 1.4 & Chapter 1.5, detailing the day they had before going to Nivandor. How the DLC chapters will be titled is to be decided. The DLC chapters will be posted here free as usual. Really excited to get a break so I can catch up on chapters. Even more excited to be able to start book 3 once the current story arc is finished. Think of it as an early access story where nothing is fully set in stone. If I change a part of the story that you really love, I'm sorry, but changing one part of the story will affect the other parts I try to avoid major changes, especially in older chapters, but for the newer ones there will probably be more fine tuning. As for anyone invested in the story who is not happy with the way the story is going, feel free to DM me so I can get feedback. I want to know how you guys feel about the story, what changes I can make, at what point in the story I may have lost you. But until I get specific feedback, I won't know what changes might need to be made. There are about 14 chapters left for Part 2 of Chimera, give or take. I don't have a time frame for when they will be up but know I am chipping away at the chapters as I can. Five veteran players of the old-fashioned but outdated VRMMO game, Orge's Bone, meet in the game for one last time before leaving forever. As real life friends, they were torn apart by certain matters, and now decided to say goodbye in the way they know best; a free for all battle royale. However, little do they know that fate has a twist to spin. As they fight it out in a folorn map, they stumble upon a secret teleport gate. Out of curioisity, they all enter it. They find a world more graphicly advanced than the current number one game, and NPCs that really don't act like they should. The game settings are similar to Orge's Bone; there are no levels, only physical strenght gains, which is gained by killing monsters and completing quests. They treat the hidden world as their greenhouse– a place to retreat when the real world treats them unfairly. But after a while, they discover no everything is as it seems– that the hidden world is far more dangerous. Michael is a cultivator whose goal in life is to change the tragic martial world, where killing is like breathing, into a land of peace. It will center a lot around how he'll change the perspectives of those around him, and how he tries to draft more cultivators to his cause, starting with the toughest nut to crack, the ruthless, bloodthirsty and easily-triggered Rector. Last but not least, with how he is met by the greatest tragedy and is forced to make the hardest choice.

Can Frederick survive in this world of demons, angels, and legendary creatures? Well, yes, or else this would end rather quickly. But will he thrive and accept the role his magic in this unforgiving and carefully balanced world where his only advantage is his potential? The first ten chapters will be released daily.
