I do. I read the series once a few years ago and I enjoyed it.
It was a bit boring at parts, but I was never unable to finish the books because of it (unlike Allegiant. Gods don't get me started on that book -,_,- )
But, yeah, I could see how Rue would remind you of Hazel. They're both quite sweet and caring; naïve sometimes, but very loyal and strategic.
I never thought about it, but now that I have, the two are very similar.
