《Unpredictable || pjm [JIMIN]》8. House of deads

The sky was clear, the sun was shining and the pleasant wind was blowing. It was the most romantic weather that I ever experienced or we can say thought it was romantic as the love of my life was sitting beside me on the backseat of our car. Jimin was looking so handsome and attractive in his casual shirt and jeans that I was not able to avert my gaze from him even for a second.
We were going to the amusement park. Tae was driving the car, Nikki was sitting on the passenger seat and according to her plan, me and Jimin were sitting behind them, beside each other. She thought that we would atleast have a little conversation but to my bad, Jimin didn't even look at me for once.
I turned my head to look out of the window. After around ten seconds only, I felt someone's stare at me. A strange feeling started developing in the pit of my stomach. I tried to ignore the stare as much as I could. I tried to look at the person from the corner of my eyes and to my extreme surprise, it was Jimin. Unknowingly, a gasp left my mouth. I closed my eyes for a minute or two and then turned my head to look at him. But Jimin was looking out of the window. I am sure that I saw Jimin staring at me. I was disappointed.
I was staring out of the window when suddenly I felt someone's burning stare at me. With the corner of my eyes, I saw Y/n staring at me. I tried to ignore her. But shamelessly, she was continuously staring at me. At last, I got irritated and turned my head in her direction to scold her. But to my surprise, she was already looking out of the window. For sometime, I glared at her just to tell her that I knew she was staring at me. But slowly, the muscles of my eyes relaxed. I got mesmerized by how beautiful she was looking.
Her skin was glowing under the sunlight, her loose hair were moving with the flow of wind. Her mustard crop top and white shorts, which she bought the day before with Nikki, suited her so well. I kept on admiring her beauty that I didn't even realise that her body stiffened under my stare. But when I saw a gasp left her mouth, I came back to my senses. I quickly turned my head to look out of the window. Thankfully, she didn't catch me. I mentally cursed myself for staring at her so shamelessly.

What the hell were you doing, Jimin. Stop admiring her beauty. Remember, because of her ,you were not able to marry Sara. You hate her. You hate her a lot!
Soon, we reached the amusement park. The place was crowded than expected. Jimin handed the tickets to the security guard and we entered.
"So... What should we do first?" Tae asked while moving his hands back and forth like a child.
"I think-" Jimin was cut off by me and Nikki.
We both spoke in unison.
"Giant wheel!" I said.
"'House of Deads'!" Nikki said.
My eyes widened. "NO! NOT AT ALL!" I shouted.
"Come on Y/n. It will be fun!" Nikki said while jumping up and down.
"No means NO! I am not going! You all can go." I crossed my hands over my chest.
"Nikki-ah... I think Y/n is right. 'House of deads' is not a good idea. Let's go on a giant wheel!" Tae whispered so loudly in Nikki's ear that I was able to hear him.
"Yah! You are such a coward Tae! Jimin-ah... Please~" Nikki said. "If you will deny, I will drag you to the giant wheel." She smirked and tried to threaten him. Surprisingly, it worked.
Jimin's face turned a bit white due to fear. "N-No. I will never go on a giant wheel. You know I am scared of heights." He looked at me. "Y/n, there is nothing to be scared of. The ghost over there are not real. They all are just robots".
"B-but-" I tried to speak.
"No buts. We are going. Nikki, go buy the tickets."
"Okay~!" Nikki jumped and ran to buy the tickets. I sighed in defeat.
Soon, Nikki came running towards us while waving the tickets in the air. "Here! I got them!"
She handed two tickets to Jimin. "What is this? Where are your's and Tae's?" Jimin asked a little confused.
"Me and Tae are going on a giant wheel. You know, Tae don't want to go inside. He wants to go on a giant wheel." Nikki answered.
"But you were the only one willing to go inside!" I interrupted.
"But now I don't want to." She shrugged and tilted her head.
"B-" I tried to speak but she immediately shut my mouth. Nikki glared at me as if saying 'don't you dare to utter a single word.'

"Okay, have fun!" She dragged Tae along with her.
"Nikki, that's not fair-!" Till Jimin could finish his sentence, she was already gone. He sighed. "Let's go." He started walking towards the 'House of deads'. I followed him.
_
"Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! I swear Y/n, the first thing I will do after reaching home is to cut your damn nails!" Jimin tried to pull off his hands from my painful grip.
"I didn't ask you to bring me her- ahhhh!" I tightened my grip on his hand and smashed my face against his bicep. I tightly shut my eyes. The continuous wierd and horrible sounds, wierd lights and horrific images of ghosts were too much to tolerate.
"Y/n, these ghosts are not real. They are just robots." I didn't say anything. I just kept on digging my nails more deep inside his bicep.
"Come. We should move now." He softly removed my hands from his bicep and held one of my hand, tightly. He started moving.
"No." I pulled him back and pouted. He looked at me and sighed.
"Y/n. Don't you trust me?"
"Of course, I do."
"Then trust me and move. They will not do anything to you. I will be there for you, all the time."
"Promise?"
"Promise." He smiled.
I don't know why but his smile gave me the assurety that no matter what, he will truly be there for me. After gathering all of the courage left in me, I fianlly moved.
The place was very dark. Nothing, but only the red lights could be seen. After walking for some more minutes we had to stop due to the extreme darkness, ahead, waiting for us. Nothing, not even the red lights were there. Suddenly, I felt someone's grip on one of my shoulder.
"Jimin?" I asked.
"Hmm?" He hummed.
"I thought you were ahead of me?"
"I am."
"You are...?" I got scared. "Then, who is holding my shoulder?"
"What do you mean?"
Shivering, I dared to turn my head in that direction.
"Ahhhhhhhh!" I jumped and quickly hid my face in Jimin's chest. I was cold as ice at that time. There was a robot ghost who kept his hand on my shoulder. I was able to see him even in that extreme darkness, so I think anyone can guess that how close it was to me.
I completely squeezed myself against Jimin's chest. Surprisingly, he hugged me and caressed my hair.
"It's okay. It will not do anything. It's okay." He said while caressing my hair.
After recollecting myself, we both decided to move further even though I was shivering. A thing started, has to come to an end, after all.
After taking a few steps only, one more problem came up. In front of us, there were two ways through which we could go out. Problem was not with two paths, problem was with the wierd and horrific lights and sounds that were coming from the end of boths the pathways.
My legs were glued at my place. I was forcing myself to move but my legs refused to take even a single step. I was so scared. Thank God, Jimin noticed my condition and said that he will check himself first and then will call me. He chose one of the path.
The moment he left me, I started panicking. And on top of that the wierd and horrific sounds were not helping me at all. I got so scared that I even forgot the path Jimin took.
After sometime, he called me and told me that there was nothing. At the end of the path, there is a resting room. I sighed in relief. After praying to God, I took one of the path. (Unfortunately, it was wrong.) I nearly ran through out the path. When I reached at the end, I realised that those red lights and sounds were fake and actually both the paths ended at the same place, that is, the resting room.
I smiled brightly and searched for Jimin. I found him standing at the end of the other path facing towards the exit of that path. Probably, waiting for me. I was almost going to shout his name when I realised one thing.
My smile immediately dropped. My face and hand turned pale and cold. I started shivering and tears were already streaming down my eyes. My palm started sweating.
There was a HUGE SPIDER on Jimin's back. And that spider was slowly crawling towards his neck. Unfortunately, Jimin didn't even realise that. He was, with that spider, planning to go back through that way to bring me.
