《A Daughter of Thanatos( Nico di Angelo )》Chapter 4

Clara Walker's P.O.V
"Ugh." I groaned. "Can we just please hurry up to where we're going so-" I got caught off by something knocking me down. "What the hell?!?" Andy screamed. I looked up and saw Ms.Bass flying above us. "Ah...." Andy and I screamed. But we stopped when we saw Nico and Grover trying really hard not to laugh. "Aren't you guys scared?" Andy asked, giving them a confused look.
They looked over at us and Nico said, "That is the most, out of shape fury! I'm surprised that it's wings are strong enough to carry that thing!" He burst end out laughing and so did Grover. We looked over at the fury and started giggling. "What are you laughing about, god spawn!" Nico grinned at the fury. "Nothing much, mostly about your tiny little wings and your huge body." The fury hissed and flew towards Nico.
Nico ducked and pulled out a long, black sword. "Do you think you can stop me, son of Hades." I was shocked, yet unsurprised. He seemed like a perfect image of a son of Hades, but is it truly possible? Can we truly be children of gods and goddesses? I was interrupted from my thoughts when something knocked me over. AGAIN?!?! Doesn't this fury thing know how to say 'excuse me'? Like seriously!
"Clara, could you stop getting distracted and help us out?" Grover said, breaking me out of my train of thought. I noticed Andy got a bow and arrow, she was surprisingly good with it, since she never used them. She was shooting arrows left and right, trying to hit the fury. Nico was also good with the sword. He looked very comfortable, like he's done it a billion times before.

"Clara! Move!" Nico shouted at me. I turned around to be met by Ms.Bass. She sunk her teeth in my arm causing me to feel a little hazy. I fell to the floor, but I felt as if someone caught me. I saw Nico slashing at the fury and Andy shooting arrows at it. "You're going to be fine, Clara,Clara." I heard more screeching, hissing, and even some battle cries? I felt really sleepy and tired. I blacked out after that.

Darkness. An never ending sight. I tried to open my eyes, but I just couldn't force myself to do so. I couldn't see anything, but I could hear. "When do you think she'll wake up?" I heard someone ask. "I don't know but she's fine. She just needs to rest." Another person said. I didn't know what was going on. Where am I? I need to wake up.
With all my might, I fluttered my eyes opened. My vision was blurry, but it adjusted. I sat up quickly, only to be greeted by a massive headache. "Ow..." I said while gripping onto my head. "Oh my gosh, Clara!" Andy squealed, hugging me tightly. I pulled away from her embrace. I looked at her face and saw her eyes were red and puffy.
"Why were you crying?" I asked her. She looked at me with an 'are you kidding me?' look. "You were knocked out cold for three whole days. I couldn't tell if you were even alive by the little movement you made! I thought I was going to lose you." She began to sob on my shoulder and hugged me tightly. "I would be all alone if you died." She hiccuped and we laughed. "Sh... It's going to be okay. I'm awake and I'm alive. You should know by now that I don't go down without putting up a fight." She smiled.

"Clara!" Someone shouted. I turned my head to be hugged tightly by Grover. "I'm glad you're okay." He said, giving me a warm smile. "Here. Eat this. It'll make you feel better." He said while holding out a golden, brownish, square shaped pastry. I held out my hand for it and he placed it gently on my palm.
When I took a bite from it, I moaned from the delicious taste, making my taste-buds happy. "I'm glad you like it." Grover said, chuckling a bit. "What happened? Where am I? What did I just eat?" I asked while more question occupied my mind. Grover furrowed his eye-brows and answered my questions. "You blacked out. Camp Half-blood. And ambrosia." I nodded and looked down. When I looked at Grover, I took in his appearance. He wore an armor like thing to cover up his torso, and for pants, he didn't wear anything! His legs were unnaturally really hairy and he had hooves for feet.
"G-Grover? Why don't you have feet?" I asked him. He scratched the back if his neck and said, "I'm a saytr." He said nervously. My jaw dropped and Andy waved a hand over my face. I regained my posture and shook my head in disbelief. "Whoa..." Was all I could manage. Andy laughed and shook her head. "You took this way better than me, Clare. I fainted and screamed. I kept running away from Grover since I was so scared."
I laughed, imagining how much people thought she was nuts. "Okay... Well I have some more questions, Grover. I remembered that you said that Nico was 'one of us' whatever that's supposed to mean. What are we?" I looked at him. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "You, Andy, and mostly everyone here are demigods..." My eyes widened. "Half-god, and half-human." I whispered.

Notebook of possibilities
First of all, to those who started reading this I want to apologize. While it does have a ring of a nice story title, this is going to be a place where I take the Sparks of interest from other stories or random ideas and just put it down, I'm not sure how exactly but the title should summarize the basics of what is held within. To say it's a waste isn't accurate, to ask the question why is a good start, why would I want this? Because when I read a story I want to think of so many things I may see or find in the world they envision, all the possibilities that could come about, and maybe, just maybe, some author out there can get their hands on this and it will be a spark of creativity for them to make a new chapter and see their world even a smidge closer to what I think it could be. It is tagged as fanfiction for it will pertain to numerous stories, not simply one in particular. Currently it will include; Oblivion Online Dungeon Heart And many more to be listed as they appear.
