Final Announcement for Book 1 of the 'The Running'

FINAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

Dear wonderful readers, followers, and random visitors,

Chapter 41 was, sadly, the final chapter of book 1. I know it was sudden, but I thought that doing so would create less of a dreaded feeling like I get when reading books and seeing "The end is only 2 chapters away!", making me hesitant to click 'Next' and being disheartened when there is no longer another to click.

As a recap of this book, Elenore Burns went to the Running for the first time and was caught by the powerful Ultimate Alpha, Tiberius Connall, while her very best friend, Mahala (Haley), was caught by the Beta. After living with them happily,(give or take a few bumps), Ellie was kidnapped by Tiberius' estranged older brother, Blade Connall. After the help of a few pack members from his Rouge collection, she escaped to her newly found Uncle, Eric Burns, and figured out a plan to get back to her true mate before the unthinkable happens-

Mahala was dead, murdered by Ellie's own mate. Deciding to visit her family and decide from there what to do while battling conflicts with her own mind involving guilt and remorse, she finds that Mahala is alive-but what of her mother and brother? Traveling to the Alpha Mansion in an excited haste, this is where we left off-right as she steps back onto the manicured lawn that she owns as being the Wolf Territory's rightful Alpha Female.

Elenore will have many more challenges to come, including decisions that mean the life of one person-or the death of another. Will she find her only blood-relatives left alive, or will she be the last of the Burns'? Will Tiberius and Elenore resolve their issues and come together again when it is truly needed the most, or will a divide come between our star-crossed lover's worlds once again?

Book 2 will be just as jam-packed with drama, plot twists, excitement, romance, and sacrifice as the first.

You all can't believe how grateful and touched I am that so many wonderful people and normal readers like I stopped by and read the first chapter, let alone followed the entire book from start to finish. If I could do anything in the world to show how much I love you all, it would be to dedicate this book to you, so here it is!
