She cuddled into me more and sobbed on my chest. After a short while she wiped her tears and looked at me.
"She said happily making me smile widely.
"I said squeezing her to my side softly.
"She asked.
I nodded and smiled softly at her.
"I said.
"She asked.
"I replied.
"She asked with hope.
I smiled this time a little sadly. Not just because off how myself and the twins are right now but because I know she wants to know what it's like to be loved.
"I asked siftly.
"she said shyly.
"I said kissing her forehead.
Tears came to her eyes and she smiled at me.
"She said more excitedly.
"I said softly taking her hand and helping her up.
"She asked nervously.
"I said softly.
She nodded and we walked together to the room I was previously in. She took my hand and squeezed it nervously. I squeezed back in reassurance.
I knocked softly on the door and walked in with Lacey following silently and nervously behind me.
Everyone head snapped to us and they all squealed happily.
"They all screamed excitedly.
" I said squeezing lacey hand in reassurance again.
Lacey looked at them all great shyly. They all snapped there heads to her and smiled.
"
"
They all said at the same time seeming happy to want to play with someone new.
She looked at me and I nodded. She smiled big and hugged me while I hugged her back. She ran off to the children and started playing with them making me smile widely.
I looked to the adults and they smiled warmly at me as I did back. I said my goodbyes and headed to the pack house where the twins are ready to sign some paper works.
I could feel myself getting nervous but I knew I had to put my foot down with them. I sighed and stared at the front pack door. Just as I was about to go and open it the door swung open making me jump.

I looked up and noticed a warrior stood there staring wide eyes at me. He bowed his head in submission.
"The warrior stuttered out.
I giggled a little and smiled softly.
"I said as he oepend the door wider letting me come in.
I started heading to the office. I could feel my heart pounding out my chest and nervous sweat running down my hands. I sighed to myself and rubbed my hands on my pants and chanted in my head all I have to do is ignore them.
Slowly I turned the door handle and opened it. As I walked in the twins and beta Jason's head snapped to me. I noticed how the twins both tensed up and was searching my body. For what ? I have no idea.
I cleared my throat and spoke softly.
"I said softly.
"Beta jason asked as the twins kept quite.
"I said softly.
"Beta Jason asked.
I shook my head in no.
"I said softly as I walked up to the paper work.
He nodded and smiled soflty at me.
"Xavier said softly.
I looked at him and nodded.
"I said quietly.
I sat down with the paper work and started reading them and signing what I needed to sign. I could still feel the tension and awkwardness in the room.

8 120A Man and His Greatsword
Michael Adkins is a unique 28-year-old man. Born with above average strength and emerald green eyes, he always wanted to live in a fantasy world. He was very much into fantasy light novels, manga, and anime, especially a certain one that involves a black armored man with a large greatsword. Michael always dreamed of going on an adventure in a fantasy world. On a whim, Michael is summoned by the god of Alorah, one of the fantasy worlds he had always read about! Alorah's God, Eden, gives Michael a choice of three bonuses and a custom class to take with him into Alorah. This is the start of Michael's fantasy adventures. P.S. This is my first novel, I'm writing this since there were little novels I've found with a main character that wields a greatsword. Don't expect anything good. There will be a lot of mistakes, so please help me with that! P.P.S The later chapters will (hopefully) be much less cringy than the early ones. Please give it a shot!
8 58The Lost Magician

Never would he had thought, that at the start of his adventure, he would stumble upon someone who resemblance him from the past. Was it fate? Destiny? 8 186Body Modifier: Energy Required
Aria ate a fish. [Energy: 2] Finished, he ate another fish. [Energy: 2] ... [Energy: 3] Without realizing it, he had finished 5 fishes. He felt a little bloat, he lay down with a full stomach, occasionally burped. Even though he didn't want to be a big lump of meatball, he still had to keep eating. At least until he found another way to accumulate energy. After all, if he didn't take advantage of his advantages, wasn't that stupid? His mind then drifted imagining which one he would use the energy for. Should he use it on his eyes, so it shot a beam of laser, like a certain bespectacled mutant? Should he use it on his bones, so it regenerated infinitely, like a certain character from an anime? Should he use it on his brain, so he became a genius, like a scientist with a bald head? Or should he use it on his vital organ, so that he became the manliest person in the world? While he was imagining things, suddenly his ears felt pinched. "Ouch!" "Didn't mom already say you can't play with fire, you brat?!" There he realized, knowing that no matter what he chose, he was still a child in front of his mother.
