The police and an ambulance came.

Luckily no charges are being put on Tom.

I am still kinda shaken.

I even though he's dead I still can't be alone.

Tom has his arms firmly around me.

He kisses my cheek.

"I will never let anyone else hurt you ever again" he whispers into my ear.

I smile at him.

I know he means it but we can't really be sure someone else won't come after me.

Does Damon have friends?

I shiver just thinking about it.

"What's wrong?" He asks me.

"Oh nothing" I sigh.

I can't sleep.

I've been awake since 1am.

Tom turns around.

"Sarah?" He whispers.

"Yes" I say.

"I know your not ok" he says.

I turn around and look at him.

Open my mouth to say something but nothing comes out.

I burst into tears.

He goes to hug me.

As he does I flinch.

"Sarah?.....I am not going to hurt you" He says a little hurt.

"I know, I am sorry I just can't help it". I say to him.

"Have you seen this paper?" Megan says to Rachel passing it to her.

"Oh my god...I should phone her" Rachel says.

The phone rings and rings.

Finally Sarah answers.

"H-hello?" She says.

"Sarah, I'm so sorry" Rachel says.

"Rachel, is that really you?, I haven't heard from you in ages" Sarah says.

"It is me" she says.

"Did you know?" Sarah asks.

"Know what?" Rachel replies.

"That he would do that" Sarah says.

"No!, no of course not, we may have a bad past but I would never have let him do that to you" Rachel says.

Sarah sighs.

"Of course..I am sorry". Sarah says.

*Elizabeth's POV*

Theirs 3 messages on the answer machine when I get back from a checkups at the doctors.

They are all from Ben.

"Elizabeth, i don't know if you heard about what happened, but I haven't called in a while and I wanted to know you were safe" he says.

The next one,

"Everything has been a shock but it's made me realize I need you",

The last one is really short.

"Come live in England with me".

Does he really mean that last two?.

Does he need me?

Can I trust him?

I just don't know if he will ever truly be over Sarah....

*Benedicts Pov*

"Daddy!" Isa shouts.

I run through.

"Are you ok?" I say.

"Yes, look, look at this!, grandad got me it!" She says holding up a doll house set.

"That's nice darling" I smile.

She was at Sarah's again but after everything she wanted me to take her for a while, poor girl, she must be so confused.

I have been trying to get Elizabeth all week. I've really been a fool,

I don't regret coming back to England but I realize I need Elizabeth.

I realize Sarah and I are never going to happen again and to be honest I am happy. I love her, I just am not really in love with her again.

All this really shocked me and made me realize it.

Just then my phone rings.

"Hello?" I say.

"I have booked a 9am flight tomorrow" I hear a voice say.

It's Elizabeth.

"Oh Elizabeth, do you really mean it" I say.

"I guess I am, but you better mean what you said in your messages, this is our last chance" she tells me.

"And you didn't get rid of the baby?" I ask.

"Of course not you big idiot" she says giggling.

"I am sorry I haven't been their" I sigh.

Theirs a little pause.

"I forgive you, but you have a lot of making up to do" she says.

"Oh don't you worry I intend to" I say smiling.
