A/N: Hello Dearies... Before reading my update, please do read my notes which I have posted in this page and previous pages.

Coming to ORP... I had to break this part into two...I wanted to post a lot of happenings within this chapter but couldn't due to my very hectic schedule. Hence there's no Maaneet Scenes. Many of you have again and again raised the issues such as...when will the misunderstandings end? When will Maan talk to Geet? When will she forgive him? .......PLEASE TRUST YOUR AUTHOR... and if you don't trust me, I wouldn't force you to read my further updates... Hope you all understand and support me with the further continuation of this story.

Also, note that the story gets a bit dragged with the inputs especially with Hoshiyarpur, Maan-Daadi and Geet-Daadi talks over phone and related scenes. But these plots are also important for the story and I couldn't ignore them and go ahead as it would terribly confuse my readers with regard to future updates.

Daarji-Mohi-Rano-Rajinder-Nandini and all present there were taken back with all what Maan just announced. Daarji just sat back listening to this.

Maan:

Mohi: (Son...what are you even saying? Please ask Geet about it once)

Maan:

Rano:

Maan: he clenches his fist to calm his anger thinking about all what has been happening here since the time Geet has arrived here and what happened today is just a limit.

Mohi: (Son, I am really sorry for all what has happened. I fold my hand and plead you.)

Maan just holds back Mohinder's hand...( you need not make yourself feel so low)

Now, Rajinder speaks...

He Moves to Nandini who's face is bent down and she is all in tears and her father Rajinder has now embraced her and consoling her...she will miss her dear sister. How much did she wish to spend that quality time with Geet and its all washed away. The moment he calls out her name, Nandni begins to sob even more.

Nandini nods for a no....

Every member of the Handa family turns to look at Nandini's honest statement.

(My only wish was that my sis attends my wedding) she cries out loud...

Maan:

Nandini's excitement is back listening to this...

Maan:

Nandini holds his hand ...

Maan Smiles at her. Now, please help your Di to get ready and pack her things.

Nandini moves to Geet's room...

Rano is also worried for Geet's exams...(But son, if you both leave from here like this, then what about Geet's exams?)

Maan: (You need not worry about it mom)

All the elders present there look at each other listening to this. And around this time, Maan's mobile rings...it was a call from his Daadi and he excuses himself to take the call in privacy.

Maan:

Daadi: (What am I getting to listen? Dr. Nisha has just told me everything. What has happened to my child?)

Maan gets worried for Daadi as she seems to be too tense now. He tries to calm her down first...

Maan:

Daadi:

Maan: (She is in her room at the moment and I am having some important talks with the family)

Daadi:

Maan could seriously understand her concerns as its all pinpointing at him and his reckless behaviour with Geet.

Daadi:

Maan is not able to take Daadi blaming herself. In Fact he is the one who has been behaving with negligence and he is solely responsible for all what's happening in Geet's life these days.

Maan:

Daadi: (All what has been happening to her is not acceptable)

Daadi is blaming herself again and again...Dr. Nisha is still with her....Just a while ago when Dr Nisha had casually mentioned about Geet and then followed it by her health condition thinking that Daadi would be up to date with the happenings around. She didn't expect that Daadi would get this hyper after knowing Geet's condition and she curses herself for informing Daadi about it..

Maan: (calm down)He is not able to get the way out to console Daadi at this point of time.

Daadi: (How can I be calm Maan?)

Maan too feels for Geet...how she has been facing all challenges in her life ALL ALONE.

Maan:

Maan gulps and tells her all what he has planned so that she can get a calm atmosphere to improve her health as well as concentrate better with regard to her studies and for time being, not mentioning all what dramas has happened here in Handa Haveli as this will lead to a severe outburst from Daadi as against Daarji and all Handa Members and will result in further severe health issues for Daadi.

Daadi is lost in her thoughts...Though she trusts Maan's decision, she is in mixed mindset

Daadi:

Maan is aware of this but this quality time spent in HP also comes with a package of narrow minded elderly people being around.

Maan:

Daadi again thinks for a while and feels Maan's decision seems to be the right one... Also, they will get some time to spend with each other.

Maan knows very well what Daadi is hinting about...

Daadi is feeling so relieved and happy to see these changes in Maan and over and above all he is referring Geet as his wife....at the same time, she is aware of Geet's current mindset as Geet has spent her maximum time with Daadi during her stay in KM.. and hence Daadi very well knows that It will not be easy for Geet to break the thick wall that has encircled her and come out of it.

Daadi sighs with some peace that she has got...

He finishes with his call and moves back to the point where all elders are still present.

Simultaneously at Geet's room...far away from the heated conversations between Maan and elders of the family.

Geet doesn't know about all what Maan has been talking about her and supporting her...the main reason being she prefers to maintain the safe distance from him since the time she faced the worst side of him when he came back from London and she left from KM

Geet rushed to her room and slashed down on her bed. For time being, this is the only place where she finds solace again. She couldn't control her tears...Ridzy and Rajji who were following her kneel down near the bed and consoles her...

Rajji:

Geet has almost given up on her self control. .. she is tired of this hiding game... She understands Rajji's state of mind and at the same time not able to control herself.. Meantime, Ridzy tries to calm down Rajji...

Ridzy:

Rajji wipes her tears still trying to control her sobbing. Ridzy holds on to her shoulder and manages to divert her attention by assigning her an important task.

Ridzy:

Rajji is all excited and zooms towards the kitchen to prepare tea. While Geet is wondering what's going on Ridzy answers her with a smile.

Ridzy:

She shows the pack which Armaan handed over to her sometime ago.

Geet gives a sad smile....

Ridzy manages to stop her midway....and Geet starts to cry again.

How can Geet stay calm? She suddenly feels there's no place for her to go. Nobody wants her in the vicinity of their respective lives... How many more compromises she still needs to make? How much more she needs to listen from the people around, leaving aside her self respect? She continues to talk, keeping all these bitterness filled in her heart and soul.

Geet in-between her cries and hiccups: (Sob)(Sob).

Ridzy:

Geet holds on to the pillow tight... She just recalls all those moments in KM that she has spent in isolation in last one year... How much it hurts to even think that she just stands out as he hate her to the core and cannot bare to stand her even for a minute. She can no way tell all this to Ridzy..In fact, today she managed to convince Ridzy with great difficulty about how she is happily married to Maan..Geet doesn't want to spoil Ridzy's opinion about Maan...after all Maan is Armaan's elder brother and in a sense he is Ridzy's would be Devar (elder brother in law). And in future, its not Geet but his lady love...his PARI will take the place of "Devrani" and Ridzy has to accept this fact. ... A fact which is killing her within but its a bitter truth and accepting it is the only way for everyone's happiness. She puts an end to her self thoughts by biting her lower lips to control her tears and to put a STOP to think further.

Geet:

Ridzy:She holds on to Geet's hand firmly...

Geet quickly turns towards Ridzy and hugs her tight and cries...She is accumulating her words to talk

Geet:

Ridzy breaks away from the hug slowly and wipes her tears and it doesn't seem to stop...

Ridzy: (You are crazy in true sense)She takes a deep frustrating sigh...

Geet is still recalling all what her Daarji was accusing her of. It really hurts her more than the beatings she has got from his bamboo stick.

Ridzy:

Geet is unable to react and just says a which was way too casual and passionless.

Ridzy feels Geet's emotions are out of track whenever Maan's name is taken. Given a situation, Any girl will feel crazy with excitement getting her husband's strong support and Geet is not any ordinary girl...she would go beyond craziness to express herself when it comes to close relationships. But then what is stopping her to express the same with Maan?

Ridzy:

Geet: (NO!)

Geet is not agreeing to this..she just stands up and moves towards the window to breath in fresh air. Ridzy is again dumb stuck..

Geet: she thinks to herself... And she has come to a standstill point in her life where she doesn't expect him to be and how can she accept any of his help and support when he has showcased only negligence since the time she has got married to him?

( I know my readers would not like this increasing distancing between Maaneet...TRUST your Author..she is doing this as it will lead to strong bond in future. For time being, please understand Geet's POV. She is really gone through an emotional roller coaster ride especially in the last one year. )

Ridzy is astonished with Geet's reaction and Geet explains her further.

Geet:

Ridzy holds Geet's shoulder...
