I get up early and go and knock on Felix front door while Eli and Mary are asleep.

He opens it and I can tell he's a little surprised to see me "You do realize it's Saturday?" He smirks and fold his arms

I look him up and down a moment and notice he's only in boxers and nothing else, And his hair is messy but it still looks good.

"Jess?" He says snapping me out of my daydream

I clear my throat "yeah I wanted to tell you that I'm having a party tonight at my house and I wanted to know if you would come?" I say quickly

He raising an eyebrow like he doesn't believe me "your having a party?"

"Yes I'm having a party" I say a little annoyed

"Is that what you want to do?"

"Yes it will be fun" I tell him

"Fine I'll be there" he says surpising me because I thought he was going to argue and say more little comments a little while longer

"Okay well I'll see you later" I say slightly confused but relived

I go back to my house and see Eli cooking breakfast in the kitchen.

"Whatcha cooking?" I ask him

"Pancakes" he says as he stirs the batter

"Sounds good" I smile and sit on the counter while he cooks

"Where were you?" He asks me

"I went next door and told Felix about the party" I say as I look down at my feet and avoid making eye contact

"A personal invitation" he laughs

"It's not like that" I tell him

"So you don't like him?" He asks me

"Not like that we are barely friends"

"Then why did you wake up early to go over there and tell him about the party in person?" He says and waits for me to answer but I don't because I don't know what to say "it's okay to like someone that isn't Luke, Jess" he say and hearing the name Luke makes me tear up "I want you to be happy and if you want to be with Felix or some other guy you shouldn't push them away, I know your scared but you deserve to be happy" he say in his brotherly tone and thankfully Mary walks into the kitchen so I don't have to respond

"Pancakes!" She says excited "your the best" she says as she kisses Eli cheek
