《Blue - My 8 Brothers》Rose: Chapter 11

Fire like burning hot tears were flowing down my face as Elena finished telling me everything.

Her face almost mirrored mine, as her eyeliner smudged to a weird shape, making her look alot older than she actually was.

"I'm sorry for the way I pushed you, I hope you didn't get hurt-", I didn't let her finish her sentence, as I wrapped my arms around her waist, trying to comfort her in my tight embrace.

"Please don't be sorry, it was not your fault. I should be the one apologizing for the way I believed you would do that to me. Please Elena, forgive me", I hiccuped.

She hastily shook her head, "No, please don't make me feel more guilty than I already do".

"No you're not guilty and you shouldn't feel that way. You didn't have any other choice but to push me away. I would have done the same if I were in your situation", I said as I tried to ease her nerves.

She slowly nodded.

"I think you should go back now. It's not safe, he can't see us together. You go first and then I will come out after a few minutes", she instructed as I knew we had to avoid going outside together.

I nodded and gave her one last tight hug before pulling away and walking out.

I was halfway down the empty halls of the school, my mind still wondering at what Elena had told me.

"He will ruin everything…"

That's what she had said to me. And I know it were true. Everything would be ruined within the blink of an eye if I didn't do something about this soon.

Suddenly out of nowhere, someone clamped my face.

What the hell!

I tried to struggle out their grip, as it grew tighter. One hand on face, turning my screams into muffled noises and the other pressing my throat, taking away the air I needed to breath.

I thrashed around with my arms and legs, trying to get out of that filthy hold.

The person started dragging me towards an unknown direction.

I kept on pushing and thumping. I even tried to bite their hand, but I couldn't. They pressed my mouth so hard that it was stuck together like a piece of metal stuck in a tiny hole.

After what felt like ages but actually a few minutes, they released me.

I quickly got away from the person and gasped for breath.

I was trying to catch my breath as I got a hold of the near by furniture, a desk.

After a few seconds of getting back to normal breathing, I looked around. I was in a classroom, lined with rows and rows of benches and tables, with a white board in the front.

Though it was a classroom, it looked as if it hadn't been used in ages.

There were layers and layers of dust and filth all around and the air smelled of dust too.

There were spider webs on the ceiling and a big hole, where a fan might have been.

"Confused?", asked a velvety, smooth and awfully familiar voice from behind me.

A voice that I could never forget, no matter how much I tried to.

I turned around and saw him, face to face.

He looked nearly the same, even after all these years.

His dark hair pushed back in a neat manner with his neatly shaven face. His dark eyes staring into my blue ones, as if he could see through my soul. His lips curved in a smirk and he eyed me up and down.

"Ace"
