After they left precious when beta Jason called them over for a meeting.

We walked into the pack office and sat down.

"beta jason said getting straight to the point.

We nodded in understanding. He looked at us in suprise.

"Beta jason said.

"Xavier said.

Beta jason nodded.

"He said making us nod.

We talked a little more longer then we thought as by the time we finished and walked out the pack house the girls had come back in the car.

Aria came out the car and headed straight to her dad however skylar and precious stayed seated. I frowned in confusion and looked at Xavier who looked just as confused. Normally she would come up to us.

She looked at us and looked away. It looked to be that precious said something to skylar because next thing you know skylar is driving off with precious in the car.

I growled in anger and confusion. I tired mindlinking her but got nothing.

"Xavier said.

"I said in anger.

"Beta jason asked clearly seeing what happened.

"Xavier said in frustration.

I looked at aria who is quite. She looked uncomfortable and like she wanted to run for the hills.

"I gritted out.

She jumped hearing me ask her.

"she stuttered avoiding eye contact.

I growled at her as beta jason growled at me for growling at his daughter. I snarled at beta jason as did xavier.

" I roared. I could feel my Wolf coming close to taking over. Everyone bowed there head in submission as beta jason stepped infront of his daughter. I could tell he was worried for her safety as well as his.

"beta jason asked her softly.

"Aria whimpered.

"Xavier asked.

"she said softly.

Myself and xavier frowned confused. Beta jason grabbed aria and started to walk away just as Skylar pulled back up. However i could tell precious was not with her making me growl in anger.

Just as Skylar walked out the car I growled at her making her look up at me.

"we growled.

"Skylar said.

"I gritted out.

"Skylar said before storming off.

I growled in anger, confusion and frustration.

"Xavier asked.

However when I think about it we haven't really spoken to her much and when we do we seem to argue. We have not really spent time with her or anything.

Clearly understanding xavier put his head down in shame as did I.

We headed back home and walked in. Just as we walked in my mom noticed us and smiled before it dropped.

"She asked softly.

"I grunted out before walking upstairs.

I never realised how distant we have been from her until now. How did I not realise it.? Why have we been distant? She is our mate! Our priority. Not only that but she is carrying our pups.

I feel so angry at myself for not realising she was upset about all this.

"My mom asked again as Xavier walked off.

"I said.

She nodded softly and sighed.

"My mom said kissing my cheek and walking up stairs.

I got upstairs and got ready for bed. We kept trying to get hold of her through mindlink but she had is closed off. Finally she opened it but she seemed so distant and annoyed with us which is not like her. She told us she is not coming back and that she will talk to us tomorrow.

All night u tossed and turned needing to be with her. Wanting to be with her. I missed snuggling up to her or her to us. I miss being able to put my hand on her tummy.

I groaned to myself trying and failing to sleep.

"I said.

"He gritted out.

I sighed but knew this was going to be hard. Not just because we are taking over the pack for a short while tomorrow and for the next week or 2 but because I know she truly seems fed up.

I groaned and closed my eyes hoping and wishing for darkness to take over so I can see her again in the morning. I just want her near me.
