Commissioner assures oberois that he will personally deal the case. The person who killed anika was running to save his life from mysterious person who covered his/her face with mask.

Mysterious person shoots him his leg so that he can't run saying that "You did mistake by recording the death of anika ,since I want to erase the proofs of her death and let it start by you. Since nobody there for you I will do this last favour , killed him mercilessly with suffocating his neck with a enjoying the moment when he was losing breath. Mysterious person carried him to cemetery and light the fire. He laughs and says you helped me for a good cause(that is for my revenge)so I pray god let your soul rest in place and " The wounds will heal but the scars of it hound you for a lifetime so that's why I killed anika. " Mysterious person leaves from the cemetery.

Shivaay used his contacts and find out the person who gave clip to the media. He get the address of the person. He immediately leave from Oberoi Mansion to his house. shivaay going to house of the person who killed anika to find out about details of clips and real reason of anika's death. But he was not there in the house. He searched the entire house but he did not get any clue. He informed this details to commissioner to find out about person. Then some persons who was neighbours of him informed to police that he leaves from the place because he said that he will to America because today he got the money by just giving clip to media he didn't tell the entire truth that he killed the person(anika).The police was trying to get the details of him but the attempt was not successful. Shivaay reached Oberoi Mansion with disappointment that he did not get any information regarding anika's murder. Omru says we must not accept defeat easily to know the information about anika. Sahil reached home after tour of the school to meet anika and shivaay with excitement to say lot of things that happened in tour. Pinky taunts anika even though she died she won't let me live peacefully with my son and leaves from there.

Sahil who was there was shocked about hearing the death of anika. sahil goes to shivaay with a lot of questions in his face.

Shivaay gained courage and tell sahil "I know you has lot of questions in my mind .Let me clear all those Your sister anika is no more."

Sahil fall down by hearing it .shivaay holds him. But he removes his hand and says brother -in-law, You promised that you won't let anything happening with my sister how can you let her die.

Suddenly someone on the TV channel sahil was shocked to hear the scrolling news that anika did suicide because of Shivaay and its fake story. Sahil busted his tears that my sister died because of you he screams. But my sister can't do suicide because she can live for me even without you. shivaay consoles saying that somebody murdered her I know she can't kill herself because she thinks about it, I am trying to find the persons who made her away from us but I failed first time and blame himself for asking her to go out of the house due to anger and forgot threat for our family. If I did not let her go out of house may be she will be with us now, I am reason for your sister's death please give me punishment sahil....He says with tears in his eyes.

Sahil realized what he told to shivaay and consoles him saying that you can't hurt my sister I know it. Don't blame yourself please find out the real culprit and punish him. Shivaay hugs sahil for supporting and understanding him and both has tears in their eyes......

Shivaay says today I am a loser sahil, who can't even find the person who killed my wife.

Commissioner closed the case of anika clearly saying that she did suicide but we don't know the real reason of her death, but the story you telecasted about anika & shivaay is wrong. He says to media. Shivaay was very angry about the statement given by commissioner and broke the phone .He called him by om's phone and angrily asks" Why did you told the media like that ? I said it is not a suicide but a murder ".

Commissioner says calm down Mr.Shivaay, since there is no proof and body of your wife was not discovered .I said like that to ignore from the media questions. I did not close the case but I gave this case to CrimeInvestigationDepartment(CID),So that they can solve it better than us. You should be happy your name was also cleared regarding suicide. shivaay calmed and says hopes your CID is not like you and cuts the phone.
