Just then Grace walks over.
"Honestly Ben she is fine. You should know by now that Sarah is a tough one" she says.
He sighs shaking his head.
"Just stay out of trouble" he says leaving.
--
Later on when i am making tea i hear Grace talking to someone in the living room.
"Listen, i know what happened shocked you just as much as me but it can not happen again. Look i will talk to you tomorrow when we go see the venue" She says hanging up.
She stands up and gets a fright when she sees me standing there.
"Sarah...I did not know you were standing there" She says.
"Just telling you tea will be ready in 10 minutes" I say.
"Great, i am starving. What we having?" She asks.
"Lasagne" i tell her.
"Yum, i will set the table" she says leaving the room.
She is acting rather strangely.
Who was that on the phone?.
------
*The next morning*
i go to go to the bathroom but it is locked.
"Everything ok?" i ask then suddenly the door unlocks.
Grace comes out.
It looks like she has been crying.
"Hey Hun, you ok?" i ask her.
"I am fine Sarah, just leave me be" She says shoving my hand of her shoulder and going to her room.
Something definatly is not right....
---
*Graces POV*
I am to meet him at the Venue we are organising for Sarah.
She still doesn't know it but the secret is for her 30th party.

"You ok?" he asks.
"Can everyone stop asking that. I am fine" I say sharply.
"Ok then, ready to have a look?" he says.
"Whatever" i sigh.
The place is huge, and grand.
If i wasn't in such a bad mood i would be squeeling with excitment.
"Isn't this place lovely" Ben says.
"It's alright" i say with no emotion.
Ben frowns.
"You were all excited for this yesterday, what happened?" He asks.
I can't tell him. "N-nothing" i say.
He stops me.
"No there is something" He says.
"I don't want to tell you" I say.
"you have to" he says.
"Do you really want to know!, then i will tell you. I am pregnant Ben. Bloody Pregnant" I say angrily.
He looks shocked.
"And you did not want to tell me because?" He asks.
"It's yours" i sigh.
"It..it cant be" He says.
"It is" i tell him.
"But we had one drunk stupid mistake" He says.
"Thats all it takes" i remind him
"What am i going to do....what do i tell Elizabeth...Sarah. They will hate me" He says.
"Hey!, its not just you in this mess you know. I did not want a baby so soon, and for me abortion is out of the question" I tell him.
"Of course. i would never ask you to do that" he says.
"First things first we need to tell Sarah the truth" I tell him.
"She'll hate me" He sighs.
"Well we have to take that risk" I say.
---
*Sarahs pov*
'Is this some kind of sick joke" i say.
"No it's true. It happened when we were planning you party, we were a little drunk. I am sorry" She says.
"I don't blame you, you are very vunerable. But him" i say pointing at Benedict.

"How could you do that?, to Elizabeth?. To me?. Thats my sister" I say to him angrily.
"I know i was a fool, but-"
"But nothing. Your an idiot is what you are Benedict. I- just get out of my sight!" i shout at him.
Grace is crying now.
"Please Sarah, it's not all his fault. I am to blame to. It takes two people" She says.
I look at her. She is still young. I was like her once. Falling flat on my face because of men.
"Grace. He knew the risks he was taking. Please don't worry about him. We have you to worry about" i say hugging her.
"I will be fine. We sisters are made of tough stuff are we not?" she says.
"That we are" i say hugging her a little tighter
---
While Grace goes for a nap i phone Tom and tell him the whole story.
"Sarah" he says.
"Yes Tom?" i say.
"Promise you will stay away from him when i am not home. He takes advantage of woman and he supposedly loves you. I don't want anything to happen" He says.
"Benedict's not all like that. He wouldn't do anything to me" I tell him.
"Just promise me" He says.
"Ok, i promise" i say to him.
"Thank you Darling. I love you" he says.
"I love you too" i say hanging up.
Is Benedict really who i thought he was?......
*Elizabeths POV*

Points of Light - An Oral History of the Collapse
Humanity endures. The phrase is not only an informal slogan of the reformed United Nations, but a rallying cry the world over. Even in the face of extermination, we struggled, we fought, and we endured. But just how close did we actually come? In our darkest hour, how many steps separated our species from oblivion? And are we even safe now? Were the mistakes made by earlier generations really so obvious? Or are they only so blatent when we look back with the advantage of hindsight? If so, what horrors might be staring us in the face even now that no one has the foresight to prevent? Drawn from thousands of interviews, as well as uncorrupted contemporary recordings and source documentation dating back to the early 2000s; Points of Light is a definative look at the last half century of upheaval, prosperity and carnage. It tells the tale of what happened, how it happened, who was responsible and most importantly, what we might be able to do to prevent it from happening again. This is a rewrite of a previously started fiction under a pen-name. Chapters will be updated every two days at 6:00 EST.
