A/N: Hiii everyone! Sorry I'm late on updating! But no worries. Heres the chapter (:
*One Week Later*
Mia's P.O.V
"Do you have everything babe?" Louis smiled, my bags in his hands.
"Yeah!" I say brightly, the smirk never leaving my face.
I step outside and admire the scenery. Months in this place will do wonders, I promise you that. Everything seemed so much happier and lively than before.
I make my way towards Louis car and sit inside.
"Someones happy," He chuckles, starting up the car.
"Duh!" I laugh, looking at him and picking out all of his perfections.
"Like what you see?" He says, keeping his eyes on the road.
"Every bit of it." I blush, grabbing his hand into mine, stroking my thumb on the top of his hand slowly.
"I missed this." I sighed.
"And I missed you," He smiles.
"And I missed you too."
"You ready to see everyone?" He asked, looking at me.
"Of course." I smile, stepping outside and up into the hotel.
"MIA!" Someone screams from above. I look up and see Nicole and Rose waving down at me.
I wave back and hurry inside with Louis trailing behind me. A smile plastered on my face as everyone greeted me at the hotel room.
"We've missed you so much" They all say while piling on top of me.
"Not as much as I've missed you." I chuckle, allowing a few tears drip down onto my shirt.
"You're gonna stay right? No more of scaring me?" Rose whispers, being sure that everything was finally good.
"Of course." I tell her, wrapping her in another hug.
"I'm glad." She says into my shoulder, squeezing my tight.
"Can I have a hug?" Harry says behind her.

I frown and look over at him as Rose awkwardly stepped away.
"Look, I'm sorry for being a jerk to you. I am." He tells me, a frown planted on his lips.
I slowly walk up to him and wrap my small arms around his waist and pull him against me.
"I've miss you." He tells me.
"Mm." I say into his chest as an agreement.
"Okay, boys I hate to ruin the moment but we have rehearsals in like 30 minutes." Liam reminds us, walking out with his phone in his hand.
"You guys are welcome to come!" Niall says, wrapping his arm around Rose's waist. I smile at the cuteness.
We all nod in agreement and head out the door, holding Louis hand in mine as we walked.
"Whens your tour start?" I ask.
"Next week..." He huffs.
"Oh." I sigh.
"Please, Mia. Go with me." He pleads.
"Louis.. I have check ups every week for a few months." I remind him.
"Just talk to your therapist. Pleaseeee."
"We'll see." I say, trying to avoid the conversation.
"I'll drive." Harry offers. We all hop in the back. Louis, Nicole, and I sit in the front, and the rest behind us.
"Can't believe we are starting yet ANOTHER tour in America!" Niall says with pure excitement. (READ THE A/N AT THE END)
We all agree and start conversing with eachother.
I look out and see the familiar stadium standing tall above us and I smile.
"So Mia." Harry begins talking. "Who was your first concert?"
I feel my cheeks burning and I slowly mutter my answer, "Hannah Montana."
Just then the car erupted in to laughter.
"Hey! She was my favorite at the time!" I defend myself.

"Now look at her." Nicole chuckles.
I begin to laugh and unbuckle my seat belt. I step outside the van and look around at multiple screaming girls standing outside the gates.
I look over at Louis who's frowning. I smile at him. "I'll go talk to them, you and the rest can go inside."
He hands me a thin, black bag full of thin photos with the boys signatures scribbled on top. "Give them these." He says, and scurries off inside with the rest.
I place on my Raybands and walk over to the girls. I wave my hand and smile.
"Hiii guys!" I say walking over to them. "Sorry they really need to rehearse. But I got a few of these." I smile pulling out the autographs.
I slowly slip them through the black bars of the gates to several ecstatic girls.
"You're so flawless!" One shouts, and others give compliments. It feels good. I feel refreshed and like a new person
"I have to go girls! Have a great day." I smile, heading inside.

Leftover Apocalypse
[Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] This is a story about the newly-adult Calliope Smith having a terrible day that ends in her getting mysteriously teleported from Phoenix, Arizona to a fantasy world where her life is in constant danger. She considers this an upgrade. Someone evil is looking for her, and she doesn't know why. Someone who seems to know a lot about her has promised they'll help her, but she doesn't know who they are. All that matters to Callie is that magic is real and one way or another she's going to learn it. The end of the world is coming up, sure, but Callie won't need to worry about that. In fact, by the time she even finds out about it one of the doomsday devices will already be destroyed, and the authorities will be well on the way to dealing with the other one. It's fine. Everything will be smooth sailing. Almost certainly. Probably. Chapters are usually about 2500-3500 words, and the goal is to post 2-3 per week but I sometimes get busy or have some writers block. It's your standard portal fantasy / Isekai premise, but unlike some the main character's time on Earth and how she got pulled into another world will (eventually) be explored. Some slight GameLit-feeling stuff later, no menus or level-ups but there's something suspiciously like a skill tree when the magic system gets going. No number crunching, and while the main character will get to do some silly stuff she won't be a god like in some fics (and will in fact spend a lot of time being badly outclassed by her enemies). Some reader interaction, ranging from adding to the worldbuilding to occasionally making big important decisions about skill progression. Please note that the main character is flawed and impulsive, and will make some stupid decisions. That's part of the story, but I get that it's not for everyone. Trigger Warnings: Foster care system references, crappy parenting. Some mental health adjacent stuff, specifically the main character has some issues where she experiences varying levels of empathy and emotional vulnerability depending on the day (it's complicated and not meant to portray any real-world conditions). Occasional violence including mention of death and grievous bodily harm, but no detailed descriptions of gore.
