Diantha just nodded. With that Gardevoir dodged the attack.

Lucario turned around and hit her (Gardevoir) hard. Diantha and Prof. were in shock.

"We can also play that game."

"Gardevoir shadow ball."

"Well looks like we are better than you in this game." ''

Lucario created a big bone and spun it round shielding himself from the attack.

"Not bad. Looks like a worthy opponent." Diantha said.

"Don't be sad if you lose, we are training to win against anyone coming in our way." I replied.

"Alright Gardevoir lets show them. Respond to my heart and Mega-evolve."

"Okay Lucario this is our first time. Let's show them our bond. Aura is with us."

Both of us touched the necklace. Rays of aura connected the stones. And they mega evolved. A DNA symbol shined and the light died.

On the field stood mega Gardevoir and mega Lucario.

Gardevoir created purple orbs of energy and shot them towards Lucario.

"Lucario bone rush." I commanded.

But Lucario didn't obey my command and just stood there. The puple orbs hit Lucario. He cried in pain. He opened his eyes. They weren't normal. They show anger inside them. This wasn't the Lucario I knew. He had lost control. I created barriers around the field and ran up to Lucario.

"Snap out of buddy."

He just gritted his teeth and punched me. I knew that there was no option left.

I slapped him across the face.

I grabbed his both hands , closed my eyes and concentrated on my Aura. I calmed down his Aura.

He slowly started to gain control. He eyes turned back to normal. He came back to himself. I put my hands-on shoulders and shook him.

Lucario concentrated aura into a sphere at shot it towards. It hit Gardevoir head on for no one able to dodge. She stumbled back but got on her feet again. It was to late. She was hit with a power up punch.

"Gardevoir psychic."

Gardevoir sent a beam which was about to hit Lucario when shield was formed. Gardevoir's attack was of no use.

"I think we should stop here." Prof. Sycmore said. "I have collected so much data. Thanks for your time Diantha and Ash."

"My pleasure prof. call me any time if you need." I said.

"I think I should get going." Diantha said.

"it was pleasure meeting another champion." I shook hand with her. She gestured some thing to prof. Suddenly my stomach grumbled.

"Sorry, guess I'm hungry. Can you suggest any restaurant Professor?"

"I think that you will like Sushi high roller. And I assume you have map in your cell phone."

"Thanks prof. but can you tell me where the restroom is."

"Take left to the end."

I ran to the rest room. I sent out Laura. She was angry for not letting her out for a long time. I returned in while. Prof nor champion was there. Laura joined in a minute. I returned Charmander.

Both of us went for a walk in the city. We bought some sweets, some luxury-balls. Had a hearty meal in the Sushi High Roller. We had a nice day. Then we decided to head back to pallet.

"That boy sure is something. I wasn't wasting my time. Glad i didn't go for the shoot."

"What do you expect. He is one determined kid."

"If you didn't stop the match I would have lost."

"That's the reason Diantha I stopped the match. Both of them are training for more than 4 years now. That was just the one Pokémon you saw. Any one will run way when they will see his power."

"He really meant it when he said 'Don't be sad if you lose, we are training to win against anyone coming in our way.'" She said recalling the event in her mind.

"Yeah Ash Ketchum."

"You see Ash didn't battle you for he wanted to show Calem or you or me What he has. He has another goal. They possess the power to bring down anyone and everyone who will come in his way." Prof. took a deep breath

"You remember Red Ketchum. The strongest champion who disappeared."

"Yes, I have heard a lot about him."

"He is Ash's father. Ash says that he left his family to keep them safe. Red was on team rockets most wanted list for ruining their plans. So, it wasn't safe for him to stay with his family."

"Well technically he is a walking pokedex. But he believes more in experience. He wants to gather every ounce of power he will need to take those organizations down."

"Hey Laura its getting late lets go home. Teleport me back to Pallet town."

We teleported to the outskirts of Pallet town

I ran towards my house knocked on the door mom opened it we went inside I told her what happened today how I met Calem and Serena. The battle I had with the champion and what happened when Lucario mega evolved. Then I caught a new Pokémon. Its name is Honedge. Then we had dinner and I went to my room I called out Lucario.

"Lucario I am sorry for slapping you today."

'No problem Ash.'

"Since when did you started to call me Ash." Ash said in a stern voice.

'Just from the noon. If there is a problem I can stick with master.'

"No, I was just kidding call me Ash I like it. Master feels distant."

'Ok Ash.'

"Lucario how did you feel when you mega evolved."

'It was like I was filled with aura then I lost control then the only thing I was seeing was Gardevoir.'

"Ok I was worried about you but now that you are good, I finally feeling fine. Now let's sleep. I am tired."

'Right tomorrow is going to be a big day.'

"Yeah."

With saying that I lied down on my bed. I was thinking about what Lucario said with that in my mind I drifted off to sleep.

(I am not bothering about outfit. It will be according to the region he is traveling.)

The morning arrived. I had decided that I will permanently keep Honedge and Laura out of pokeballs. I kept their pokeballs inside a safe and gave it to prof. for safe keeping. Team rocket wasn't going to attack any place with warning so I needed them outside.

My team right now was

Scizor, Lucario, Eevee, Togekiss, Magmar and Dragonair. Honedge and Laura were with me. I wasn't breaking any rule. I was just twisting it to favor myself. I gave Laura some pokeballs to hold, so I won't have to carry all of them.

After saying goodbyes to mom and professor I once again set on my journey. We were walking along the route 1 when Ho-oh came. The majestic bird landed in front of us.

'Hi there Ash. There is an errand for you from Arceus. I will take you to the place where it is. After that I will drop you of where ever you please. And there are a few more secrets to be revealed.'

I just nodded at sat on his back. Helped Laura to get on. The bird spread his wings and took off. There was a beautiful rainbow behind us. We decided to take a nap. But asked him first if it was ok.

When I woke up GPS told that we were in Sinnoh region.

'We are about to reach our destination. So, till then I'll tell you the story about this mission. In ancient times mother Arceus got injured in the attempt of saving the life on earth from a meteor crash. Damos was a hardworking man who rescued her when she was suffering critical injury. She created a jewel called as 'JEWEL OF LIFE' and gave it to Damos. He was told to return the jewel on the day of solar eclipse. He wasn't able to return it for it was being controlled by Marcus. Mother now has gathered sufficient amount of energy ot come here and get the jewel. Your job is to get the jewel back within time.'

We reached the town of Michina. I sent out Lucario. Explained him the situation. Both of us closed our eyes and searched for a place emitting massive amount of power. I left Laura and Honedge for Ho-oh's safety. When we returned I had a jewel in my hand. It looked beautiful. Ho-oh gave out a cry and the creation trio appeared. Because of them a portal was created and Arceus emerged from it.

Lucario and Laura bowed at the presence of god. I didn't know what to do. I was about to bow when Ho-oh said there was no need. I held my hands up holding the jewel. It floated towards Arceus, dismantled into plates. Those plats joined the remaining ones which were floating around her.

She regained her strength, changed into human form. She landed and walked towards. I stuck my hand out to shake.

"It's nice to meet....mmph."

She grabbed my wrist and pulled me into a kiss. We separated. I had confusion written on my face.

"What was that for??" I asked but no one had time to even look at me.

"Ashy is mine." Laura said.

"Relax we can share him. And we aren't the only ones who he will be with."

"So, what you stole his first kiss." Laura pouted.

I had no idea what's going on. No one was giving me shit so I decided to raise my voice.

"CAN SOME ONE TELL WHATS GOING ON??" they turned their attention towards me. "what's going on?? Am I a piece of cake which both of you will just share? what about my emotion??"

'seriously ash?? Everyone here knows that you like both of them.'

'was it necessary for him to speak' I thought.

"It is just one thing Ashy, there are many things to come. You will learn them within your journey. I won't be traveling with you like Laura but I will be contacting you time to time. Goodbye."

With that she changed again. A blinding light appeared and she was gone.

I returned Lucario.

"Ready to go??" I asked Laura. She pulled me into deep kiss. We departed due to lack of oxygen.

"Now we can go." She said with a smile on her face.

Ho-oh dropped us in the out skirts of Viridian forest. We reached the viridian city and booked ourselves a room at Pokémon center. Another day was gone. It was night and we were about to sleep when I sensed a different presence in the city. I decided to look into to see what was going on. I got to know that it was a Pokémon. his name was Mewtwo, which was given by those scientists. it wasn't bad. He was inside a lab. Inside a glass ball. From what he had heard he was a clone created from mew's DNA. He was created by team rocket. Time to time he was abused and was treated harshly. I promised him that I will give him his freedom.
