After school ended, we went to the garden. No one ever goes there anymore, but it has so many species of flowers! They are all in different colors that complement each other great.

"So what did you want to show us?" Adrien asked. I smirked then closed my eyes. I focused on making the flowers and plants float above my head. I wiggled my fingers. A red- sort of aura or light came from my fingers.

I opened my eyes and saw their surprised faces.

"Is this a sick joke or something?" Alya asked. I shook my head. I let the plants fall to the ground.

"Don't tell anyone! Please!" I said.

"We promise." They said in unison.

We walked to a nearby cafe to eat lunch.

"Hi, Melanie. Can I get a chocolate croissant with fruit punch?" I said.

Adrien, Nino and Alya ordered and we walked back to the school.

"Hey guys, I hope this doesn't change anything." I said breaking the silence.

"It will never change anything, m'lady. Unless you want it to." Adrien said. Nino and Alya nodded in agreement. We went to our rooms. Alya and I walked to our room, only to be stopped in our tracks by Chloè.

"Hello, losers. Are you getting your stuff to go home, Maritrash?" She said. We rolled our eyes and continued walking. "No one likes you Mari. You should just leave. Useless!" She scoffed before leaving. I tried to fight back tears. No use. I ran to the garden hoping to not be bothered by anyone else. I passed Alya calling me. I ran faster. I passed Adrien and Nino. They looked at me with worried looks before running to Alya. I ran past my classmates and teachers.

I ran until I reached the garden. I stared into the lake. I started to sob. The ground shook. Did I do that?

"I have found you." A sudden voice said behind me. I turned.

"Who are you?" I said. He stepped out of the shadows. I paused. It was Hawkmoth, headmaster of Evil Akuma University.

"I want to offer you a scholarship to my university." He stated. I shook my head. I didn't want to go to his school. I didn't want to leave my friends.

Suddenly he started to walk towards me. I walked backward.

"Stay back!" I shouted. He continued to walk towards me. I used my telekinesis to push him against the nearby wall. "L-leave me alone!" I shouted. I saw him take out his wand and cast a spell that sent my flying. I screamed before hitting my head against the building door. I fell to the floor and blacked out.
