True armageddon has just happened, warheads and all types of ballistic missiles were being launched all over the world by the governments of the world. Each one detonating left and right, with these explosions came EMP like blasts. Those EMP blasts caused the power all over the planet to go out, especially all over Japan. Y/N and the others were about to leave before the missiles exploded and the power went out. Before that, they had a run in with a familiar face, Shido, they hadn't seen him since they got separated at the tunnels. Of course it was a surprise to see him but no one was ready for Rei to try and kill him.

Y/N and Takashi weren't able to talk her down from trying to kill him, it was actually Souichiro, Saya's father to do that. Afterwards Y/N went to find the othere and that was when the missiles went off in the sky. Panick quickly ensued amongst the survivors at the Takagi Residence. Remembering what happened at Fujimi Academy, Y/N wanted to leave the Takagi Residence before the same thing happened here. Unfortunately a storm was about to come at full force, Y/N and his friends were going to have to survive it if they wanted to escape.

Outside: Takagi Residence

Running for the garage on the Takagi Residence property, Y/N and Saeko were making it past all of the people who were panicking after the missiles exploded. The power was out after the missiles exploded, the EMP blast turned everything electrical device off which meant that the power of the gates keeping the undead out also shut off. Y/N knew that the noise from all of the people panicking would only draw the attention of the undead. Remembering what happened back at Fujimi Academy, Y/N didn't want him or the others to go through that again here.

"We need to hurry to the garage" Y/N said

"It isn't all that far from here" Saeko said

All of a sudden an extremely loud noise could be heard from outside of the large metal gates. Stopping and looking to see what was going on, Y/N and Saeko saw a familiar looking bus headed straight for the gates. It was the same bus that Shido and his students were on and it was bombing up the street towards the gate.

"What the hell is he doing?" Y/N asked confused

At that moment the bus crashed through the metal gates and into the stone wall surrounding the gardens. It was then that swarms of the undead began to wander into the Takagi Residence property. Immediately they started attacking and killing survivors left and right which caused even more panick.

"We need to get moving now" Y/N said sounding urgent

Saeko drew her katana that Souichiro had given to her

"Let's get going" Saeko said

With that both Y/N and Saeko headed to the garage, hopefully the others were safe and were headed to the garage or were already there. Running to the garage, Y/N and Saeko saw undead killing and eating the other survivors. Y/N saw the same man and woman who had given him problems earlier being killed and eaten by undead. Some of the undead tried to attack Y/N and Saeko but they were killed swiftly. Y/N using both his new katana and quing while Saeko used the katana Souichiro had given her.

"Tatagami, Busujima" a voice said calling out to them

Turning around, Y/N and Saeko saw Takashi and Rei running over to them

"Hey guys" Y/N said

"What's going on?" Rei asked looking around at the chaos

"It's the end of the world" Y/N answered sarcastically

"We need to focus" Takashi said

"We need to get to the humvee and get out of here" Saeko said

"Hopefully it still works after the EMP" Y/N said

EMPs shut off electricity and all electrical devices which included all types of vehicles, so there was a good chance that the humvee wouldn't be able to start. That would mean that Y/N and the others would have to find another way to escape the invading undead. All four of them readied themselves and headed off to the garage as quickly as they could. Fire had began to engulf the Takagi Residence which made things even more drastic.

"Hirano and Takagi should be at the garage with miss Shizuka and Alice" Takashi said

"Good, we need to focus on getting out of here" Y/N said as he killed an undead that tried to attack him

We continued to run through the crowd of panicking people, dead bodies and zombies. We passed the bus that Shido had crashed through the gates and I saw a familiar looking face. I stopped and decided to do something which got the attention of the others.

"What is it Tatagami?" Miyamoto asked me

"It's nothing, you guys hurry on to the garage, I'll catch up" I said walking away from them

I could see that Komuro could also see the same person I was seeing and he understood what I had to do

"You take care of that and hurry to the garage" Komuro said

He and Miyamoto ran off while Saeko stayed behind, she grabbed my hand and looked at me in the eyes

"Be safe" she said before kissing me

"Don't worry, I will" I said with a grin

Saeko let go of me and ran to catch up with Komuro and Miyamoto, once she was gone I could finish things up. I walked towards the bus and slowly drew my wakizashi. Walking out of the bus was Shido but you could see that something was wrong with him. Blood was coming from his neck and you could see that he had been bitten. At any moment he was going to turn into a zombie but before that happened I wanted to make him pay. I wasn't going to kill him when he was a human or at least right as he was about to transform. I wanted him to know what he had done and why I was going to what it was I was going to do.

"Y...Y...You" Shido said as he slowly walked over to me holding onto his neck

"You are going to die today Koichi Shido, you are going to pay for everything that you have done" I told him

Shido began to cough up blood as he fell to the ground, he slowly got up but wasn't able to get all the way up. As I walked over to him I could see that he was starting to transform and change as the virus took ahold of him.

"You used your father's position to torture and make Miyamoto's father and her life a living hell, you did the same thing to me, torturing me, punishing me and making my existence pure suffering, why? Because you could, you abused your power and standing to make not just our lives miserable but also the lives of others, today you will pay for that" I told Shido, telling him all of the things he had done

I didn't know if he understood what I was saying but I could see the look of fear on his face as I put my wakizashi up to his throat. Right as I saw the life about to leave his body, I stabbed him in the chest with my tanto. I stabbed him in the heart and watched as Shido fell to the ground dead.

"Good riddance" I said as I turned my back

Before I walked away I heard a noise, I turned around and saw the body of Shido slowly get up off of the ground. It looked as though he had been fully taken over by the virus and me killing him only sped that up. Before he could attack me I cut his head off with my wakizashi before quickly kicking his dead body back down to the ground.

"Hopefully Miyamoto will forgive me" I said looking at Shido's dead and headless body

I pulled my tanto out of his chest and began to head to garage where the others were with the humvee. Before I could do that, a large bulky zombie appeared before me. Seeing all the chaos around me, I knew I didn't have time to deal with this.

"I've got places to be" I said trying to get past the large zombie

That zombie let out a loud growl and pushed me back with all of its strength, the force almost knocked the wind out of me

"That did not feel good" I said putting my hand on my chest

The large zombie let out another growl and stumbled straight at me, quickly I ran forwards and drew my katana. I jumped in the air and went to cut its head off but something happened. The blade of my katana went into the large zombie's neck but it didn't cut its head off. I could see that the blade of the katana was stuck partially in the neck of the large zombie.

"That isn't good" I said seeing the zombie pull the katana out of its neck and throwing it on the ground

If I had my trench gun with me, I could take care of this large bastard fairly quickly. Unfortunately I didn't have it but I did have my revolver with me, so that was going to have to do for now.

"Try this" I said drawing my revolver and firing multiple rounds into the body of the large zombie

Like with the katana, the bullets I fired didn't seem to do anything to this large zombie

"What the hell are you made of?" I asked annoyed

The zombie roared and charged at me, quickly I rolled out of the way of its charge and loaded six more rounds into my revolver. Immediately I fired all six shots at the large zombie, hitting it in the head. To my surprise none of the shots killed the zombie, they only destroyed the skin and flesh on its facez, partially revealing its skull.

"Why won't you die?" I asked annoyed

The zombie charged at me once more, I loaded the last round I had on me and readied myself. As the large zombie got ahold of me, I was able to stick the barrel of my revolver into the mouth of the large zombie. Before it could crush and kill me, I fired my last round and ended up finally killing the large zombie. It fell over onto its back dead, allowing me to get free from its grasp in the process.

"Asshole" I said kicking the dead body of the large zombie

With it finally dead, I was able to leave and make my way to the garage, hopefully the others hadn't left yet

"Time to get a move on" I said to myself

After dealing with a strong and durable undead, Y/N had made his way to the garage. When he got there, he saw that the humvee and the others weren't there anymore. He was too late, it appeared as though they had already left.

"Damn, I spent too much time with that lard ass" Y/N said to himself frustrated

Turning around after hearing noises, Y/N saw a large group of undead headed straight for him. Taking out his repeater, Y/N readied himself for his last stand. If he was going to die, he was going to die fighting. As the undead got closer to him, the humvee suddenly pulled up out of nowhere and ran all of them down. Kohta had a rifle in his hands and was shooting all of the undead from the hatch of the humvee.

"Get in" Saeko said to Y/N as she leaned out the window firing a gun at some undead behind Y/N

Seeing that more and more undead were approaching them, Y/N put his repeater away and ran to the humvee. Quickly he jumped up onto the humvee and got in through the hatch on the roof.

"Take this" Komuro said handing Y/N the galil

Immediately Y/N began to fire at undead with Kohta, standing up out of the hatch on the humvee. Shizuka drove through hordes of undead that go in the way of the humvee. When Y/N had to reload he got down in the humvee.

"I need another magazine" Y/N said

"Here big brother" Alice said handing Y/N another magazine for his galil

"Thanks Alice" Y/N said thanking the young girl

Zeke barked at Y/N, getting his attention as the dog handed a grenade to Y/N

"This will do nicely" Y/N said taking the grenade from Zeke before patting him on the head

I pulled the pin of the grenade and counted to five before throwing it into a large group of zombies. It exploded and killed them and miss Shizuka continued to drive. Hirano and unloaded as many rounds as we could, I needed to take a quick break before I resumed.

"What took you so long to get to us?" Takagi asked me

"I had some important business to take care of" I answered catching my breath

"That seems very vague" Takagi said sounding annoyed

"What did you do?" Miyamoto asked me

"Let's just a certain pain has been dealt with I answered giving Miyamoto a look

I could see that she knew who and what I was talking about without me actually saying it

"How did it go?" She asked me

"It went fairly quickly but I made sure to let it be understood why it happened" I answered telling her how it went down

"I don't like this vagueness" Takagi said

"Just focus and shoot" I told her

"Whatever, I'll do it because I want to not because you told me to" Takagi said pouting

"Thank you" Miyamoto said giving me a hug

I looked over and saw Komuro give me a head nod, I gave him a nod as well along with a thumbs up. Miss Shizuka continued to drive until we stopped by the hill. We all looked out from the humvee and saw both of Takagi's parents helping survivors escape and killing zombies as well.

"Mother, father, come with us" Takagi said to her parents

"We can't do that, we are needed here" Takagi's mother said as she killed all the zombies coming at her

"We are going to fight and help get survivors to the neighbors house" Takagi's father said as he cut down zombie after zombie

"Please come with us" Takagi begged her parents

"No, you go on and you continue to fight" Takagi's father told her

"Go and be safe my daughter, we'll meet again soon" Takagi's mother told her

"Takagi we can't stay there's too many of them" I told Takagi, looking at out the window and see more and more zombies coming at us

"I can't leave them" Takagi said

"Don't worry about us, you all head to the evacuation site, we'll be fine" Takagi's father said as he killed even more zombies

"Miss Shizuka, drive" Komuro told miss Shizuka

"Got it" miss Shizuka said as she pushed down on the gas and drove off

"I love you both" Takagi called out to her parents as tears fell from her eyes

Looking out at her parents, I could see the two of them killing zombie after zombie holding them off. They were going to be fine, I just knew it, they didn't seem like the type to die so easily.

"Badass" I thought to myself

As we continue to drive through the gates and leave the Takagi Residence, Saeko and Miyamoto comforted Saya. What happened today wasn't expected, it was something we planned on happening. There wasn't much that we could do except continue to drive and make our way out of here. Hopefully these missiles didn't scare the JDF away and make them abandon the evacuation site. Anything could happen during the end of the world, none of us knew what was going to happen next. All that we knew was that we were going to have to fight till the bitter end, no matter the cost.

"Where are we going now big brother?" Alice asked me concerned

"Somewhere safe I hope" Hirano said sitting back down in the humvee

As we drove off down the street, I looked out the window and saw the bright red sky. Smoke filled the air, you could see the fire from the Takagi Residence for miles. Luckily we had gotten out of there before something bad happened to us. I knew Takagi was worried about her parents, she truly cared about them and they about her. Maybe I was wrong about Souichiro Takagi, maybe he really was a true man after all. I was sure he and his wife would survive and live to see another day, both of them were too stubborn to die.

Letting out a sigh of relief, I relaxed just a little bit, I couldn't fully relax but Saeko having her head on my shoulder helped just a lot. I wondered what my sister was doing and if she was okay, those missiles shutting everything off didn't bode well for us or her. I had my fears but I knew if anyone would live through this, it would be her. Koturo would also be there with her so there was nothing I really had to worry about. For now we would continue on our way to Tokyo and down to Tokyo Bay where the JDF had set up their evacuation site.

"This is the way the world ends, not with a bang but with a whimper" I said to myself

"What does that mean big brother?" Alice asked me

"It's just a poem I read once" I answered

"Fitting for the situation we are in" Saeko said putting her head on my shoulder

"Where do we go from here?" Miyamoto asked

"We go forwards, the JDF should still be in Tokyo on the bay" I answered

"What if they aren't there anymore?" Hirano asked

"They better be, I don't want to waste time going there only for them to no longer be there" Saya said irritated

"Don't worry Takagi, I'm sure they'll still be there" Komuro told Takagi

"Do you think they'll still be there Tatagami?" Hirano asked me

"All we can do is hope" I answered looking out the window

All we could do is hope, hope that we would continue to survive and possible escape this virus

The sun had set on today, Y/N and his friends survived the storm of the dead and were able to make it out alive. With nowhere really else to go all they could do was move forwards. They had a new destination and that was the JDF evacuation site in Tokyo. They didn't have a plan on what to do next, all any of them knew what to do was to keep on driving until they couldn't drive anymore. When they got to the evacuation site their hopes were that it would still be there. If it wasn't there, while not what Y/N and the others wanted, they didn't have a plan on what to do if that was the case.

The story wasn't over, it didn't end here, no Y/N, Saeko, Takashi, Rei, Hirano, Saya, Shizuka, Alice and Zeke had far longer to go until their story was over. It wasn't over until all of them were dead or they had finally found a safe place far away from all of undead. The sun was setting on today, tomorrow was going to be a new day, a new adventure, a new part of this story. Hopefully all of them would be able to see this story end and hopefully those watching will be able to see it all the way through to the end.

Tokyo Streets: Tokyo

In the middle of the streets in Tokyo, a large group of undead were walking around slowly. A short and lumpy undead with bulging cysts on its body walked through the middle of the crowd of undead. Out of nowhere a shot from a sniper rifle rang out, all of a sudden the strange looking undead exploded. The bloody explosion from the strange undead killed a large portion of the undead. A red mist filled the air as all that was left of the strange undead was its lower torso and its spine. Far away from the street on top of a large building we find Remi reloading another round, next to her is Koturo.

"What should we call that one?" Kotouro asked Remi

"Suicider" Remi answered

"Suicider sound good, I would of gone for exploder or nuker but suicider is good" Koturo said

"We could call it a kamikaze" Remi says as she stands up

"That sounds even better" Koturo said

Remi slung her rifle over her shoulder and began to head for the stairs, Koturo followed behind her

"Where to next?" Koturo asked Remi

"We follow the mission and head for the start of all this mess" Remi answered

"Are you sure that lab even exists?" Koturo asked Remi

"I don't know if it does, but if there's a cure for this thing then I want to find it" Remi answered
