"Now." A gun cocked from behind me.

"Take him. I don't wanna deal with him. He's got a nasty concussion, though, so don't wake him up." I sighed.

"What did you do to him?" The woman demanded.

"Nothing." I sighed, "He grabbed me, and let go during Shadow Travel, which could've killed him. Then I went after him so he wouldn't be stranded. Now, since his head probably hit the wall when he came out of the shadows, he got a concussion. Gods, I don't hold grudges that badly!"

"Says the guy who nearly killed his cousin because of a grudge." Will coughed.

"You know that Percy got my sister killed right?" I asked, "These people haven't killed anyone close to me, and I never actually killed anyone. Now that I'm more mature, I won't kill. At least, not on purpose."

"What are they talking about?" Metallica asked Red, who hadn't lowered her gun.

"We're talking about stuff from when I was younger. It was like 2 or 4 years ago, so it doesn't matter." I said, my cloak covering my red ears.

"Well, fine, but you still have to come with us." Red said sternly.

"Can we just go, Ghostie?" Will whined, "I just wanna get this over with."

"Fine, but we're not to be separated, and we have access to our weapons." I bargained, "We're used to having them close to us, in the case of an attack, so we aren't defenseless."

"Fair enough, but I'm sure one weapon is enough for you guys." Red said.

"We each only have to weapon." I responded, "Sun Ray has his bow and arrows, and I have my sword."

"But then... what were the knives you were killing the Chitauri with?" Metallica asked slowly.

"You mean these knives?" I asked, and summoned knives from the a shadows which impaled the cavern floor, before melting into a black mist which dispersed into shadows.

"Whoa." Metallica said excitedly, "How does it work?! Where did they come from?! Where did they go? Why do you do that?! How can you do that?! Where did you get that ability?!"

"Slow down." I demanded, "I don't know how it works. The knives came and went back to the shadows. I did it because I wanted to show that I didn't own another weapon. I can mess with shadows because of a mix of my heritage, and an incident in the desert."

"What incident?" Metallica asked.

"There was an abandoned building in the desert, and Ghostie, who was alone, had the great idea to enter it and press a button!" Will said accusingly with an eyeroll, "Then the building exploded, and the blast enhanced his powers, and changed a part of his already weird DNA."

"I told you I didn't mean to touch the button!" I protested, "It was dark!"

Whoa, whoa, whoa." Metallica interrupted, "You had powers before the explosion?"

"Yeah." I shrugged, "I was born with them, so was Sun Ray." I started to move my hands, which were behind my back, but heard a clink. Will shouted in surprise as Red snatched his hands and cuffed them.

"Smart." I smirked, "Keep us talking so Red could handcuff us. Good thing we already agreed to get this over with, or you'd all be bruised and battered." With that we were escorted to a large flying machine.
