What about the toaster in the Big House?

I honestly hate you.

Okay, for all of you children that don't know, the toaster in the Big House is possessed. I swear to gods its possessed.

That thing freaking attacked me the first and only time I used it.

I was making toast.

I had spent the night in one of the Big House rooms for gods know what reason at this point. Will had come to wake me up because anyone else that tries usually ends up with a scar (physical or mental, depends on my mood).

Anyway. So, I was half asleep and I had finally gotten that stupid thing to accept the fact that I wanted to toast my bread.

I swear that thing is ancient.

Then, it started screeching like a banshee and freaking spewing sparks everywhere!

It caught my toast on fire. I almost died.

And apparently it's common knowledge here at Camp that you do not ever, under any circumstances, use the Big House toaster. I didn't know that, obviously, because I'm still fairly new to camp.

Instead of warning me, or, I don't know, helping me with the devil machine, what does my boyfriend do?

He encourages me to 'go ahead and make yourself some toast, babe', all while snickering and trying to hide his laughter.

I had no idea what the heck he was laughing at and it was too early to care until I was attacked by a box of metal and he literally fell on the floor laughing.

Needless to say, the toaster came quite close to being nothing more than a pile of scrap metal that day.

If Will hadn't been there to laugh at me, it would be.
