《Where's Ladybug》the time has come

"Let's go Kitty." Ladybug said as they finished their ice cream. Chat looked down nervously as he stood up, turning towards Ladybug.
"I don't know if we can pull this off m'lady, but I really hope we do." Chat said, giving her a rose with a nervous smile.
"Our team can do anything Cat Noir, remember that." Ladybug said as she smiled back at him and then took off without warning. Chat watched her a minute before leaving, and stared at her, and sighed admiringly. Although he loved Ladybug romantically, she was also who he wanted to be more like, and she always motivated him to be the best person that he could be. Chat then focused himself and left following her. The journey to the Agreste's was stressful for both of them, as now that it was finally happening they didn't know what to expect. The time had come for them to defeat Hawkmoth, once and for all.
They arrived around eight at the Agreste mansion, and as they planned, Chat would go inside the home while Ladybug checked the lair.
"Remember M'lady, if you see him call me first and then we can attack together, we will be stronger that way. Look out for yourself."
"You too, Kitty." Ladybug said while they both started going in different directions, then paused and turned around to go in for a hug. As they both got closer Ladybug stopped and kissed his cheek and whispered in his ear; "I'm proud of you too." They went their separate directions, and Chat went to his window, where he planned to go in and transform back into Adrien, as that would make it a lot easier for him to find his father without raising suspicion. Chat flew up and checked his window this time to make sure his room was empty, to avoid a situation like the last time when his father and Natalie almost caught him as Cat Noir. When he knew the coast was clear, he went in.
"Plagg, claws in." Chat said once he landed on the floor. He took a deep breath to calm himself down, and then looked at his desk and saw the lucky charm Marinette gave him a long time ago. He decided a little good luck from his Lady wouldn't do any harm, so he took it as he left his room. First Chat checked his father's room, then the kitchen, and as he approached the living room he heard his father's cough. Chat froze. He ran up to his room to transform and call Ladybug but was shocked to see her already in his room. Ladybug seemed surprised to see him as well, but not in an excited way like Chat.

"Mari- Ladybug?" Chat stuttered. I have to stop doing that! She's going to find out my identity! Chat thought.
"Adrien?" Ladybug said looking to the side somberly. Then Chat remembered the last time Ladybug saw Adrien, as Marinette, which was at school during their emotional encounter, which she certainly hadn't gotten over yet, as Adrien knew he hadn't.
"What are you doing here?" Adrien replied.
"Well we got a possible akuma alert here and Cat Noir should be here by now. Do you know where he could be?"
"No I haven't but he's not in here. Maybe check across the hall?"
"Ok uh-" Ladybug's eyes widened as she looked down at Adrien's hand with the lucky charm she gave him early in their friendship. She then looked up, as her face turned from upset to more comforting. "Adrien I'm going to need you to stay in here, it's too dangerous for you out there right now. I promise to explain it all to you later." Ladybug assured Adrien and then walked out the door closing it behind her.
"Plagg, let's go help her before she ends up fighting Hawkmoth alone. Plagg claws out!" Chat ran out to see Ladybug at the top of the stairs. She turned towards him as he walked towards her. Chat looked back towards the door and said, "Stay safe Adrien!" Trying to be convincing.
"Come on kitty, where have you been?" Ladybug said in a quiet tone, adjusting her body towards him, trying to hold back her smile.
"What, can you not stand another second without me, M'lady?" Chat asked jokingly. Ladybug giggled, then covered her mouth guiltily, as her laugh was a bit too loud.
"So do you have any idea where he could be?"
"I think I heard him in the dining room." Chat whispered as he started making his way down the stairs. Ladybug and Chat made their way around the corner suspense-fully, and just before they looked in, Ladybug held back Chat and used the camera on her Ladybug phone to peer in. When they saw what was reflected towards them they jumped back and scattered to offensive positions. It was Hawkmoth standing around the corner almost as if he had been waiting for them.
"Did you think you would sneak up on me?" Gabriel said in his signature cruel tone. "Nooroo, dark wings rise!"
"No!" Chat and Ladybug both yelled and attempted to attack before he was transformed, but as they lunged towards him they couldn't see through all the light and fell to the ground. As they got up and stood around him slowing circling him, spinning their yoyo and stick, and Hawkmoth released two akumas to evililize them.

"Chat come on, be brave, not scared! Don't let it get to you!" Ladybug yelled as she repelled the akuma away from her with her bravery. Chat's got closer and closer to him, as his fear grew. "I love you, Chat!" The akuma was repelled, as those words coming from Ladybug cleared every bad thought in his head and replaced it with bravery and love.
"You didn't think you could akumatize us, did you Hawkmoth?" Chat said looking deep into his father's cruel eyes with an intimidating look. Hawkmoth swung at Chat, and he swung back, and soon they were fencing. Ladybug tried to stop him with her yoyo, but he swatted it away. This went on for what felt like hours. They were all convinced this fight was never going to stop. The constant loop of fencing, capturing, and escaping became tiring.
"One-second M'lady, hold him off!" Chat said running upstairs into his room. "Plagg, claws in. It's time for some good acting" Adrien walked out of his room, and then looked at the fighting Ladybug and Hawkmoth. "Hawkmoth, Ladybug? What's going on?" Adrien said, attempting to look as shocked and confused as possible.
"Adrien, go back to your room," Hawkmoth said. This statement reminded Adrien so much of how his father talks to him.
"Come on, you sound like my father," Adrien said starting to turn back towards his room, and then stopping and turning back towards them. "Wait, are you my father?" Adrien said as a shocked and disappointed expression crept onto his face, similar to the first one when he discovered his father was Hawkmoth, but at least this time it was fake. Right? Hawkmoth's cruel expression turned pitiful and sad, and he didn't say anything, but his jaw dropped like he was going to. His stick dropped to the ground as he stopped focusing on the fight and more on the fact that his son just discovered he was the biggest super-villain in Paris, or he thought he just now discovered it.
"No, Adrien, I-" Hawkmoth was interrupted as Ladybug threw her yoyo around him and brought him to the ground due to him being caught off guard. Ladybug quickly grabbed the butterfly miraculous brooch off of his shirt, and he transformed back into Gabriel. Gabriel looked back at Adrien with a look of pity painted on his face, and Adrien looked back at his father somberly one last time before he ran away throwing his head into his hands pretending to sob. "Adrien! Wait, I can explain!" Hawkmoth said, but Adrien was already gone.
"That was some good acting if I do say so myself," Adrien said as he looked down at Plagg.
"Are you sure it was acting, Adrien?"
"Yeah! Of course!" Adrien insisted, but looked to the side, knowing that every emotion he just displayed was real, as he really was a betrayed son with a cruel father who didn't care about him. He didn't need acting the pretend to be that. That pain followed Adrien around everywhere reminding it's presence whenever he looked into his father's eyes or heard his voice. But that lingering pain could never stop Adrien from helping his Lady. "Plagg claws out!"
"M'lady, you got him! You never let me down." Chat said as he walked out of his room and down the stairs towards Ladybug and his father, who was laying on the ground trapped in Ladybug's yoyo.
"We can escort him to the police station and let them take care of this." Ladybug said. But for Chat, it wasn't this simple. He didn't know how it would feel to watch his father be in jail, forever. Would he move? Where would he live? Who would he live with? He didn't need his father's money, he had plenty of his own, but he still wanted to have a father. But for the sake of Paris, Chat knew he had to agree. "Are you okay Kitty?" Ladybug asked.
"Yeah, I'm overjoyed, M'lady! Let's go!" Chat said with a fake smile. It was hard for him to smile with his so uncertain future.
"For the sake of Adrien, let's try and not let this get out on the media." Ladybug said looking towards Adrien's room.
"Yeah, for Adrien." Chat said looking down noticeably upset now, but quickly painting his painful fake smile back on. "I'm so proud of you Ladybug, you did it."
"No, we did it Cat Noir. We couldn't have done it better." Ladybug said smiling sweetly. "Is Adrien okay in there?"
"Yeah, he's fine. It's not gonna be easy for him though." Chat said looking towards his room, which probably wouldn't be his for much longer. Yeah, it won't be easy for me. Chat sighed subtly. Ladybug's eyes dropped towards Gabriel, then back to Cat Noir, but were caught at what was in his hand. The lucky charm she gave to Adrien. Chat noticed she saw it and frantically covered it with his other hand. "So m'lady, ready to leave?" But it was too late. Ladybug had put together the pieces, and now her eyes were wide staring into his. His frightened eyes widened with hers.
