We all been told to be present.

But what does it really mean?

We all are kind of in the future.

We have goals, and the goals are going to be fulfilled.

But in the future, hopefully...right?

So we all are stuck with this dilemma of constantly stuck between in the present tense and in the future.

For me present means I'm aware of where I am, at this exact moment.

And my goals are not included in there.

For me present is for an example; I'm in my room. It's totally quit. The only thing you can hear is my breath. Just me, watching around, noticing every detail in the room. And Im telling you that I have learnt allot about my own room. I know for a fact my curtains are not a pure beige color. They have more of a yellow undertone, therefore they have a different shade of beige. My flowers in my room, are still blossoming. And that reminded me that my room is a peaceful place where I can come and think and be my self.

That is being present.

Acknowledge every detail, in silent.

It will show you have present you can be.
