isabella was sitting at dinner with her family and they were talking about how bryan was going to the movies with his friend.
"what movie are you guys gonna see?" mary asked.
"uh, annie hall." bryan replied making isabella laugh.
"oh, so you're bringing a girl to the movies?" isabella asked.
"isabella." david said making her laughter stop.
"sorry." isabella replied as she ate her food.
"son, if you're going on a date you can just say so." david told him.
"okay, yeah. i'm going on a date but you guys don't know the girl. before you ask, you can't meet her." bryan said making isabella roll her eyes.
"surprise, surprise." isabella mumbled.

jackie was talking to fez' new girlfriend. everyone was freaking out since she was the girl that ditched hyde on their blind date.
"hey, you guys. the eagles are on don kirshner's rock concert tonight." kelso said.
"oh, man, i'm gonna miss the eagles because i gotta, i gotta..." eric said.
"gotta what?" isabella asked him.
"i'm busy." eric said.
"do we have a date tonight?" donna asked him.
"no. i wish. i'm goin' to a movie. with my mom." eric said.
"he's got a special night out with mommy." hyde said.
"hey, maybe you'll get lucky." kelso said making everyone look at him.
"gross, kelso." isabella said.
"and your mom'll pay for the movie! god, you people are sick." kelso said.
"patty, you know, we should really go to the mall together so i can introduce you-" jackie began but got cut off.
"are you ready, darling?" fez asked her.
"excuse me, fez. i was talking." jackie said.
"oh, i know, jackie. you are always talking." fez replied.
"oh!" jackie said.
"burn!" kelso said making jackie glare at him.
"sorry, i just appreciate a good burn." kelso said.
"so, where you guys goin?" eric asked fez.
"um, we are going to the red lobster for a romantic dinner of red lobster." fez said.
"i'll see you guys, later." patty said before the couple left.

"okay, i don't like her. and i don't see why we have to be so nice to her just because she's dating someone in our group." jackie said.
"bites the big one, doesn't it?" hyde said as jackie rolled her eyes.
"wow, the tables have turned." isabella said.
"well, i gotta go to work." hyde said before he left.
"god, am i right, donna? don't you hate her?" jackie asked.
"not really, jackie. i kinda like her." donna said.
jackie leaned over and she hit kelso.
"hey, what was that for?" kelso asked her.
"that's for not writing me poems, michael!" jackie told him.
"uh, love you, jackie." kelso said.

isabella, donna and jackie were sitting on the porch at the forman's chatting.
"just admit it, girls. patty is totally wrong for fez." jackie said.
"wow, jackie. i've never seen you quite this transparent before." donna said.
"what are you talking about?" jackie asked.
"are you kidding? it's so obvious." isabella said as donna nodded.
"she's so awful, donna. let's hate her forever, donna. let's shave her head and run her out of town, donna." donna said mocking jackie.
"and that's just a few examples of many." isabella said.
"focus, girls. we're ragging on patty, remember?" jackie told them.
"jackie, did you ever think that maybe you hate patty because you like fez?" donna asked her.
"oh, you are in dangerous territory, pinciotti." jackie told her.
"no, i mean, it's true. you hate seeing fez drool over someone other than you." donna said.
"you're crazy. i don't like fez." jackie said.
"i think you do." donna replied.
"yeah, i do, too." isabella said.
"oh, shut up." jackie said blushing.
"aw, would you look at that." isabella teased.
"jackie, you're blushing." donna said before jackie pinched her.
"ow!" donna said.
"i'll admit that, uh, fez would be okay for a quick fling... if i was off on a vacation with my parents, like in michigan or cuba. where no one would ever find out. ever, ever, ever." jackie said.

"right..." isabella said.
"fez and jackie sitting in a tree... mr. and mrs. fez... fez." donna teased.
"donna, please, please shut up." jackie begged.
"jackie, you are so totally hot for him. i can see it in your eyes." donna told her.
"oh, my god. oh, my god! i like fez! no!" jackie said screaming and running away.
"took her long enough." isabella said as her and donna laughed.
"no!" jackie kept screaming.
-
"so the cops caught you doing it?" jackie asked donna.
"that's crazy." isabella said.
"oh, my god. that is such a turn on!" jackie said.
"that is not a turn on! you're a little pervert. jackie, i have a big problem. how am i gonna tell my parents?" donna said.
"yeah, that's tough." isabella said.
"okay. if you need to use the bathroom, you should go now. cause i have a lot to say." jackie said.
"oh, boy." isabella said.
"no, i'm fine. thanks." donna replied.
"okay. your first mistake... was wearing pants for car sex. when you do it in the car, skirts are you best friend. zip, zip, bim, bam, you're done, you're dressed, you're back at the mall." jackie told her.
"jackie, i'm screwed. if i tell my parents, only one of two things can happen. they'll either be furious... or they'll ask me how it was." donna said.
"oh, god. that's... awful." isabella said.
-
"oh, hey, you guys, guess what part of my body i nicknamed pink floyd?" kelso asked eric and donna.
"pretty sure they don't care." isabella said.
"shut up." donna told him.
"see?" isabella said.
"well, jackie thought it was cute." kelso said.
"well, jackie's not here anymore." eric said.
jackie caught kelso kissing laurie so now they were broken up.
isabella hadn't been around when it happened since she was busy studying.
"i was over at jackie's this morning. she is so down. it's really depressing." donna said.
"yeah, it was even worse when i went over last night." isabella said.
"she's taking the breakup pretty hard, huh? cool." kelso said.
"shut up, man. you cried like a baby." hyde said coming out of his room.
"whoa, i did not cry. i had something in my eye." kelso replied.
"for a week?" hyde asked him.
"i have allergies, all right? is it so wrong to feel?" kelso protested.
"anyway, jackie's, like, in really bad shape." donna said.
"so, kelso, now that you and jackie are no longer an item... um, i can ask her out, right?" fez asked him.
"what? no. since when do you like jackie?" kelso said.
"yeah, fez, i don't think that's a good idea." donna said.
"yeah, fez, man, that's a bad idea. jackie's on the rebound right now. why don't you just give her a break?" hyde said.
"agreed. she's got enough to deal with already." isabella said.
"what? since when do you two like jackie? all right, does everybody here now like jackie?" kelso asked.
"i still don't." eric said raising his hand.
"well, thank you, eric." kelso said.
"fez, hyde and bella are just saying that jackie's really vulnerable right now." donna told him.
"yes, so i must move fast before she gets her self esteem back." fez said.
"yeah, you can't blame her for being down. after all, i did dump her." kelso said.
"that's funny, kelso." isabella said.
"actually, she dumped you." eric reminded him.
"hey, i don't like to get into specifics." kelso said.
"oh, go tell it on the mountain. nothing will stop me from asking jackie on a date. not even ninjas." fez said.
"that's oddly specific." isabella said.
"fez." kelso said breaking him out of his fantasy.
"what?" fez asked.
"go ahead, fez. ask jackie out. she won't go cause you're foreign, but go ahead and ask." kelso said.
"you're damn right i will. hiya." fez said imitating a ninja.

The Book of Rune
If you like moderately well-researched semi-medieval military logistics with some fantasy twists, and also conspiracy, and exploration, and violence, and maybe a dash of road movie, hey, Ruen just might be your thing. Plot-wise, basically there's a guy who got fired by Death, a kid with pyrotechnic tendencies, and a slave general who wouldn't mind retiring but ended up on a mass suicide mission. If you were looking for a less TL;DR version, a guy who got fired by Death meets a kid with pyrotechnic tendencies, and they try to get the guy un-fired while also trying to come to terms with death together (ooohhhh, look, I'm deep). Meanwhile a slave general does something stupid and ends up being sent on a suicide mission, and he tries to wreak havoc and save lives at the same time. The threads come together, I swear. This is a rough draft of a fantasy semi-book that I've had in the back of my head for some time. I've written a variety of short stories set in the world over the past three years, and I finally kicked myself into writing the actual story. Very much a slow work in progress. Occasional violence (okay, well, maybe more than occasional), occasional foul language.
8 193Unwitting Champion
"In stories this is always easy. There's magic and powers, and quick steps to claiming that power for one's self. This doesn't feel true for me. I'm supposed to be a Champion, whatever that means, and yet I don't feel important. I don't have all the bells and whistles, which honestly feels familiar even in a new world. But what was I expecting? I haven't had the worst life - there are people with worse problems than mine - I've known what it is to struggle, to be pulled down instead of being helped up.This is nothing new."When in great peril, the Kingdom of Althor has no choice but to send a call into the void, beseeching the Fates to bring them a man who would save them from the coming darkness. Unfortunately the path the Fates chart is often unknowable to men and the Champion who appears is not what the kingdom expected.Unwitting Champion is a story of a guy displaced, dealing first and foremost with trying to survive in a world where he is no longer a person but a tool, and - at least from the reaction of those around him - a shoddy one at that. His major goal is to survive long enough that either he can run or find a way home, because as exciting as the possibility of learning magic might be, he would rather have a boring life than a short life.
