《Flutterdash: Star Player》Looks Like This Chapter... Caught A Breeze

Rainbow's POV:
"Woooooohooooo!!!" I yelled.
Fluttershy invited me to dinner with her parents, we were officially a couple!
But then something hit me, a thought that never in a million years did I think would cross my mind, 'What am I going to wear?'
I whipped out my phone and called Rarity.
"You've reached the phone of Rarity, how may I help you?" She said formally, she must have answered without bothering to see who was calling.
"Rarity it's me, Rainbow Dash, are you still at Pinkie's? I really need you're help... I might be having... a fashion emergency." I said quietly.
I heard Rarity let out a high pitched squeal, "Oh you don't know how long I've waited to hear you say those words! I'll meet you at my house!"
I ran over to Rarity's as fast as I could, and knocked her door vigorously.
"Ah, Rainbow! Come in!" Rarity said, leading me to her bedroom. Applejack was on the bed, flipping through her phone.
"Now, what on Earth has dragged edgy little Rainbow to need fashion advice?" Rarity teased, earning a snicker from Applejack, I glared at both of them.
"Chill out, Rarity. It's not like I need a full scale dress or anything." She looked confused, "I'm meeting Fluttershy's parents for dinner tonight and I want to look good, but I don't want to look like... not me. You're the only person I know who can make someone look good, while still preserving their personal style. That makes you at least 20% cooler than all the other designers out there." I finished, and Rarity started scratching her chin.
"It will be difficult to mix elegance with the sharp edge that is Rainbow Dash... but I think I have just the thing!" She yelled, and went rummaging through her closet.

Fluttershy's POV:
My phone started ringing, Rainbow Dash was calling me.
I picked up the phone, "Yes Dashie?"
"Okay Fluttershy, what time do you want me over?" She asked.
"Hold on, please." I said, then turned to the kitchen, "Mom! What time should Rainbow Dash come over?"
"In about an hour." She said back.
"About an hour." I said to her.
"Got it! Thanks Flutters!" She returned, then hung up.
Flutters?
Not Fluttershy?
Did she just give me a pet name?
AWWWWWWWEEEEEE!!!!!!
About fifty minutes later, there was a knock on the door.
I opened it to see Rainbow Dash, her Rainbow hair was in a ponytail, and she had a bright blue T-shirt. She was wearing a knee-length Rainbow skirt, and black running shoes. She had both of her multicolored bracelets on, and she wore a confident smile better than Applejack wore her hat.
I threw my arms around her "Oh Dashie you look amazing!!"
"Me!? Look at you!" She said. I looked myself over, I guess I looked okay.
Rainbow's POV:
When I opened the door, Fluttershy was the first one to greet me.
And greet me she did.
She looked beautiful! Her long, soft, hair was flowing over her shoulders like a light pink waterfalls. She had on a flower crown with light blue, pink, yellow, and white flowers. Her white tank top was just a little to short and showed a bit of her stomach, and her pink skirt had three butterflies printed on the front.
She looked like a princess.
She was a princess.
She was my princess.
"Flutters... do you even know what you look like? You're gorgeous!" I said, using the pet name I had given her. She called me Dashie, so I figured she needed a cute name too.

Fluttershy blushed and led me into the kitchen, "Mom, this is Rainbow Dash, my girlfriend." She said.
Her mom turned around and lit up when she saw me. "Oh! It's so nice to meet you!" She said, shaking my hand. "I'm sorry that Fluttershy's dad won't be here, he's out on a business trip in Cloudsdale. I'll be sure to tell him all about you though!"
Her mom told me all about what her and Fluttershy's dad did, and that he normally worked here in Ponyville, but had to go out to Cloudsdale for some business meeting.
We all got seated at the table, and started eating.
"Oh, that's cool!" I said, "You know, I was born in Cloudsdale, I moved here right before third grade." I smiled.
"I know dear, Fluttershy here talked all about you when she got home from Flight School. She just went on and on about how you saved her from bullies and how nice and athletic you were. She kept telling me that she wished she looked like you because of how pretty you were." Fluttershy's mom said with a giggle and a knowing smile.
Fluttershy and I both blushed. Hard. I decided that now would be a good time to work my magic. "Oh no, I wished I looked like her. I hope you don't mind me saying, but you have a beautiful daughter." I said smoothly. Ace Charmer Dash, Queen Of The Flirts, that's me.
"Oh I don't mind at all, she is pretty. Even if she doesn't want to hear it." Fluttershy's mom smiled at me.
I looked at Fluttershy, 'Smooth, Dash. Real smooth.' She mouthed.
"This lasagna is really good, Mrs. Shy!" I said, changing the subject.
"Thank you, it's an old family recipe. Of course I suppose that means I'll have to teach it to you eventually." Flutters' mom giggled.
"Mother, sister, I'm hooooome!!" I heard someone yell from the doorway.
I turned around, and saw Fluttershy's brother Zephyr.
Ugh.
"Oh, did I interrupt something?" He said. He scanned the table, and then saw me. "Rainbows? What are you doing here?" He asked, using that insufferable name he called me.
"Well I'm here becau-" I started.
"Wait! Are you two dating?" He asked, Fluttershy nodded.
"Ugh Fluttershy!! I thought you were just kidding about the whole pan thing! I was hoping you'd be dating a guy so that we could be friends and chill. I can't be friends with Rainbows here, we're too different. It'll never work!" He complained.
That statement kind of pissed me off. "Well you know Zeph, Fluttershy didn't date me in hopes that we would get along. You're right though, we are very different people, but hey, I'll give us being friends a shot if you will." I said, smiling.
Zephyr has always had a huge crush on me, and had it stuck in his head that I returned those feelings. For some reason though he absolutely dreaded the thought of us being friends, something about me being 'too pushy'.
He hung his head down, "No, that's really okay. Mind if I join you? I'm starving!"
We invited him to the table and continued to have a great dinner.
(A/N: I just feel the need to point out, Zephyr is not homophobic, none of Fluttershy's family is. He's just a little disappointed that he won't be able to bond with Fluttershy's girlfriend.)
