《Hybrid's Possession: Possessive Alpha's Book 1》Talking With A Monster

Ellie
Looking the monster in the eyes I ask him, "what could we possibly have to talk about?"
He clucks his tongue at me. "Well for starters I hope there are no hard feelings," I look up at him like he's lost his damn mind. "Did you know I hadn't planned on killing you until that faithful night?" He smiles at me, looking as though I should feel grateful to him in some way.
"You see I had my wife, Kayden's mother, take care of the boys as I always do when my favorite whore comes over to satisfy my needs. We were in my office having a good old time, and when it was over, she told me she had to tell me something."
He turns and walks to the bar, pours himself a drink, and takes a sip. I watch as he swallows it down a little at a time. "That's the good shit right there, would you like a taste?" He offers me the glass in his hand, holding up the scotch bottle.
Shaking my head, I ask "what did she have to tell you?"
"Oh yes, well once she's dressed, she pulls out a drawing from her bag, and do you know what it was of?" He pierces me with his gaze. What is these twenty fucking questions? I think to myself.
"Not quite darling, but we can play that later if you would like to." His voice enters my mind.
"Get the fuck out of my head!" I yell with all the aggression I have.
"Language darling, honestly you kiss my son with that mouth?"
I growl at him in answer. This makes him laugh outright. He's laughing so hard he's holding his middle and wiping away tears. "You are entertaining. It's almost a shame what I have planned for you. We could really enjoy each other's company." He licks his lips and his eyes have turned feral.
The visuals he gives to me inside my head has me feeling nauseous. There's a good chance I will puke all over his pristine floor. "Well, that's enough of that. As I was saying she had a drawing, it was of one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen."
He looks off into the distance, almost picturing this drawing. After a moment, he walks over to his desk, opens a drawer, and looks down at a piece of paper that he places on top. He licks his lips, and the most satanic smile I have ever seen forms across his lips.

He looks up at me, "beautiful eyes, the shape of her mother's, but the color of her fathers." He begins to say as he slowly walks towards me. The paper still in his hand.
"Long, straight hair that reaches to the middle of her back. The color of a sunset. Glowing with red and gold hews." When he reaches me, he bends down to look me right in the eye.
"Yes, she drew you wonderfully." My voice hitches with astonishment. What the woman had to show him was a picture of me. At this age? Why?
"Because she had a vision of you. That you would reach maturity. Go through transition and become just as powerful as my son." The last part comes out in a yell.
"I told her she had to be mistaken. You see I knew your father was half vampire and half werewolf, but what I thought of your mother was wrong. She had said she was just a witch." He quiets a moment and looks to the piece of paper in his hands.
He throws it down in front of me, and there I am staring at myself. The picture holds every freckle on my face, depicted perfectly. The woman was an excellent artist. Heavy breathing brings me out of my thoughts.
Looking up into Luther's eyes, I no longer see a man, but the monster that lurks below. He grabs my arms, pulls me up with him as he stands, and brings my face so close to our noses are touching. I can feel the air escape his mouth, feel the heat radiating off his body we are so close.
"That bitch of a mother of yours lied. She isn't just a witch. She's also Fae. What kind I do not know." He looks down at my lips, making me suck them into my mouth.
"I spent many days these past sixteen years and believe me the things I did to that woman took hours." He smiles showing his perfect white teeth.
"The screams that came out of that woman," he closes his eyes. The sick son of a bitch is getting off on his memories. I can feel him grow along my thigh.
His eyes pop open, "and still that bitch wouldn't tell me a thing about her. If Connor wasn't such a loyal soldier, I would have had my fun with her and killed her after a few days." He throws me to the ground.

I don't move, not even to look at him as he bends down and places his elbows on his knees. "Anyway, when she gave me the drawing my first thought was how I would have to enrage my son as you two grew older. Because I simply wanted you for myself."
Finally, I look up at him in disgust. He huffs out a laugh and shrugs his shoulders. "Can't help how gorgeous you are." His hand comes to my face, and he pinches my chin.
Bringing my face up towards his, he tells me "Then the words came out that you were just like Kayden. One of the Hybrids that made it through infancy, and toddlerhood."
He looks into my eyes again, "my arousal vanished replaced with rage. That's when I knew your mother lied, and that you could cause so much trouble."
He places both his hands on my shoulders and shakes me. "You ruined everything! I was going to be the most ruthless being. The one holding all the power. I went to great lengths to get Kayden, and then you came about as well." He drops me on my side.
I want to cry out in pain badly, but I don't make a sound. He will enjoy that too much, and I'll be damned if I bring him any joy. He stands up, fixes his shirt, and walks back to the bar.
His back is to me, and I lay there and watch as he takes drink after drink. One of his men step away from the wall and tell him he should stop that at once. How he needs his wits about him for later.
"You're right Connor. I just needed to feel the burn. It calms me, and I need to be calm. Cannot break our offering." He puts down the glass, turns to me, and smiles.
He gets comfortable, leaning against the bar, he crosses his feet, and just stands there. The more he eyes me the more I want to back away, put as much distance between us as I can. But I know that's what he wants from me. Instead, I stay as still as possible.
"Your brother is right, you are stubborn." He says, and he finally gets what he craves. My attention on him, with anger and aggression building in my limbs.
"You said you wouldn't hurt her." My brother walks into the room and stops behind me.
"And I haven't, not that it's any of your concern. You did your part, and your debt is repaid." Luther tells him.
I turn my body facing my brother. "That is why you did this?" I ask bewildered.
"Kayden said If I was to go with him you wouldn't need to pay anything. That the debt was paid off and all was fine. You didn't have to do this!" I scream up at him.
He looks down at me, his eyes remorseful. "I didn't just have a debt with Kayden. I already had a over one hundred grand that I needed to pay Luther."
"What?" I whisper.
"I was playing underground poker, and at first I was winning, but then I began losing every hand. He told me I had six months to pay him back, so I went to his son's casino, trying to win what I could." My brother looks to the floor.
"But you see what happened there. Only Kayden wasn't as forgiving. He gave me no time at all to come up with the money, and well you know the rest." Keith won't look at me. He just continues staring at the floor.
"As much as I'm enjoying all this, we need to be going." Luther stands at his full height, and nods to his men.
Some of them leave the room. I have no idea what they are doing, but now it's just me, my brother Keith, Luther, and the man named Connor in the room. He looks at my brother and must say something to him telepathically because I don't hear a word exchanged. Only see my brother walk to the door.
He opens it and looks back to me. His eyes are sad, and his body is humped over. I'm begging him with mine to be the brother I once knew and to help me. He walks out of the room and closes the door. Leaving me alone with the two psychotic monsters. I look at them and they both have victory written in their eyes.
