《The untold story of the first wife》Chapter 18 - Happiness

It was the next day of the attack and the entire time yuvraj didn't leave Anamika's chamber. It still had time to complete twenty four hours for the poison to go out of her body completely.
Yuvraj even though worried about her health, he couldn't help the smile that is dancing on his face. He was definitely worried about a heir but he never hated the girls for not being a boy. He just had no right to hate them for being them.
Right now his happiness is not because he is going to have a son but because Anamika is going to have an experience of motherhood, a chance to carry another human being within her which is a boon only women could have.
Although Anamika is a brave girl who didn't just restrict herself to household chores and cooking but also learnt sword fights and other weaponry even defeating men, she has some ideologies and certain sentiments which she treasures very much. One such sentiment is living the boon that god has given to women, which is giving birth to another life.
He thought about many memories where they were planning the future for their kids as they both wanted to have more than one kid especially yuvraj wanted one girl same as Anamika both in looks and character whereas Anamika wanted a boy just like her husband.
While thinking about all the old memories yuvraj felt Anamika stirring as he held her hand all the time she was asleep. It was almost noon when Anamika woke up and yuvraj quietly ordered a dasi to call the Daima to check up once. She went away quickly.
Anamika opened her eyes and squinted her eyes to adjust the brightness. When she looked at him, she asked what happened and took away her hands subtly. He didn't notice it in his happiness and took her face in his hands and told her with tears, "You survived the attack Anamika. You are safe."

Hearing his words, she remembered the attack and asked him once he retrieved his hands, "I remember the attack Yuvraj but why are you so emotional. I am safe and also I don't think it is such a harmful attack." Anamika really couldn't understand his eyes right now which she can effortlessly do.
Yuvraj shook his head still smiling and said, "It was a deadly attack Anamika. I'm happy that you came out of it without any loss" Anamika was shocked slightly as it was nearly impossible to attack within the palace and that too on ladies of the royal family. It is unlike the enemies as they wouldn't know the place where to find ladies inside the palace.
The dasi asked permission to come in and bowed before them and said, "Yuvraj, Daima is waiting outside. Shall I ask her to come in?". Yuvraj nodded at her and she went outside. Anamika looked at him confusedly and asked, "Why Daima? Is vaidh ji not available?"
Yuvraj answered, "You will come to know". Daima came inside and greeted them and started examining Anamika. Once done she told yuvraj, "Both are fine yuvraj. Hereafter no need to worry. She just needs rest."
Yuvraj nodded and she went away. Anamika asked impatiently, "Yuvraj! what is she saying? I'm fine and I can do all the works. What does she mean by both? I was the only one who was attacked right. "
Yuvraj smiled at her and said, "Yes Anamika. You are the one who was attacked but if there is two lives in one body then we need to check both right. " Anamika was about to argue but suddenly she realized what he was saying and looked at him to confirm with teary. He smiled and nodded at her with tears as well confirming her assumptions.

The ever so calm and composed Anamika couldn't control her emotions as all the years of pain for not being a mother physically hit her at once. She was so happy that she didn't realize she was sharing her happiness with Yuvraj Pratap.
When she realized it, she went back to her shell and told him monotonously, "Congratulations yuvraj! You will get a heir and soon you will become the king."
Yuvraj frowned at that and said, "Anamika, I'm not happy just because I get a heir or crown but I am becoming a father. " She replied immediately, "Not for the first time Yuvraj. He will be your seventh child so the happiness must be because of having a son. "
Yuvraj got what she was saying and he could never understand how much she would have been hurt every time he became a father not because she wanted anything bad for him but the thought of your spouse experiencing something so special and the reason not being you will tear your heart piece by piece.
He could never think something like that happening with himself. As he didn't have anything to argue with her, he silently accepts her taunts and smiled.
They both went silent for some time. Then both Ranasa and Ranisa came to meet her. They congratulated her and gave her their blessings. They expressed their happiness and gratitude towards her. Though Ranasa allowed yuvraj's second marriage, Anamika knew he didn't have any wrong intentions towards her life. Unlike Ranisa, he was not involved in any planning and plotting. Yuvraj excused himself and went to his chamber to get freshen up as he was at Anamika's chamber since yesterday.
He wanted to have a daughter like Anamika but his male ego unconsciously didn't allow him to be satisfied with a wife as bold as Anamika. Yuvraj didn't even realize that the reason he got very much attracted to Saudamini was because she was submissive and dependent on him.

The Supreme Cultivator
This story is a parody for xianxias, and some litRPG, where our protagonist, Bòhé chá, faces no problems at all in his life controlled by the evil author... Is the author actually evil? (This is not a rhetorical question, I'm actually curious.) PS : this is only written as a method of wasting time, so don't expect me to upload regularly. Edit : removed the LitRPG and replaced it with Satire since that is more accurate.

Armed with runescrived weapons, armors, and items, they're sent to investigate the ruined temple of a fallen god. Author's aside here: I am writing this mostly to improve my writing and storytelling skills. During the course of developing and writing the first volume of this project, I've learned a lot, but I've also come to realize I have so much more to learn. I appreciate any and all suggestions, comments, corrections, and observations if they are, of course, reasonable. I hope you genuinely enjoy the story.
