I headed -more like ran- across the hall to the bathroom, since I didn't have one of my own, hoping nobody saw me in my night gown. I hated this bathroom so much the memories of Gabrielle and her 'friends who hang out with her because she's the Alpha's favorite whore' taking pictures of me naked and posting it around school and them flushing the toilet numerous times. Also, Jack -my brother- and his friends screaming 'Ewww' everytime they pass by. Fun fun fun.

I take a quick shower knowing most of the pack house was probably asleep. Gabrielle included, she mainly only wakes me up to make breakfast while everybody else gets at least an hour more of sleep. I snapped away my thoughts getting out of the shower and went into my room locking the door behind me. Walking to the mirror I frowned.

I hadn't shifted yet, I'm only fifteen. Our wolves are with us when we are born but don't come out till our sixteenth birthday. We don't find out mates till our seventeenth birthday. It's more common for the male to know who his mate is before the female does, I think it has something to do with males senses being.. stronger?

My alarm suddenly goes off with the Dum dum dum ringtone telling me to start preparing food. I mentally laugh everytime the ringtone sounds because that's my pack twenty-four seven. I never know when they will strike! literally.

I shake my head and race down the stairs. I find all the ingredients I need to feed two hundred and fifty people chocolate pancakes and fruit salad for the skinnier people. After thirty minutes the food is ready. I prepare the table and everybody starts heading down to eat. I have a little table in the corner set up for me and this other girl Lexi who is also the pack slave. She's my best friend and her parents also treat her unfairly, so I guess in some ways I have it better.

Lexi and I made a blood oath a few years ago so we can communicate in our minds. We forced each other to be sisters and we loved it. I was in charge of the food and she was in charge of taking people's orders and doing as they wish while they are enjoying their meal.

Everybody walks in, including Lexi, who looks at me with a knowing look and pulls the Gabrielle and the Alpha's chair for him. The doors open and everything, and I mean EVERYTHING goes quite.The Pack, Lexi and I bow our heads in respect to our Alpha and his 'Alpha Female' which we don't know for sure because he hasn't found his mate.

I notice Lexi smiling like she always has too.

"I wish I could knock that b!tch right off her high heels" I hear Lexi communicating to me.

" haha, I wish I could've ever since I was born" With that our short convo ended.

It was typical of Gabrielle to wear high heels and the color red was her absolute favorite It makes her feel 'dangerous' so she says.

All I see is a tall red head with a cheap painted-on tan and size C boobs, which If I didn't see them poping out of her shirt half the time I would think they were plastic and TRUST me I don't wanna see her boobs they make me wanna gag. I mean seriously? Flaunt what your mama gave you but geez not that much!

Breakfast was going by smoothly.

"Hey Darius! You found your mate yet?" I heard my brother call out. Wait mate? Oh My G0d! Darius's seventeenth birthday is today! I wonder who his mate is?!

It would never be me, I know that, But still what if it is? He would stick up for me and be there to stop the bullying! I look at Lexi to see she is giving me a look of pity. Then I realise I was staring at Darius and everyone was looking at me, especially Gabrielle, who didn't look happy. I quickly looked away.

"What are you looking at cow?!" Your ugliness I thought.

"N-nothing"

"Oh really? It looks like you were looking at my man" She got up only to be told by Darius to sit down. Darius wasn't even looking at me he was actually really stiff. Once he told Gabrielle to sit everybody stopped looking at me. Some looked at me with pity, disgust, or rage.

Breakfast ended quickly after that, Lexi was finally able to eat her food and sit down with me, I found a loop hole because I'm supposed to do dishes when everybody is done eating and technically Lexi hasn't eaten yet so I get to chat with her. Unfortunately, nobody knows about the mind link thingy they think we just sit there in silence to afraid to talk.

Lexi grabbed some chocolate pancakes and made her way over to our little table. In my opinion Lexi is simply beautiful, except for her complexion. She has short caramel colored hair, dark brown eyes and she is skinny. The thing is though she gets sexually abused while I get physically abused, She has it rough. We are both fifteen and will be turning sixteen in less than a month.

So it's Darius and Jack's birthday today.. She mind linked to me

I know, I wonder who Darius's mate is! I told her as she took her seat on the table and started digging in. She just glanced at me.

We went our seperate ways to go to school, I had to get a ride from Jack because I wasn't allowed to have a car. I mean when our parents died they left us, at least, two million each so I could buy any car I wanted, they simply just wanted me to suffer. Plus, i'm only fifteen so i'd need an adult with me but as soon as I hit sixteen i'm driving on my own.

"Come on you cow we are gunna be late! Stacy is waiting for me! I'm not getting any younger" my brother yelled from outside. I was just finishing up half the dishes when he yelled for me. I raced outside. The drive to school was silent, we get about half way to school and he drops me off on the sidewalk something about 'not wanting to be seen with a cow'.

I finally get to school when the bell rings, I'm so gunna be late. I'm in front of my locker and just closed it when I feel this shiver going up my arm and I'm getting goosebumps all of a sudden i'm slammed on my locker and my lips connect with somebody elses all I wanted was to kiss this mystery man some more and I knew he was my mate. We started getting into it too I put my arms around his neck and just let him control me- everything stopped. and I was pushed harder into the locker and not in a good way. I was slapped, next thing I know i'm on the floor holding my cheek. I looked up, Darius?

my eyes widened "Darius? Darius, you're my mate.." I smiled and got up but he pushed me down again, What is he doing?

"No, I'm not your mate and I never ever will be I reject a worthless, pathetic, cow like you! Tell nobody about this or i will exile you." With that he walked away. Are you kidding me? My mate.. my mate rejected me. My wolf inside me was whimpering and crying all I wanted to do was hide, something snapped, No, I'm leaving for good.

I gathered up my things and put them back in my locker. I exited school grounds, called a cab and went home grabbed my money out of my safe and I made my way to the local car place. I entered and told the sales person I was just looking and of course he looked at me like I was crazy.

He told me they got a new shipment of Lamborghini cars in yesterday and I just knew one of them was mine. I looked to the far end of the lot and saw my baby. it was a baby blue Lamborghini Murcielago sitting there just waiting for me.

"I'll take them Blue Lamborghini Murcielago please" I told the man.

"Umm are you sure? that's a two hundred thousand dollar car right there."

"Yes, I'm positive"

"Okay then, let's ring you up."

After he rang me up he told me that it will be ready in about an hour, so I waited because I had nothing better to do. I'm trying so hard not to think about Darius but my wolf inside me wanted to go to him but I know we shouldn't and I hated telling her no and he doesn't want us. It's so hard! A mate is supposed to be there for you at all times no matter what! What is with my generation?! The guys are all man whores and the girls are all sluts and then us decent people get picked on.

The hour went by really fast and he for some reason let me take it home without an adult, I guess he thought since i had two hundred thousand dollars in my pocket I was trusted enough to drive by myself. Which isn't at all true but he didn't know that. I went to the license plate people and got my own license plate and I decided to be fun and get one of those hanging dice decorations and a tree for a refresher even though it still had that new car smell. I was driving back home when I heard Lexi panicing in my head.

"Jamie? Jamie?!" She started screaming in my head.

"Ah, ah, ow! Enough of the screaming what's wrong?! are you hurt?!" I asked worriedly

"No, but you might be!"

"What do you mean?"

"It's Darius he's freaking out!"

"Why?"

"Because he thinks you are missing, actually, he's freaking out more than usual. Maybe because you forgot-" she abruptedly stops

"Honey bee?!"

"Oh my g0d! Darius is your mate isn't he?!" uhoh she knows dam my smart best friend

"Yes, he rejected me though. Like you said."

"Aww Baby Girl I didn't wanna be right.."

"I don't know if I can take this much longer Baby Girl"

"Nevermind, so what did you do? What are you doing" I knew what she meant, she always wanted to run away and i'm starting to see what she means. I think the next event is going to make my mind up for me.

"I umm, well, funny story actually! See I got pissed and I kinda brought a car.." here comes the yelling

"You did what?!?! how much did you spend? Jamie what kinda car?" See told you.

"A Blue Lamborghini Murcielago.." I shut one eye preparing for a major migrane in my head. I turned down a dirt road not to far from the pack house and parked the car there hoping nobody would find it. I hid my keys in my bookbag.

"A Lamborghini?! Omg Jamie hide it so Jack doesn't find out!"

"One step ahead Honey bee."

"Good, i'll see you when you get here. Brace yourself for the worse Baby Girl" then her voice in my head was gone. I walked out of the forest to the pack house front door and took a listen.

"The cow probably ran off! Why are you over reacting?!" I could her Gabrielle saying. I smiled maybe he did care.

"I-I I'm not over reacting I just have to keep track of everybody that's-" he sniffed the air "she's here"

Oh sh!t oh sh!t oh sh!t. The door opened with a very furious looking Alpha. I knew it was coming before it hit me. A punch to the face that sent me flying everybody was soon out in the front yard watching the show.

"What the f*ck! did you try running away?" slap Now I was on the floor in a ball everybody around us was laughing. I was pulled up by my hair and thrown in the house.

"Stay down here." Darius told everybody while dragging me up the stairs. He pushed open my door on the second floor and pinned me against the wall. He was shaking and I knew his wolf wanted out and if it got out? I was screwed..

"Just because you're my worthless, fat, excuse for a mate doesn't mean I have to like it! As a matter of fact I want you out!" He was angry. and I was hurting

"B-But I didn't tell anybody" I said tears flowing down my cheeks.

"You didn't have too! They already guessed it you stupid b!tch" He let me go and I slid to the floor. "You have twenty-four hours to get the f*ck out!" With that he growled and slammed my door. From that moment I decided that I hated him and I always will. I ran down the stairs all the time people laughing at me and ran for my Lamborghini. I put the keys in the ignition and pulled in front of the house, Some were standing in Awe as I pulled up.

"What the f*ck! you have a car?!" Jack said. He tried touching me but I just growled at him and he backed off. The rogue was already starting to take over.

"What the hell was that for?" He asked walking behind me. Obviously he didn't know. We were in the middle of the living room and Darius was sitting on the couch staring into space where everybody was staring at me and Jack.

"Stay the f*ck away from me mutt!" I yelled at him. Wow! where did that come from?

"Excuse me?" I heard Gabrielle say. I just looked at her and she was shocked.

"Your eyes are black" she told me with that I smirked and walked to my room.

"Baby girl?" I heard Lexi in my head

"Yes?" I asked her.

"Have you been kicked out?" she asked cautiously.

"Yea, I have."

"Pack my things too I'm coming with you."

"Are you sure? You have-"

"Nobody, except you."

"Okay" I knew it would take a miracle worker to change her mind anyway so I knew that was her answer.

Grabbing all four suitcases was a piece of cake I knew what Lexi liked and what she treasured so I packed that for her. I put them in the car recognizing all the stares I was getting. The two suitcases for me were mainly just pictures of my parents, to be real I only needed one but I was gunna by new close so I needed two.

"I didn't say you could leave too Lexi" Darius said in a calm tone. I walked in the house, there is no way Lexi is not coming with me.

"I said she could." I told him walking into the room. My deep blue eyes were now black because the rogue was taking over and our eyes are completely black when we are pissed. He just looked at me, then at Lexi and her parents.

"I don't want her too!" Lexi's dad said, Remember I said she was sexually abused? yea, take a wild guess who does it.

"Why don't you shut your mouth and keep your dick in your pants where it belongs and away from Lexi" I pointed an accusing finger at him. He sunk down from all the disgusted looks he was getting. Lexi's mom just looked down because she knew about it and allowed it to happen.

Lexi was just looking confused and scared, not of me but of them.

"It's either I leave with Lexi or you kill me on the spot! Nobody loved her anyway" I shot a knowing look at Jack and looked at him for a long time then turned to Darius. "So I don't see the problem Darius." I will never call this mutt 'Alpha' again. He just looked at me, he was in pain everybody could see that but I could care less.

"I-I.. Just go, I kick out Lexi too.." He said He was defeated and I just smirked at it. "Go get your things Lexi" Lexi was now smiling and trying to hold back a laugh.

"I already did" I told him smiling too, We both felt, Free.

"Go in the car Lexi" I told her and she just ran yelling 'freedom' getting in the car. I stood there looking into Darius's eyes I was turning mean and I liked it, especially to him. He deserved it.

"Bye bye" was all I said taking one last look around "Oh and by the way Darius?" He looked at me hopeful "You might wanna hire a maid, Maybe Gabrielle would be a good choice" I said watching his face fall.

I got in the car watching as they all came into the front yard and Lexi blaring 'Burn it to the ground' by Nickelback I backed off and looked to my left, waved and winked laughing. I hit the pedal and we were gone.

"Honey bee? I think this is the start of a great new life. What do you think?" I asked Lexi

"Well, Baby Girl, I think you are right." she replied
