I woke up in my bed as rays of sun entered in my room. Yesterday was sure an eventful day. My mind ran through all the events we recently experienced.

____ Flashback____

Lance was right about team rocket. They had planned to steal mass amount of Pokémon. They locked the captain away in room. Which took more than an hour for misty and brock to find him, while I fought against team rocket with other tourists.

Humans are really weak when it comes to leadership skills. Everyone thinks that they will mess up or they are born leaders. But they panic at the moments when they need to take decision with a calm mind.

But a few words of encouragement are more than enough to fill them with hope. And that's what I do. I told that that we are more than team rocket and we can over power them. Because of attacks ship took visible damage, which made risky for the travelers. It was returned to the Vermillion City, where Lance and Officer Jenny were waiting. What the heck was that? They had suspicions but didn't send anyone, even in disguise.

I gave Lance a piece of mind for sending spies behind me. But he told that it was Ilene's orders. I just sighed at this and told that I didn't needed them all the time.

It was time to find another route to Saffron or Celadon city for my next badge. Misty suggested that there was a rock tunnel near Cerulean city. So, we decided to take that route to lavender town but not before a day of rest.

I felt some movement.

"Good morning love"

"Good morning Ashy"

"Had a nice sleep?"

"like a log, my personal pillow is so warm and comfortable" she said while hugging me "what about you?"

"nothing less"

We got out of bed and got ready. We came down to see the sight of brock kneeling down in front of Officer Jenny.

"Hey Brock" we called but he was so focused on Officer that he didn't notice us. Then misty came in the scene and dragged him toward us.

"Sorry about my friend's behavior." I apologized. That's when she gave us her attention. Then she looked at something and asked

"Are you Ash Ketchum?"

"Yeah that's me" I said somewhat confused.

"this is from Lance" she said while giving me a box.

"Thank you" 'what does he has now for me?' I asked myself.

"pls officer will you go out with me." Maybe this time he crossed the line because next moment he was lying on the floor with a bump on his head.

"What's this?" I asked her.

"that's confidential information. He didn't even tell me." She replied.

"ok thanks for this."

With that she left. I went in my room to see what it was. I opened it to see an ID card and letter.

'Dear Ash,

Thank you for your assistance. Ilene told me something that you want to achieve. This is for you with that you will be able to go places restricted for others. For your equipment go to any Police office and they will give you necessary things. Hope you will achieve what you want.

I will be counting on you.

Lance.'

In there was a G-men and Interpol ID for me. As an undercover detective.

'Thanks Lance this will help me a lot.'

We checked out of Pokémon center and went back to Cerulean city. I excused them for some time. They said they will wait with Misty at her gym after refilling the supplies.

I went to the station where we arrested those three clowns. I talked with officer and took my equipment (hand cuffs, desert eagle, an encrypted cell phone for only mission purpose and a Pokémon ranger capture styler). I captured that talking Meowth. It was a Pokémon who was forced to join evil organization. Why the hell would a Pokémon join something that hurt other Pokémons. I erased his memories about team rocket and sent him to prof. Oak told Scizor to give him special training. I went back to Gym to see everyone ready to go. But it was already night so we decided to sleep at gym with Misty's sisters.

Next day went towards the rock tunnel with Misty leading us because she new the route till tunnel. She told us that there was a river near by where she came for fishing. We encountered two wild Nidoran (male and female.). Having a poison type in team would be a good addition so I captured them. Finally, we reached at rock tunnel. There was a Pokémon center nearby so, I decided to switch team (remember Honedge is always with him).

They were Zubat, Pikachu, Charmeleon, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Lucario, Vulpix. I told all of them to train well for them to be fit for all battles that will come our way. It was all dark inside the tunnel so I asked Charmeleon to light the path for us. It was all maze once inside. It was nice thinking about Zubat's supersonic waves he guided us outside of the tunnel. It was a tiring travel. And we encountered a lot of rock types. When we exited the tunnel and reached Lavender town it was already dark. So, we decided to stay at the Pokémon center.

Next day we decided to roam around to get some information about the town. The told us that there was a Pokémon tower in the city where everyone would go to meet their Pokémon which died. But when we decided to go there was a slight hesitation between them. When we reached the tower, I met Uncle Blue. He was apparently there for his Raticate. Brock and misty were shocked that I knew Blue because he suddenly disappeared from Pokémon trainers history as they had heard quite stories about him and Red. I hadn't told them about me being red's son. When we were busy talking there was an explosion heard at the top.

"Not again" Blue cried.

"What do you mean by 'not again'" brock asked as we started running towards the top.

"When I and red were traveling, team rocket had decided to make a base at the top of the tower."

"You know Red!!"

"He was like my brother and is Ash's father."

"What!!!" misty screamed.

"Sorry I didn't tell you; but I didn't want to make friends because of my father's fame"

We reached at the top to see that there were many ghost types captured in cage. There were some grunts around the cage.

"These are enough for now, lets go" said one of them.

"Like we are going to let you go." Said blue.

"Rhydon"

"Arbok"

"Golem"

"Golbat"

"Lairon" they threw pokeballs as the Pokémons materialized out of them.

"Blastoise come out" blue threw a pokéball.

"what a cool strong water type" misty said with stars in her eyes.

"We won't stay back." I said "Charmeleon, Squirtle I chose you"

"Rhydon mega horn"

"Arbok use toxic"

"Golbat confusion"

"Golem roll-out"

"Lairon iron head"

They called their moves. Horn on the nose of rhydon grew begger as he charged towards our Pokémon. While golem stuck his head into his body and started rolling as lairon concentrated iron energy on his head. They made a beeline towards our Pokémon.

"Blastoise surf"

"Charmeleon flamethrower on Arbok, Squirtle use skull bash on golbat"

Blastoise surf was super effective against all ground types. And Golbat managed to confuse Charmeleon before getting hit by skull bash. Charmeleon got confused and started hitting everywhere. Without any order arbok gripped him in bind as Charmeleon cried in pain. Then he used toxic poisoning him.

"Charmeleon get out of there, Squirtle help him with rapid spin"

"Blastoise use hydro pump."

"protect"

Blastoise used hydro pump a super effective move against ground type but was in vain as protect used by lairon covered everyone. Skull bash hit Arbok square in its head but stubborn Pokémon did not let it go. I signaled Honedge to break the cage while we distracted the grunts. Arbok gripped Charmeleon tighter and he screamed. But then he started to glow and increase in size. Two wings were at his back and his size grew so large that Arbok wasn't able to squeeze him anymore. He gave out a loud cry and sent a flamethrower right on the face of Arbok. Arbok got intimidated and he returned back to his pokéball.

"agrr... Golbat supersonic"

The cave bat started a loud noise which started to confuse Pokémon but it didn't last longer as a Gengar hit him on the back with a shadow claw.

"who was that."

One of the grunts said as he turned around to see a haunter sticking his tongue out who licked his face and he went crazy. Gengar used hypnosis on them and put them to sleep.

"Thanks, Gengar."

Gen Gar Ge 'it's my pleasure.'

"let's give all these grunts to officer Jenny." Blue said.

"Did you say officer Jenny??, let's go" Brock replied with that he took off.

"We still need to carry them mister." Misty brought him back by pulling his ear.

"Gengar can you give us a hand??"

Gengar 'Yes'.

He used psychic to lift them and followed us till the entrance of the tower. where we called officer Jenny. She came and took them away.

"So where are you going next?" Blue asked.

"We are now heading to saffron city for my next gym battle."

"Oh, I was also going through there let me give you a ride till there."

"That would be awesome!!" I exclaimed

We made way towards his Shelby GT.

"New car I see."

"Yeah just bought a week ago."

"That's nice"

He unlocked the car. I was about to enter the car when some force pulled me back. I saw it was Gengar.

"What's the matter buddy?"

Ge Gengar Ge 'I want to come with you'

"Really"

Ge 'yeah, iIdon't have many friends you seem nice. and want to make more friends. it's so lonely.'

I pulled out a pokéball and kept in front of him. He touched it and was sucked inside. I called him out and told him to be my shadow. He was happy to do that. I gave pokéball to Blue.

"Give this to Prof. he'll know what to do."

"Alright, but we have a problem."

"What?"

"We don't have enough space."

"That's alright I can fly with Charizard."

"Alright will meet at saffron Pokémon center."

They drove away. I waited till they were out of my site. Then started walking. As I was out of site from people Arceus teleported next to me.

"So, how is it going honey?"

"So far so good. Encountering everyday with them is waste of time. But sometimes they do put up a fight. Let's put that aside how are you doing."

"I don't have to do anything so I just relax."

"What about those fights of your " I said emphasizing on it.

"Well they are starting to mature."

"Well that's good."

"Ash I have to tell you something"

"What??" I raised an eyebrow.

"Um... how should I put this?"

"Just spit it"

"You are a Pokémon" I stopped in my tracks.

"......"

"Ash?"

"...."

"Earth to ash" she said waving her hand in front of me.

"That's ...."

"That's what?"

"I got no words to describe my feeling."

"Are you angry?"

"What? No, I am happy. How awesome will it be? What kind of Pokémon am I?"

"You are just like me."

"Like you?"

"Like me but black instead of white. It's like you can see whole cosmos through you."

"That means..."

"Yeah, you are another god. The one who rules cosmos, controls aura and the one who maintains peace."

"Suits my goal huh..." we laughed at it.

"Well it's getting late; I need to go."

"Alright, but you will be training yourself to control power"

"Sure" I kissed her, then she disappeared.

I teleported myself to saffron city Pokémon center. I went inside to see three of them sitting at a table. I went there.

"What took you so long?" misty asked.

"Well I got lost in my thoughts and in track" I replied.

We discussed a few things about saffron gym. After dinner we went to bed. Just wait Sabrina I am coming for my badge.
