I woke up very early today. The excitement was coursing through out my body. We would be leaving in an hour. I got up, brushed my teeth and took a shower.

When I was finished, I wrapped a warm towel around me and went to go get my outfit ready.

I changed into my clothes and said some motivating words before exiting the bathroom. I grabbed my backpack and went to the Apollo cabin to see if Andy was already ready.

I walked out the door and meet Andy, who was outside the cabin.

"Hey, gurrrl!" I rolled my eyes at her. "You're up early." I smiled. "I know." She shook her head and motioned for me to come over. I walked up beside her and we walked to Shadow's cabin.

"Can you believe we're actually going!?!?" I nodded. "Yeah, 'cuz we are going." She rolls her eyes. "Come on! Hurry up! You're so slow." I groaned and jogged up to her, but it ended as a race to Shadow's.

We ran all the way there and I felt so tired.

"I beat you! I beat you! Nananana!!!" She continued to sing. I rolled my eyes. Shadow came out of her cabin. She was pulling off the 'Get near me and I'll hurt you' look. "Hey, Blade." She smiled at us and began squealing.

"We're leaving in 20 minutes! Finally!" Andy started squealing along with her and I knew I was going to become deaf one of these days.

"GUYS!!!" We turned and saw Irissa standing there. "I can't believe you guys are actually leaving now." She frowned. "I'm gonna miss you so much!" They all group hug and wanted me to join. I groaned and agreed.

Worst decision of my life.

They were hugging the life out of me, and being the daughter of Thanatos, I felt my soul being lifted out of my body. "Can't. Breathe." I tried to inhale air, but was greatly struggling. "Help." They finally let go and I inhaled the air deeply.

"Oxygen..." I closed my eyes and enjoyed breathing.

"I hope you guys survive any monster attacks that come. I'm gonna be so lonely when you guys are gone." She said.

"Nuh-uh, you'll have me sweetie!" Leo came and put his arm around Irissa. She growled and tried to take his arm off. "Get that arm off me before I bite it off!" He smirked. "I didn't know you were that kind of girl, babe."

Her jaw dropped and he quickly leans in to kiss her cheek. She gasped. Her face became red, and I don't think it's because she's blushing.

"You're a dick!" She shouted at him. "ADICKted to you that is." She groaned and kept trying to shake off his arm.

Shadow and Andy kept on laughing at them. I smirked. He must really like her. "Please promise me you'll try and come back in one piece. All of you. Even Nico." I groaned at the sound of his name.

"Something happened between you two again?" I nodded. "He's such a jerk! I don't know why I was interested in him!?"

"You were?" I turned around and see Nico with an amused smirk on his face. OH MY GODS. HE DID NOT JUST HEAR ME SAY THAT. "Actually, I did." I looked at him confused. "I said that aloud?" He nodded.

"You did." The others said in sync. LET ME DIE IN A HOLE. "Nuh-uh!" They all rolled their eyes. I felt my face get warm and I looked at the ground.

"How are we gonna get to San Francisco?" They all looked at Nico. "I'm going to drive us there." I nodded. "Okay."

"Let's go!" Nico told everyone to get inside the car. Being the very best friends they are, Shadow and Andy squished themselves in the back with Cole. Leaving me to sit at shotgun. Remind me to thank them later.

"How are we going to get to San Francisco fa- AHHH!!!!" I screamed. Nico drove the car so fast, I felt my face being peeled off.

While the girls and I were screaming our heads off, Nico and Cole had amused faces on.

I feel like I'm gonna throw up.

We took so many turns.

When we got to California, the sun was setting and Nico slowed the car down.

Let's just say, California was beautiful. The different warm colors in the sky were beautiful. All sorts of purple, pink, and orange it up the place with blue on top of all.

"Whoa..." I looked out my window and was amazed by the beauty.

The golden gate bridge was cool too. The city was nice. "This place is cool." Shadow said. I nodded. The sun was almost down when we arrived at a small hotel. Nico payed for a room.

The place was pretty crappy if you asked me, but it was twenty dollars for a room a day. He took it and we got ready in it. The girls and I got ready in the bathroom while the guys got ready in the room.

"Can you believe we're actually gonna go clubbing?! It's like a dream!" Andy exclaimed. I rolled my eyes. "Yeah! People grinding and having dry sex where people don't give a fu-"

"DON'T CUSS!" Andy yelled at us. "Says the girl who screamed Fuck You at camp." I said.

"That was nothing. You're ruining my dreams." She pouted. ""Cuz they suck." She gasps and hits my arm.

"You have anger issues." I say while rubbing my arm. "Nuh-uh!"

"Both of you shut up. I need to put on your make ups." Andy squealed in delight. I groaned. "Why?"

"So we can score some hotties!" Her and Andy high-five'd each other. "Gross."

"I was just kidding Clare." I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, you were." I said. She just rolls her eyes and scoffs. "Like us girls can't do that already."

"Clara, get over here now." I went over to her and she didn't do that much. She put some mascara, eye-liner, and lip gloss. She did the same on Andy and herself.

We turned out pretty good. Andy and Shadow looked great though. "Oh my gosh! We all look so hot!" Andy squealed. Shadow nodded. I groaned.

"Can't we get this over with already. I feel my feet getting blisters already." The heels made my legs look long, but were a horrible pain in the ass.

"Yeah, let's see how the guys are holding up." Walked out and we saw Cole's jaw drop.

"Finally! You guys took for-" Nico stopped when he turned to look at us. His jaw dropped just like Cole's.

"Yeah, I know. Let's go already. My feet are killing me." My words shook Nico and Cole out of their dazes.

"Yeah, let's go." Nico muttered. We walked out and got inside the car Nico used to bring us.

The girls quickly piled in quickly and when Cole didn't come in fast enough, I sat down, but the girls pushed me out of the car and pulled Cole in. I glared at them and sat angrily at shotgun.

Those freaking bastards. I thought to myself. The drive to the club was uneventful and quiet.

The club was okay from the outside. You could hear the loud music though.

We walked in and my eardrums were going to explode. Timber by Pitbull and Ke$ha blasted through the powerful speakers.

"We are going to need to find Dionysus, but act like you're just here to enjoy. Got it?" Shadow and Andy nodded eagerly before pulling me into the dance floor.

The club had been lit up in the colors pink and purple. A lot of neon colors being scattered around it.

"Dance, Clare!" Timber ended and Die Young started.

I started moving my hips to the beat and they did the same. I twirled and started to bounce up and down to the beat, letting the music take control of my body.

I closed my eyes and let myself drift. "Clare!" I opened my eyes and the group was already together. "Come on!" I stopped dancing and went over to them.

"One more song, please!" They shook their heads. "I think five songs are enough." My eyes widened. "I dance that long?" They nodded. "Okay, then let's go."

"Where to first?" I asked. "He's at one of the private booths here." I nodded. I went into the first booth. I saw a lot of couples making out. WRONG ONE!!!!!!!!

I tried to rub off the image in my eyes. "What's wrong?" Andy asked. "You don't want to know." She nodded.

"Next door!" Shadow shouted. We walked over to it and found a group friends laughing. "Sorry!"

I closed the door and went for the next one.

This one had a man in a purple cheetah print shirt with skinny, khaki colored pants. He had frizzy black hair and a beard just as frizzy. "I've been expecting you." I looked at him confused.

"Dionysus?" He nodded. My eyes widened and called the rest of the group over. "What happened to Selene?" Nico asked, being straight forward with things.

"My boy, very straight forward aren't we?" Nico sighed. "We need to know where she is. It's very important."

Dionysus nodded. "Yes, I know. I am a god. I should know." Nico rolled his eyes. "Can you tell us where she is."

"Hmm... I guess." We were all quiet. "Well?" Nico impatiently asked. "OH! You mean now! Yes, yes." He said.

"She said was stressed and wanted to take a break for a short while. She came here, babbling all of her problems she has to me. And me, not listening, just nodded and told her to take off from her duties for a while. She seemed content with it. We had some drinks and she had caught her eye on some man. I thought it was good for her to enjoy some time away. She did. She's probably just with that man she took interest in at the club." We all nodded.

It was quite understandable that she would want a break, but she is a goddess. She still has responsibilities that need to be taken care of. "Do you know who this... lover of her's is?"

The god shrugged. "No idea. I know he has blue eyes. Selene likes those." I groaned. "Yes?"

"You know, your piece of information is very helpful. There are only like thousands of men with blue eyes. We'll surely find the right one!" I gave him a bitter smile. "You have a very smart mouth on you."

"Yes, I know. I've been told before." He looked at me accusingly. "Are you sure you're not my daughter?" I scoffed. "It would've been such a pleasure to be, but sadly, no."

"Who's you parent?" I sighed. "Thanatos. Why?" He looked bored. "Oh. What a shame." I rolled my eyes. "Very, now can you give us anymore information on this guy?"

"His last name is Lewis. That's all I know, but Selene told me works at a lawfirm. The rest is the lovey-dovey business. If you want to know about that stuff, go to Aphrodite. She'll probably know who it is right away." We nodded.

"Go on and enjoy. I still have some more wine to drink and can't have any pesky kids in my way." He pushed us out and Andy and Shadow grabbed my hand to dance.

We swayed our hips and just had had fun. That was until I saw Nico grinding on a girl. I felt like throwing up.

Why should I even get jealous? He didn't lead me on. I don't like him. I don't see him slowly kissing the girl. I felt my heart clench in my my chest. The tears thretening to fall. Don't cry. You were to stupid to even like the guy. You shouldn't even be crying.

I made eye-contact with him and I ran out of the club. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!

My tears were already rolling down my face. I heard foot steps behind me and I knew it was Andy. She would always know when I'm feeling blue. "Just leave me alone, Andy."

I ran a little bit faster out to get some air, but the foot steps got closer and heavier. "Andy, stop following me."

I was pinned to the wall by someone. It was a guy and he was drunk. Oh, shit.

"Hey, sexy..." His breath smelled like alcohol and it sickened me. "Get off me." He pulled my hair and I was yanked close to his face. "You listen, and you listen here good," I scoffed. "Who says I have too?" He slapped me hard. "Or that'll happen. I am going fuck you and if you yell anything, I'll beat you." Tears blurred my vision as he started kissing my neck and his hands roaming around my body. "Help!"

I kept screaming, but no one came. "GET OFF HER!" Nico growled. He moved the guy by his shoulders and threw him on the ground. I crouched down and hugged my knees. I was about to be rapped, but Nico... saved me?

I cried and screamed. "N-Nico!" He turned to me and stopped beating the bastard. "P-please, stop." He got up from the guy and took off his jacket to put it around my shoulders. "T-thank you." He hugged me and I broke down in tears again. I could still feel the man's hands on my body.

"Shh...." I tried to stop crying, but I couldn't. "Look at me." I kept my eyes shut and burried my head in his shoulder. He lifted my chin and my eyes opened. "It's going to be okay, okay?" The tears kept flowing down, but my breathing stopped.

We were so close. I licked my lips and parted them slightly. "H-he was..."

"I know. Please don't remind me." I nodded. "T-thank you." He nodded, not looking away from my eyes.

I noticed he leaned in a little. I did the same. Our faces were only centimeters away from ech other's. "You're welcome." He whispered. I couldn't take it anymore. I smashed our lips together and they moulded perfectly together. He seemed like he knew what he was doing and I followed. This was my first kiss of course. Then it started to sprinkle

It was slow at first then it became rushed and he grabbed my waist. My hands found their way to his hair. My insides felt like they were melting. Oh Gods! It was raining hard now.

He suddenly pulled away and looked at me with an angry expression. "You didn't stop." I looked at him shocked. "That never happened. We were just in the heat of the moment. You don't like me and I don't like you. Got it?" I slowly nodded, still in shock of what had happened.

"Let's go back now. They're going to be looking for us." I nodded again. I was at loss for words. My first kiss was meaningless to the one I was sharing it with.

We got back to the club and we found them. "Let's go." We nodded and got in the car. The girls didn't fight me with sitting in the back with them. I was right behind Nico's seat and I would sometimes catch him staring at me throught the rear-view mirror. I just stared out the window as we drive away from the god-foresaken club.

OMG, this is the longest chapter I have ever made for you guys. I hope you guys liked it. I started to listen to sad music when that happened to Clara. I hope you think the song went okay with that scene I felt like crying :'( It's like 12:56 AM Where I live and I am freakin tired, but I wanted to post a chapter. I hope this will saticify your needs of TEAM Carin. Idk I just made one up randomly. I feel so sad for Clara right now. Her first kiss was stolen by some jerk who she THINKS he doesn't like her. I hope it works out in the end :)
