Brian's POV

I'm relaxing on my living room couch when my doorbell rings. Who the fuck could that be? I get off the couch and open the front door. I sigh internally when I see Tiffany standing outside.

“What, Tiff?”

“I just wanted to come see you. I miss you.”

“How many times have I told you that we're not together anymore? I don't wanna be with you.”

“But why? We were made for each other.”

“I'm more compatible with a monkey than I am you.”

“Well that's fucking rude,” she snaps.

“Yeah well, fuck off and leave. For the millionth time, I'm done with you.”

I slam the door shut and lock it. I admit, that monkey comment was pretty rude, but I'm just sick of her acting like we're together. She doesn't fucking understand. Watch, she's just gonna come crawling back to me another day. It's what she always does. I need to find myself a new girlfriend so she'll back the fuck off. I peak out the peephole and wait for her to leave. After she does, I grumble and grab my phone to call Zacky.

“Hey, Bri. What's up?”

“Wanna go hit up the bar? I'm fucking dying for a few drinks.”

“Yeah sure. Meet me at my house in ten. We'll take a cab.”

“Alright sounds good. I'll see you soon.”

“Alright. Bye, Bri,”

“Bye, Zack.”

I hang up and grab my wallet and keys before going out to my car and heading towards Zacky's place. I can always rely on Zacky when I'm having a bad day. He's there for me through any situation. He knows how Tiff is, so I'll talk to him about the situation. Ironically, he's the one that introduced us, so maybe he'll have a way to get her off my back. I would have called Jimmy to join us for a drink, but I know he's probably busy with Becca. They had their date the other day and I can imagine they've been spending time together. I'm actually glad they're somewhat together. I say somewhat because to my knowledge he hasn't officially asked her out yet. I'm sure he'll do it soon. She's good for him and he's good for her.

My phone starts ringing, so I look to see who's calling. Tiff. Fuckin bitch does not understand. I answer anyway.

“Please, leave me alone, Tiff. I'm done with you.”

“But I--”

I hang up on her before she can even say another word and toss my phone on the passenger seat. I look out my window with a sigh and the last thing I see is a pickup truck hurling straight towards my car. I just blew a fucking red light.
