Precious p.o.v.
It's been two days since the rogue attack. We have started to do a plan for what we can do but we still haven't got a good enough plan.
Right now I'm getting ready for my first appointment. We finally get to see our baby for the first time and I'm really excited and nervous.
We just walked out the door and sat in the car when it started to pour down with rain. I groaned feeling annoyed I didn't check the weather seeming as I'm in a dress. The twins frowened at seeing what I'm wearing and seeing the weather.
"Xander asked as he got in the car with xavier.
"I said sheepishly.
He shook his head and took his jacket off giving it to me. I shook my head at him in no.
"I said.
"he said sternly.
I sighed but put it on thanking him.
We drove down and I looked to xavier who has been quite the whole time.
"I asked.
However got no answer.
"
Still got nothing.
"I basically shouted making him jump and look at me.
I looked at him with concern.
"I asked softly. .
He smield softly at me.
"he said sounding nervous.
"I said softly.
He looked st me and smiled leaning over and kissing my cheek.
"he said softly.
I frowned at him.
"I said.
He chuckled at me.
"he said softly.
We all walked in the pack infirmary. I looked at the twins who's face was emotionless. I forgot they are cold in everyone else's eyes. I sighed but we walked to the waiting room.
We sat down waiting as I played with the bottom of xanders coat feeling nervous. The twins grabbed my hand and kissed my head to help calm my nerves.
"I heard the doctor call out.

I looked up and smiled softly. We walked to the room and I sat on the bed like she asked me to.
I layed down just as she spoke.
"She asked kindly.
I nodded and did as asked.
"she said softly.
She put the gel on my stomach making me flinch from the coldness. The twins growled making me giggle.
"I said softly.
They relaxed just as I heard a heartbeat. We all snapped our heads to the screen and what I saw made tears come to my eyes. I looked st the twins to see tears in there eyes including xander. They looked at me and smiled softly kissing my lips each.
"i said sniffling.
"the doctor said excitedly.
She started to move the monitor stick thing round more to check and she smiled widely.
"She said making me gasp.
"I stuttered out.
She nodded her head softly.
I looked at the twins who was now staring at the screen wide eyed. I looked to the screen and more tears ran down my face. There on the screen where both our babies.
"She asked.
"I said while the twins just said "making me glare at them for needing to say it with manners.
The doctor noticing my glare giggled.
"she said softly putting the machine away as I wiped the gel of my stomach.
"I said softly.
She nodded softly.
She walked over to the machine and printed the pictures of as we watched her do it. She passed them over and I smiled softly.
"I said.
"She said softly
"I asked.
"She said softly.
I nodded my head smiling widely.
"she said softly.
We all nodded at her and I smiled.
"xavier asked.
"the doctor said softly.
We nodded. We said goodbye and headed back to the car.

Xander chuckled.
"He said.

"Xander said softly while xavier agreed.
On the journey home we talked about our babies excitedly.
We got out the car and headed inside. There in the kitchen as usual cassie was making some dinner.
"I said and jumped when I noticed everyone else was in the room.
I didn't even notice everyone else was here until just now.
"cassie, aria and Skylar screamed at the same time.
I smiled widely. I looked at the twins and they nodded.
"I said happily.

Long Shadow
No destiny, no choice, no hope. Our protagonist, a coward summoned to a world meant for heroes; a new world with new rules and old cruelties. Join him on his adventures as he must deal with menus, monsters, and mysteries in this litrpg fantasy. Thomas Goodwill was an average boy with an average life, all that changed when he woke up in a new reality. Now, out of his depth, damn near out of his mind, he must learn to survive in a game-like reality with no reloads, checkpoints, or save scumming. He does, however, have a drunk snake. Thank you for reading my first story, hopefully, the first of many to come. This will be my main story and is meant to help me practice and hone my skills as I slowly produce more complex ideas. It's a litrpg in which I want to only lightly focus on the mechanics as I don’t want to pad out the word count with math and number tables and while I want to add a few of my own twists here and there, overall I’m going to keep this story close to generic as possible so that I don't let my inexperience lead me into a corner. Thanks again to all willing to leave a review or some constructive criticism, without you I'd never improve. Unfortunately, Cover art is by me.
