''And while the gods and demons were fighting,

Pandora opened the box unleashing all kinds of evil and disservice.

And people just embraced it unaware of the repercussions,

forgetting the little hope that remained running

trying to save them from their own stupidity.

And while all hope seems lost, just sit down and wait...

It'll find you''.

boy deserved so much better.

In a world where everything was falling apart, Jungkook had decided to jump out of Pandora's box and bring the hope. And unfortunately with that came all the impurities. Lying, cheating, exploiting... an everlasting list of sadness and broken emotions that no matter how much Jimin tried, at this point he couldn't change it.

Calling the police was certainly not a potential option. He could easily expose Yoongi's layout, revealing his plans, the cameras, the psychotic demeanor but he would get locked in jail as well. He also had his sister in there, Yoongi could also lie - a thing he was particularly good at-, many outcomes were possible. Yoongi was also the best friend of the chief of the police department which didn't give Jimin any advantage. So hurting the boy seemed as the best solution he had.

Two days had already passed and Jimin felt so atrociously sorrowful. He was breaking his lover's heart yet the man was still bearing all the insults, all the pain.

He told Yoongi about his plan and the man agreed. If Jungkook was so heart broken writing a masterpiece was definitely out of the question. And Jimin could still save his sister afterwards. He cleaned the house, from both the remainings cameras to dust, making sure that the moment he left nobody was going to monitor Jungkook. He went to ''work'' asking the rest of the men to trust him, Taehyung dyed his hair again and as if he was a little soldier that had no strength and couldn't say ''no'', Jimin decided to continue with his plan. The faster, the better.

''Do you want some tea?'' Jungkook asked with a smile, a gentle grin that never left his face despite Jimin's cold answers.

''No, you don't make it good anyway''.

''Do you want to see a movie then? I have no urge to write today so...''.

'' Your writing isn't that good anyway'' he stated, the feeling that someone was tearing his heart apart constantly staying in his mind. Please, forgive me my endearing angel.

''Oh... Gorgeous, you have been avoiding me the past couple days. Are you facing something? Do you want to talk things out?'' he wondered, his lips leaning for a soft kiss.

Jimin fought his urge to kiss the younger mercilessly and moved his head away muttering a sole ''I am fine'' and went to the kitchen.

Jungkook wiped his eyes with his hand and grabbed a package of cigarettes making his way to his veranda. What was happening? Was he the one who kept on making mistakes? Or perhaps he was trying too hard? But he was sure that his Jimin was lying about something... he just couldn't pinpoint what. Averting his gaze to the flowerpot he remembered when the blond used the key he hid to save him from a panic attack. He also recalled the day when he swore he saw Jimin's dark black roots threatening to appear. The man assured him that he was a natural blond yet Jungkook didn't know if he should believe whatever his boyfriend told him anymore.

How he suddenly decided to clean everything -especially the left corners and the pillows- too carefully and thoroughly. How he's been insulting him with the meanest, most offensive comments when three days ago his lips were dripping the golden nectar of compliments?

''How are you doing Jungkook?'' the friendly face of his neighbor, Mrs. Choi brightened up his day with a wide, toothy smile. ''It's been years since I saw you sitting on your veranda'' she continued.

''I am doing great Mrs. Choi, hope the same goes for you'' he chuckled. His neighbor was old and her house was quiet most of the time however Jungkook really despised the fact that the woman enjoyed gossiping. To the point of knowing whatever was happening to the houses next to hers. Jungkook had nothing to hide so he didn't care, he just found the habit quite annoying.

And useful.

Jungkook found himself sprinting towards the woman's door and with a fake smile decorating his lips he made the choice to ask her the coveted question his heart desired.

''Mrs. Choi... Have you seen anyone umm... unfamiliar coming to my place?'' he inquired.

''What kind of query is this young man? Why would I know who you consider unfamiliar or familiar?'' she retorted.

''Let me rephrase that. Have you seen anyone entering my house when I was not there? Before Jimin moved in with me I mean... I left my residence like three times a month so I assume you must have noticed''.

''I am not a talebearer young man''.

''I would love if you were one though'' he smirked at her.

''I...'' she hesitated. ''It wasn't just one'' she remarked.

''What? What do you mean?'' he asked, clearly taken aback by her answer.

''It's not just one person. First time which was like many months ago I saw a blond boy, quite tall, messy hair, tanned and muscular... Maybe your age or older''.

Taehyung. Maybe.

''Why didn't you tell me the next day?'' Jungkook inquired.

''Because the boy knew where you hid the spare key. He instantly went for your jardinière like he knew it was there so I didn't find it odd. I assumed you told him. Next it was a totally different man, black hair, slender body but well-defined shoulders. He did the exact same''.

Jin.

''And the third time?''.

''Two of them. This blond I told you about and another raven haired. Shorter, eccentric...I don't know what else to say. Oh! He was the one that... Jimin beat up when he visited your place''.

Hoseok.

''I didn't want to see that but I was passing by the window and...'' she attempted to excuse her curiosity.

''If you don't mind me asking, how much time did they spend in my place? If you remember...''.

''Maybe half an hour, forty five minutes. They always knew when you weren't in''.

''How did they fucking know that?''.

'' Stop cursing young man'' she scolded him but when she saw the trepidation in his eyes, Mrs. Choi felt like she needed to comfort the boy. ''I thought they were waiting for you inside... I didn't know Jungkook...'' she began to apologize.

''It's okay Mrs. Choi. You helped me so much, thank you... Before I go, can I give a call to my dad? Please'' he exhaled quickly, fearing that something terrible was going on. Call it a hunch or instict but he just needed to check.

''Sure'' she welcomed him inside and the man ran to the device as fast as he could. Dialing his father's number, he started to tap his foot on the wooden floor impatiently until his voice echoed through the speaker.

''Jungkook''.

''Dad, dad! Are you okay? Your voice is altered again''.

''I... I am fine son. Is everything alright?''.

''Did anyone come to your place? How many times have you left your place this month? Tell me dad, I need to know'' he pleaded.

''Everything is okay Jungkook, there's nothing for you to be worried about. I promise. Why? Did someone enter at your place? You are scaring me'' his father replied.

''I will call you again , okay? Love you and take care of yourself'' he ended the call and after thanking Mrs. Choi, he ran back to his house seeing Jimin waiting for him in the veranda terrace.

''What happened?'' Jimin questioned, his tone calm yet the beating of his heart louder than silence.

''So now you care all of the sudden?'' Jungkook pushed him away from the entrance and climbed up the stairs to his bedroom, locking himself in afterwards.

And instead of feeling blissful and content that his plan was succeeding, Jimin wanted to kill himself for breaking the younger's heart. How exploited would Jungkook feel in the end, how painful it would be, sleeping on a bed that you shared with a lover, see a movie that reminded you of them... His pain will be double. Because he will feel that he is the one at fault. That's how much he loved the older. He was ready to take the blame even if it wasn't his mistake in the first place.

Having locked himself in the room, Jungkook fell on the bed and attempted to steady his breathing. It was the first time he felt that the word ''love'' couldn't be used in juxtaposition with the name Jimin. Cause Jungkook was certain of his feelings but as time passed he began to doubt his lover's motives more and more.

He wasn't going to abide any more lies. He thought that their souls were amalgamated, a union made with purity and adoration, understanding and honesty. Why things couldn't be left uncomplicated? He wasn't frail, he was just perplexed. And he wasn't going to throw a tantrum without asking his lover what was happening.

Ordering some pizza for their dinner, Jungkook decided to confront the older male. Walking down the staircase, his angry expression instantly softened when he saw Jimin sleeping on the left side of the couch, snoring softly. He always occupied that spot so Jungkook could rest on the other. Walking closer to his boyfriend, having brought a blanket to cover his figure, the writer noticed the puffy eyes and the dried tears on his cheeks.

And yet no matter the insults and lies, Jungkook couldn't bring himself to avoid the male. Giving a kiss on his cheek, light as a feather touching skin, he said in a low tone:'' Are you alright gorgeous? I saw your tears''.

Automatically, as if a robot -or a human- was manhandling him, Jimin allowed his tears to create rivers, drowning his memories inside hopelessly.

The knock on the door startled both of them, especially Jimin who jumped from the sofa in an instant.

''I will open the door and we will talk later'' Jungkook promised and went to the entrance, twirling the doorknob between his fingers. He opened the door with a slight smile expecting to see the usual deliveryman covered with jackets and scarfs that had brought him piza at least three or four times only to be met with a petite girl with bright red hair.

''Your pizza Mr...'' she averted her gaze to the receipt, ''Mr. Jeon. My boss told me it's been almost two months since you ordered from us... Oh no, I shouldn't have said that'' she giggled and shoved the pizza to his chest.

''Yeah, yeah, now that I am thinking about it I don't know why I haven't ordered all this time. What happened to your other delivery boy may I ask?'' he chuckled and began to search for his money. ''Damn, I have left my wallet inside... Come inside, I will come downstairs in a minute'' he invited her in and she shyly entered the house.

''Oh my God... hi Jimin'' she waved her hand to the startled blond that began to breathe arduously. ''Did you dye your hair blond? I dyed it red, see?'' she pointed at her hair with a grin. Jimin's gaze returned back to Jungkook who was looking at them from the bottom of the staircase questionably, visibly incapable of understanding what was going on.

''Do you know each other?'' he asked bewildered.

''Don't...''.

''He was a delivery man along with me before he quit. He has brought you pizza so many times, don't you remember?'' she asked with a smile. Jungkook's gaze stayed on the older intently, Jimin realizing that he had to give explanations whether he liked it or not.

The blond stood up and shoved some money in the girl's embrace taking her completely aback, quickly escorting her to the exit. Locking the door abruptly, his hands still on the doorknob, Jimin turned his stare back to his boyfriend who didn't even bother to shed a glance at him.

''Kook...''.

''I have no idea what the fuck is happening but I would really love to know. Seems like you might have a clue or two... gorgeous'' he emphasized the word, sending shivers to Jimin's spine.

'' You don't deserve to know'' the man answered attempting to make his plan work. Maybe it was easier this way.

''You have been hiding God knows what from me and yet I don't deserve to know?'' Jungkook shouted. Jimin felt his own tears lingering on the bottom of his eyes but he had to maintain his calm aura.

''I never loved you. How could I fall in love with a man like you?''.

''Are you happy hurting me? Does this make you smile?'' he hissed at the older desiring to break down his walls. What was Jimin trying to do anyway?

''Yes. I hate you! How could you believe that I was in love with you? I exploited you, I took what I wanted and that's it''.

''Then why are you still here with me? Why did you save me from that panic attack? Why do you kiss me tenderly and cherish me like nobody ever did? Try to explain it to me. Because my patience is running out'' he closed his eye shut.

''I can't!''.

''Try your fucking best then...''.

''My best is never good enough'' Jimin growled and rolled his hand through his sweaty bangs.

Jungkook approached the blond and kneeled in front of him. His palm cupped Jimin's jaw and brought him close to his face, his eyes fuming all the anger his heart couldn't feel cause of love.

''You knew Taehyung before you met me right? You were the delivery man and you pretended you didn't know me. You are a raven haired when I described you like a blond in my book? You found difficulty is saying sorry or please. You look scared when you glance at your phone... I notice things Jimin, I just don't talk about them. Were you ever going to tell me? Not knowing hurts. Is anything real at all?'' he questioned him.

''My love for you is real''.

''Then explain, please. I won't be mad''.

''Pr-promise?''.

''I...I...I promise''.
