Ian smiles as he walks down the city and looks around shops. Many of his friends decided to stay in the Ninja's hometown, since Ian has paid a decent house for everyone. The prices may seem high, 5,000 gold per house, for seven people. In the end, he used 35,000 gold, enough to buy all the player in CBO an ultra-rare weapon. The money system is from copper to silver to gold. 100 copper is 1 silver, 1000 silver is 1 gold. 1 copper is a dollar, so in real life he would've used 3.5 billion dollars.
Ian looks through windows of stores, mostly jewelry shops. He looks through the transparent glass, and behind it there's all sorts of golden rings, diamond necklaces, and silver earrings. Nothing catches Ian's eye, so he moves on to the next store. Once again, he sees a lot of beautiful jewelry. The ninja sighs as he keeps strolling down the city. Ian smiles and waves at nearby players that all greet him in many ways. After the incident of Fusion Online, defeating Calem, and being the only player with angel wings, Ian is the most famous player, not just in CBO, but world wide. Multi-million game companies, developers, and creators all send Ian emails and mails, each one wanting Ian to to either help out, or make him their poster boy for selling.
"Alright. Nice to meet you two." Ian says towards two kids that have walked up to shyly. The three talked for a while before Ian says his goodbye and continues his walk. It's been almost three hours since he started his hunt for two objects, but can't find his objects. "How can I not find two simple, amazing rings." Ian minutes to himself as he keeps his search. Before long, two rings catches Ian's eye. Ian looks at the rings through the window. He smirks as he enters the shop.

"Hello there!" The shop owner says with a jolly smile. Ian grabs the ring from the display and brings it to seller. "How much!" Ian says quickly, not wanting to wait any time on buying the rings. "Two coins of gold." The man replies. Ian takes takes out the gold from his inventory and places it on the table. "Thank you!" Ian says as he takes the rings and runs out the store. Ian sprints away to the nearby safe-zone Forest.

"Haha! We did it!" Heather happily giggles and laughs as she breaks into a small happy dance. "Yea! We're the best!" Jackie says, equally as happy as she jumps in the air a few times. Katherine giggles as she watches her friends celebrate their victory.
"So what would you like your weapon to be?" Jackie asks as she takes out her her hammer. Heather pauses and thinks about this. Their's all sort of weapons, from hammers to axes to swords to lances. Even those weapons have sub-categories in them. "Sword." Heather simply answers as she sits down on a wooden chair in front of a brown wooden table. "What kind?" Jackie says as she puts the silver like metal ingots on an anvil. "Rapier....I guess." She says while Katherine sits down and hands Heather some tea. "Alrighty! One rapier coming up!" Jackie says as she starts forging the weapon. "Oh, no cross guard by the way." Heather quickly says towards Jackie. Jackie stops hammering the metal and raises her head up and looks Heather. "You sure?" Jackie questions the decision Heather made. "Yea, you sure about that?" Katherine says as she tilts her head slightly in confusion. Heather smiles and nods. "Yes. Without a cross guard I can swing my sword faster, and with my given defense I can take hits. My attack isn't so high like Ian's, but speed covers that up." Heather explains her reason. Jackie nods and continues working on the sword that will be classified as Antique-Mythic.

A tiny white screen pops up in front of her. The message is labeled as important. The survivor is Fusion Online opens the message and reads it quietly.
-Hey Heather. I was wondering if you'd like to meet me at the Forest of Protection around 9:00 in game time. I'll be waiting for you there. From: Caliber-
Heather smirks and replies to the message.
-sure. I'll meet you there.- is the reply Heather sends to Ian.
"What was?" Katherine asks. "Ian wants to meet me. I told him I'll be there." Heather responds to the question. Katherine nods as Jackie walks up to Heather. She places the rapier on the table. Heather inspects the sword before grabbing it and standing up. Heather brings her sword back, causing the blade to screech while simultaneously glowing blue. Heather thrust her sword foreword, and the blade glows brighter for a split second before slowly disappearing and giving the sword back to its silver color. "It's great. Thanks." Heather says her thanks as she sheathes her sword on a random scabbard that appeared on her hip. "See you later guys!" Heather waves goodbye as she rubs out the house. Once outside she activates her fairy wings and takes off, flying towards the forest.
-----
Heather flies down and lands on the grassy ground. The female survivor looks around the place.
"Hey, Heather." Ian says as he hugs Heather from behind. The female teen gasps lightly before looking behind her shoulder to see Ian's head rested on her right shoulder. Heather smiles kindly after giving Ian a quick kiss. "So why'd you call me here?" Heather asks. Ian let's go of the witch player and walks in front of her. "I wanted to ask you something...." Ian says, nervousness could be found on his tone. Heather tilts her head a bit. "Why are you nervous. You know you can ask me anything, Ian." Heather says. Ian nods slowly before looking at Ian's head. The Ninja player kneels down in one knee. "Heather....would you do me the honor of...being my wife." Ian says as he takes out the ring from his pocket. Heather gasps as she sees the ring. This may all be in a game, but to them, it's as real as the outside the world. Tears start forming on Heather's eyes. "Yes! I do!" Heather says before hugging Ian tightly. Ian hugs his fiancée back.
"I love you Heather."

8 192Modern Magic
A Modern Magician BookI looked up at the crooked holo sign while the perfectly bred woman read from a paper, a plastic smile glued to her face.'Welcome to The City,' she said in a fake voice. 'Once formerly known as New York, The City is a place filled with ancient and modern wonders. Remember, if you see any magicians please report to the nearest police station or Black Hand officer.'I smiled at the sign and then raised a single finger. No, not the middle one. A blue misty light spun from my finger and into the holo device. The message quickly changed from the fake woman to one of my own.'Welcome to The City,' the woman read, her hair now dyed a fuchsia. Her eyelids were a dark blue and her bottom lip and right eyebrow were pierced. 'A special message from Hecate, queen of magic.' The woman looked up at me, a smirk playing on her lips. 'Welcome to my city.'
