I was getting really suspicious of Tails and Trix ever since Tails broke up with Zoey. He was really depressed at first but then he got over it. He's been spending a lot more time with Trix lately. I was wondering whether something was going on between them...
I gathered Amy, Sticks and Knuckles in the middle of the forest.
"Guys, I called you here for a meeting." I said.
"Where are Tails and Sticks?" Amy asked.
"Well, this meeting is about them." Sonic said.
"Oh, I see where this is going." Amy said.
"What? I don't get it." Knuckles said.
"Okay, we all think that those two have a thing for each other, right?" I asked.
"What thing? Who are we talking about?" Knuckles asked. I face-palmed.
"Let's just leave him out of this." I said.
"Yeah, it's probably for the best." Amy said.
"I was thinking we could spy on them to find out." I said.
"Sure. That's totally not an invasion of privacy." Sticks said.
"But it's for a good cause! I can't wait! They're so adorable together!" Amy said.
We snuck towards Tails' workshop to find Tails asleep on a machine while Trix was making some adjustments to it. She walked over to him and prodded him with her screwdriver. He awoke and would've fallen off if Trix hadn't caught him. Tails yawned and said something to her and she smiled. They walked off towards the place where Trix slept.
"It's happening!" Amy squealed. We spied on them from a closer window but found that the two were actually just sitting on the floor wrapped in blankets while sipping hot chocolate. I realized that Trix was shorter than Tails, which meant she was really, really short.

"Wait a minute. These two are way too innocent to be doing anything interesting." I whispered.
"Yeah let's go to bed." Amy said.
"Want to sleep at my place?" I asked her.
"Sure but let's keep it PG." Amy said. I smirked.
"Well, you two aren't as adorable as Tails and Trix." Sticks said.
"What about me?" Knuckles loudly said obnoxiously.
"Shhh!" We all said.
"What was that?" we heard Trix say from inside.
"Hide!" I said. Too late. Trix had caught us.
"And just what do you think you're doing?" Trix asked. Suddenly, she froze and stood absolutely still.
"Trix?" Sticks asked. We noticed that Tails had also frozen.
"Tails?" Amy asked.
"What's going on?" I asked. Trix grabbed a metal pipe and Tails grabbed his wrench.
"Uh-oh." I said, climbing into the window. I cautiously approached the two.
"Look, guys. I know you're still in there somewhere. We just want to-" I was cut off by Trix whacking me upside the head. I was sent flying backwards. That girl was dangerously strong. It had been weeks since the last Eggman attack where Trix had summoned a giant wave. there hadn't been any attacks since and I was ill prepared for this fight. Especially because eI had no intention of hurting my two friends.
Trix ran towards me and swung at me repeatedly while I frantically dodged her attacks. Eventually, she tripped me and I was sent flying towards a wall and hit my head. Tails hit me in the ribs with his wrench for good measure and the dangerous duo proceed to attacking Amy and Sticks. We had left Knuckles in the forest but I really hoped he would turn up.
I painfully got up and did my best to dodge their attacks while trying to devise a plan to help them. Last time, Tails had pinched a point on Trix's neck to make her black out, but I didn't know where that pressure point was so I decided to try and knock them out with force. I grabbed a wooden bat and zoomed behind Tails while he was fighting Sticks and hit him in the head hard enough so that he would black out.

Trix, however, wasn't so easy to beat. Even with the three of us working together, she had lighting fast reflexes and counterattacked and dodged all of our attacks. Finally, I managed to land a spin attack on her and she was knocked out cold.
"Whew. It's over." I said in relief.

The Highest One then ask Viktor if he really has that much faith in humanity, and after Viktor answer positively he made him into the God of Hell, tasked with redeeming the souls of the damned, as a way to test Viktor's faith in humanity... EDIT: I'm reworking this novel a bit, changing the first chapters from the "screenplay" form to standard prose. I should be done and start a shedule of one chapter per week at the end of february.
