Three months later, Gem and I saw an ambulance. It stopped at Ms. Stanley's house. "Rylee is coming to look after you two," Mom said.
"Wait, where are you going," I asked.
"I'm going to the hospital to check on Ms. Stanley. Stay with Rylee and get to bed on time. I'll tell you two of her condition."
"When will you return?" Gem asked.
"Probably around midnight." As Rylee came, Mom left and drove away. "So, how are my favorite twins?"
"Good," I replied. Gem was wondering in concern of Ms. Stanley. Later, Rylee made dinner.
"You haven't touch your food, Gem."
"How can I think of food now?"
"I'm sure Ms. Stanley will be okay." The next morning, Mom called us. "Ms. Stanley has stroke." Gem went to the door.
"Where do you think you're going?"
"To see her."
"She can't remember anything or anyone."
"I'm not scared, Mom." Gem went out the door.
"Stubborn girl."
"Like Dad," I deadpan.

I will definitely try to stay away from any tropes that are not neccesary to write fantasy, as I thoroughly despise non-creativity. There shall be no harems, no unrealistic behavior and absolutely no standard scene of dimwitted bandits that try to rob whatever similarly rock-brained princess they encounter. The main character is not black and white, because no human is completely good or completely evil. They’re human, not some idealistic concept of what one is supposed to be.
