Percy pov

I woke up and got dressed. I walked over to my bed and grabbed Riptide. I walked to the messhall to see everyone already there. I sat down at the Poseidon table and like always, everyone else joined. Will and Nico were talking, as were the other couples. Annabeth want here yet. A few minutes pasted and she finally showed up. She sat down beside my and we kissed, gods I love this woman. Chiron got up on stage and got everyone's attention without saying anything. I don't know, its just something about a horseguy that makes you want to pay attention. He said that the camp is having a singing festival. We can't deny because it came from Apollo himself. We can choose songs but Apollo also gave us songs that match our lives. And we have no choise. Chiron passed out all the papers and I looked at mine. I knew all these songs. Heck I wrote some of them(not really). How the heck did Apollo find out. Oh wait. God of music. Duh. Well this is going to end up and in so many ways.

All the campers gathered around the bonfire and waited for Apollo to show up. A few,minutes passed and people started getting annoyed at the sun god's tardiness. A few more minutes passed and Apollo showed up. The thing is, he showed up on a huge stage with a microphone. He started talking about how the songs were picked and the rules. When he was done everyone was dismissed to go get ready. Oh and on top of all of that, we all need to pick out an outfit to go with the song we are singing. Great. Just perfect. I walked off to my cabin and started setting out outfits for each song. We get a ten minute break between each song so that everyone can get ready. This festival is not going to end well is it?
