"Oh, gods!" Andy exclaimed. "This is so difficult..." She sighed and puffed her cheeks out.

"Shush, I'm thinking." Nico said.

I rolled my eyes. "Of course, since that rarely ever happens. I mean, if you really are, carry on."

He glared at me, as I crossed my arms, ignoring him. "Really?"

"Gods, you're so annoying!" Nico brushed past me and walked to the other side of the room.

He seriously did not just say that! He is such a jerk! I want to stab him repeatedly in the gut right now...

"Wow! How'd you come up with that Mr. I'm-so-original?" I yelled at him.

"Can you not? We're on a freaking quest right now. Could you shut that damned mouth of yours for awhile so we can understand the bullshit the lady told us?" Nico snapped harshly at me.

"Who cares what either of you guys think!? I don't know what the serious fuck is with you guys right now! First it's all sweet and shit, then you guys start wanting to rip off each others head!" Shadow growled.

"Actually, we want to stab each other til' we bleed to death." I corrected her.

"Really, 'cause I was actually thinking of disabling your vocal chords and cutting off your tongue, just for the fun of it." Nico explained to me.

I shrugged. "That is pretty graphic, though wouldn't you cut off my tongue first so I can't pronouce any words then disable my vocal chords." I pointed out. He thought about it for a second before nodding.

"True, true..."

"You're right, Shadow," Andy said. "This is more dramatic and twisted than my bird soap operas."

Cole gasped. "What season are you on?"

"Season four. I HATE how season three ended. Total crap."

Cole furrowed his eyebrows. "The one where they finally get married, but the other girl comes in again with a master plan to get him back?"

Andy shook her head. "I'm not watching that one! The one I watched was that this girl was with this guy from a gang, then one of his rival gang members kidnapped her, but actually it was her twin sister! They killed her and the guy thought she was dead, but-"

Shadow growled again.

"ALL OF YOU SHUT UP! If we try making sense of things instead of just bickering like small children over and over again, maybe we could have already saved Selene." Shadow scolded us.

Dang. She does have a point, but Andy and Cole weren't fighting. Just me and Nico.

Everyone looked at each other.

We all knew she was right, sort of.

"Now, are we going to stop fighting now?" Shadow asked. We nodded our heads. She sighed. "Good, how about we go home and get some hot chocolate." All of us nodded again.

"Can I have big marshmallows?" Andy asked. Shadow nodded. "Fine, but you have go to bed early."

"What!? It's already late!" Andy whined.

"Who cares? Cuz' I don't." Shadow said, walking in front of us.

"She's very bipolar..." Nico whispered to himself. "I think I can see the resemblance of her and her grandma."

I wheezed out a laugh. "Hahaha! What the hell is wrong with you!"

"I dunno," He shrugged. "You tell me."

I stared at him.

Why the hell did I ask that question? There's seriously nothing wrong with him. Gods of Olympus he's perfect. Except for when he annoys the total shit out of me.

Nahhh, he's still perfect like that.

"Hmm, maybe your ability to annoy people in a limited amount of time." I said.

"I think you're confusing me with you." Nico said, walking us out.

He groaned in pain once my elbow connected with his gut. "Shut up." I grinned.

"Why don't you shut up and help me?" He groaned.

I shook my head. " You'll have to catch me first!" And with that, I took off running.

"You seriously have got to be kidding me." I shook my head, laughing. "How can I even catch you if I'm injured?" Nico asked me. "Well, sucks for you then!"

He growled. "Like I'd ever chase after you."

I flipped my hair back. "Per-lease! You'd be lucky if I let you chase after me."

He rolled his eyes. "Sure."

I skipped back next to him. "You okay?" He looked pretty hurt.

Wow, I really can't believe my elbow hits that hard!

I grabbed his arm and all of the sudden he's hugging me. "Gotcha." He whispered into my ear. "You can't seriously think that your hit would've done that much damage."

What in the world just happened?

He hugged me.

I pulled away from him and slapped him hard on the face.

The sound was sharp enough for it to echo out. Everyone turned around at the both of us.

Both Andy and Cole 'oohed.'

"I didn't let you chase after me. Next time ask for permission. Like dude, I'm a lady." I placed my hands on my hips and shook my head at him. He has no manners.

He rubbed his cheek and pouted. "Gods, you didn't have to slap me."

"Yes, I didn't have to, but I wanted to."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Whatever, let's hurry up and go already."

Shadow rolled her eyes and groaned. "That's what I've been saying this whole time! Yet no one would listen."

"Because we see no authority on you." Andy said.

Shadow's jaw dropped. Her whole body froze deadly still.

I furrowed my eyebrows and poked her on the cheek. "Dude?"

"Dude?"

"DUDE!?" I screamed into Shadow's ear.

I turned over to Andy. "Erm, Andy? What did you do?" I asked.

"Nothing much, really. I just told her that we see no authority in her."

I shook my head at her. I looked at Nico and he shrugged. "Maybe you can try slapping her?"

Clever boy... Maybe it'll work. My ultimate slap is painful. This criminal lady taught me it.

Okay, it's story time.

Once, when I was 12, I was at the police station (some rookie police thought I stole some gum, I mean really. GUM.) and this lady got arested for some big reason. They got her behind bars and she was not happy. The stupid rookie thought that since she was restrained, he could act all 'macho' on her.

He got close enough that she grabbed his collar and squished his tiny head through the bars. "What'd you just say?" She had said. The rookie gulped as she raised her hand.

To say that she slapped him hard enough that he shit his pants would be an understatement (though I think he farted a bit, 'cause it stunk bad in there.). The slap was hard enough that I even had felt it.

I giggled at the man and the lady smiled at me. "You wanna try?" She asked me.

At first I wasn't so sure, but why not? I wanted to use it on Big Burt. He was the neighborhood bully and I was on his top 5 target list. I just couldn't wait to see his face when I beat him up (my mom talked me out of it when I got home.).

I went over to the man and slapped him, but the lady said I did it wrong. "You have angle your arm then imagine all your strength going to your hand."

I tried again, doing as instructed, and I left a small red hand print on the other side of his face. "Hey, good job, kid." The lady told me.

I grinned, ready to hit him again, but they were coming back.

The lady told me to go home, but I stayed and watched what the police did to her.

She beat them all up and I cheered for when they went unconsious. She took me home and I told my mom all about it. At first, she looked like she was going to have a heart attack, but smiled and laughed instead.

I hope this will work. The slap I gave to Nico will seem more gentle than what I am going to attempt.

I raised my hand and slapped her full on her left cheek.

She shrieked and judo flipped me.

"Oww..." I groaned. "What the hell was that for?!" Shadow yelled at me.

"You zoned out on us and we couldn't get you back. Now let's get back home. My body aches and my hand is numb from all the slaps I've been giving out."

Nico walked next to me and picked my up. "Stop whining. It's giving me a headache."

I opened my mouth to tell him to shut up, but no. He covered my mouth and told me, "Shut up."

I huffed and we all walked home to see Shadow's home in flames.

"GRANDMA!!!" She screamed.

I feel really bad about the cliff hanger, but it's what I came up with. SORRY.

I am also really sorry for not updating since forever. Been watching too much justice league episodes;').

I can't help it. Hehehe. But how was your guys Holidays? Mine was okay, but my break runs by quick, I'm pretty bumed out about it. OH YEAH, and happy 2015 you guys. Doesn't really feel any different to me, but just putting that out there. At least we're getting closer on the Magnus Chase series. Still can't believe Percy won't be there anymore :'(. JUST KIDDING! Percy will always be there.(Especially Nico;))
