《Field Trip to the Avenger's Compound》We're Going Where?!

"(Y/n) and Peter I suggest you wake up or you won't have time to eat breakfast before school," Vision says slightly shaking the pair of teenagers.
(Y/n)'s eyes flutter open and her body feels a nice warmth surrounding her. She doesn't want to leave, but she soon realizes what the warmth is. Peter. Peter also doesn't want to leave, but he also realizes what is happening. Vision smiles at them cuddling together and chuckles to himself after seeing the two being so flustered. They both jump away from each other and go red in the face.
"I better go get dressed for school," Peter says quickly leaving (Y/n)'s room.
I walked out of (Y/n)'s room, jogged to my room, and leaned up against the door. What. Just. Happened. I woke up holding (Y/n) and she was leaning into my touch. Wait does she like me? Nevermind. She'd never like me. I pulled my pajamas off and got into my school clothes. My bag was already in the common room, so I walked out of my room briskly.
Peter walked out of your room and you leaned up against the door. What. Just. Happened. You thought to yourself. Does Peter like me? Never mind he'd never like me. You got out of your pajamas and put on your outfit for today's school day (outfit below or anything you'd like). Your bag was already in the common room, so you walked out the door of your room.
The awkward teens bumped into each other in the hallway to the elevator. They both mumbled sorry and never made eye contact. Both of them were too nervous to say anything in the elevator.
"SAMUEL WHY IS MY EYEPATCH COVERED IN GLITTER?" Thor boomed frightening (Y/n) and Peter walking out of the elevator.
Sam swiftly moved behind Peter and (Y/n) using them as a shield, "You wouldn't dare hurt children. Would you?"
Thor glared at Sam and said, "No I wouldn't hurt my young friends, but I won't hesitate with you!"
Thor pushed through Peter and (Y/n) and started chasing Sam. The teens looked at each other for a moment and laughed forgetting about their awkward exchange.
We sat down at the table where some of the lightsabers that we made the night before were missing from their original spots. I looked at (Y/n) and immediately remembered what happened. I can't help but wonder how we even ended up like that.
You sat went over to the cupboard and poured some cereal. Sitting back down, you looked over at Peter and saw him smiling at you. The moment was ruined by a faint shriek of Clint falling out of the ceiling.
You snickered at him and asked, "Ceiling a bit loose?"
"YOU WERE THE ONE WHO LOOSENED THE CEILING TILES?" Clint raged.
"Yep," you said popping the p.
Clint's eyes narrowed at you and scoffed. You just rolled your eyes and laughed.
"Hey you two better hurry up or you'll be in the presence of an angry Happy," Tony said walking into the room.
"What's new with that? He's always grumpy," Peter said.

The teens finished breakfast and headed out the door.
"Bye dads love you!" (Y/n) called out.
"Bye love you too!" Steve and Bucky said simultaneously.
The pair got into the car and greeted Happy.
"We have something for you," (Y/n) said to the man.
"What is it?" Happy said rudely.
Peter handed him a lightsaber with a yellow blade and "Happy" engraved into the handle. Happy looked at the grinning teens and gave them a giant hug which they returned.
"Thanks, kids," Happy said sweetly.
The pair looked at each other and started talking about their homework for chemistry class. The car arrived at the school. Peter and (Y/n) got out of the car and started walking into the school.
"Look it's Penis Parker!" Flash and his "friends" said.
Peter kept his head down and (Y/n) glared at Flash. If looks could kill, Flash would be a goner. The two walked to their lockers which were next to each other (a little call from Tony Stark made that happen). They were putting stuff away when Ned and MJ came up behind them and greeted them. The four talked for a moment before walking to their 1st-period class.
Mr. Harrington was in the middle of talking when (Y/n)'s phone started ringing.
"Miss Rogers you know our policy. Put it on speaker," he sighed. She pulled her phone out and saw the contact name Star-Spangled Dad With a Plan. Her eyes widened and she answered the phone while putting it on speaker.
"Hey, sweetie-"
"PAPA S'IL VOUS PLAIT PARLEZ EN FRANCAIS JE SUIS A DECATHLON! " (Y/n) said quickly.
Her team members exchanged weird glances and Peter listened to their conversation.
"D'accord... Pizza ou tacos pour le diner? Demandez a Peter aussi ," Steve responds fluently in French.
"Pete. Que voulez-vous pour le diner? "
"Je suis bon avec la pizza ," Peter answers.
Everyone at the meeting just stared and tried figuring out what the hell was happening.
"Je l'ai entendu. Thor sera heureux ," Steve says.
"Did he just say Thor?" The members whispered, "I didn't know Y/n and Peter spoke French."
"D'accord. Je t'aime, au revoir ," (Y/n) replies.
"Je t'aime au revoir ," Steve says ending the conversation.
(Y/n) puts her phone away and is bombarded with questions.
"Hey! She was just talking to her dad in French. Big deal," MJ scoffed unbothered by the situation.
Ned and MJ are the only ones that know that Peter and (Y/n)'s secrets.
You slumped down in your seat, while everyone asked you random questions. Peter noticed your discomfort and sent you a reassuring smile. You smiled back and pulled yourself back into reality.
"Would you all shut up please and just listen to Mr. Harrington?" you said quietly.
"Thank you (Y/n). Before you all erupted into chatter. I was going to let you all know about our upcoming field trip on Friday. We have gotten one of the most exclusive trips anyone could get in New York," Mr. Harrington announced.
Everyone was sitting on the edge of their seat except MJ. She was in-depth with her book.

"We will be going to the," he paused for effect. "Avengers Compound!"
You and Peter shared a look of fear and disappointment.
Ned was extremely excited and Peter leaned to him and said, "Ned you were literally there on Saturday."
"I know but I've never been to the labs!" Ned exclaimed.
"Will we meet Dr. Banner?" a student asked.
"I'm not sure who we will meet, but we have been set up for an exclusive tour!" Mr. Harrington said barely containing his excitement himself.
"This is going to be great," you whispered to Peter.
"Yep. Just dandy," Peter whispered back.
"We can finally prove that Parker and (Y/n) are faking internships!" Flash yelled across the room. Mr. Harrington gave him a stern look but didn't stop him from saying rude comments.
"This will be fun exposing these two nut-jobs," one of Flash's friends said.
"If only I could use assassin skills at school," you whispered to only Peter could hear. He tried to keep himself from laughing but failed pretty badly.
"What are you laughing at Parker? You're just gonna get exposed!" Flash yelled.
Some kids laughed while others were too excited to bother with Flash.
"Okay everyone I know you're excited, but you have to fill out safety waivers. I believe we will be getting to do some combat or something along those lines," Mr. Harrington said quieting the class.
He handed you and the rest of your classmates all the papers necessary for the trip. If only he knew. You thought to yourself when he handed you a safety form.
"Alright, class. Make sure to have the forms in by Wednesday. You are dismissed. Peter and (Y/n) please stay after. I need to talk to the both of you," he said while looking at you and Peter.
Both of you confused exchanged glances and walked up to where Mr. Harrington was.
"I know that both of you are very bright kids, but telling people you have fake Stark internships is not okay," the teacher explained.
"But they are real," you advised. Peter nodded in agreement.
Mr. Harrington sighed in disappointment, "Kids this has gone too far now. Lying to teachers is unacceptable."
You and Peter looked down and both said okay. He dismissed you from the meeting you both walked to Happy's car. But of course, you couldn't make it without Flash throwing a punch at Peter's back. The both of you could easily fight back. But that's the thing. You could fight too easily. Flash could be beaten to a pulp in a solid 2 seconds, but you guys always took the punches to keep your secrets safe.
Flash finished his beatings on Peter and said, "I can't believe you wimps would think we'd think your internships are real. Tony Stark wouldn't want you two. He'd want someone like me. I'm smarter than both of you combined!"
You rolled your eyes at his speech.
"That's about the worst speech I've heard. Hell, some villains have better ones than you," you mumbled to only Peter could hear with his spider abilities.
He chuckled but winced in pain once he realized that he was supposed to be aching from the beating.
"You think that was funny Parker?" Flash said thinking Peter was laughing at what he said earlier.
"Flash just leave them alone," one of your classmates said.
Some of the kids were nicer than others. You gave her a weak smile which she returned. Peter and yourself continued your walk to Happy's car. Both of you got inside and greeted Happy quietly.
"What's up with you two? You'd usually be talking my ear off," Happy asked.
"Just tired," Peter said with a small smile.
Peter and (Y/n) said their goodbyes to Happy and they walked into the compound. They got to use the side entrance for Avengers only. Katherine greeted them when they walked through. She knew both of their secrets and was sworn the secrecy. The teens walked to the elevator and went to the common room. They sauntered off and set their bags down in the large room.
"Heya kiddos. How was school?" Natasha asked.
"Meh. Nothing that doesn't happen every day. I learned all this stuff already, so it gets boring," (Y/n) responded Natasha nodded.
Peter glanced over at Sam and Bucky playing an intense game of Mario Kart on the T.V.
"Hey can I join after you finish that round?" Peter asks politely.
"Sure kid," Sam countered.
Everyone slowly entered the kitchen and waited for the pizza to arrive. They all made small talk, but Natasha noticed Peter and (Y/n) being extremely quiet. She thinks. They are never quiet. What happened at school? She decided to discreetly look in their bookbags. When she found a letter about a field trip to the compound she smirked and put the papers in her pocket. The pizzas finally arrived from their favorite place. Paesan's Pizza was always fast and gladly made two dozen pizzas they always ordered. Everyone started taking slices and scarfed up the food.
"Hey, Peter and (Y/n). Why are you being so quiet?" Wanda asked while eating a slice of pepperoni pizza.
"I think I might know why," Natasha smirked while holding up the colorful waiver forms.
The teen's eyes widened in concern and they started rambling that they were fine and they didn't know what the paper was. Clint grabbed the paper out of Natasha's hand and burst out laughing.
"They are taking a field trip here," Clint said in between laughs.
The whole room thundered with laughter as the pair sank into their seats.
"This would only happen to you two," Tony said.
"Yeah yeah, whatever. Dad can you sign it. But do not put Steve Rogers like you did last time. I got in so much trouble for that," (Y/n) said glumly.
Steve signed the paper as Grant Rogers. Good enough. He thought. Pepper took Peter's form and forged Aunt May's signature.
"Please don't embarrass us. We actually have secret identities that I'm pretty sure we'd still like to keep a secret," Peter pleaded.
A chorus of yes' echoed throughout. He knew Pepper would attempt to keep everyone under control. The teens sighed and knew this Friday would be the worst day of their lives.

The Werewolf Cheerleader
Being a cheerleader is easier than being a werewolf. Jessica Tumbleleague is a typical teenage girl who loves being a cheerleader at Moondale High. But after an encounter with a werewolf in the woods, Jessica discovers a frightening world she never thought is real. Dangerous magic, deadly fierce spirits, and other malevolent creatures. Now Jessica must fight the forces of darkness to protect her hometown while balancing her supernatural life with her high school life. But can she control the beast within herself? Note: This is a rewrite of the original with the same name. I decided to change the third-person style to first-person because I liked Jessica's voice better. She is funny and very strong. With the story only focusing on her, I can keep the mystery suspenseful and the reader can experience what Jessica is experiencing. It is a typical YA style, but it is fun to write as your main character. There are changes, but the first and second books will be similar to the third-person chapters. Let me know what you think and I hope you will enjoy this new version of the Werewolf Cheerleader. I will post the chapters every Friday in the afternoon. P.S, there is a Werewolf Cheerleader short story published in the Tales of Dungeons, All Hallows book. Titled The Werewolf Cheerleader: Castle and Ghouls. The short is also in first-person, which made me decide to change the book series into first-person. The link is below if you want to check it out. https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B08MCS82R5

Dream Dungeon
Welcome to the dream dungeon. Ely suddenly finds himself in a mysterious dungeon accessed only through sleeping. Many people are drawn into this dream world, confused and mystified. Those in this dungeon must kill monsters to survive; maybe even each other. Join Ely as he struggles to survive a ruthless environment. What replaces his rest is untold trauma. What seems like an innocent game trope turns into a nightmare. This is a story of tragedy and the path to ultimate power. All in the hopes of an uncertain survival. _________ This fiction has NOT been abandoned. I made a haughty promise earlier to not worry because I'll continue this series, and with things lately, I've only proved myself a liar. Further promises dwindled, and I've lost trust. So many things have been going on recently that I've been booked. I will refrain from making any future guarantees or promises as my busy schedule will stay with me for a long long while. Time for me to actually spend on writing and revising won't appear until at the least November 19. I won't say expect that's when I'll restart, but you can expect expecting it to maybe happen. That's really shallow. But with everything going on, I've let my small reading base down. I apologize. I still stick by my statement though that I won't abandon this project. I plan to stick it to the end, no matter the delay. Most importantly, thank you everyone; readers who both like and dislike my work. I appreciate your time spent on my dumb imagination. Stay toasty my readers in this winter season. Cheers. UPDATE: We're back on track. Thank you for your patience. Any future readers, heyo! Glad you're here. UPDATE 2: So far it's been 21 days since I last uploaded a chapter. The best thing done for any fiction, no matter how good it is, is that it continues, and I have a bad history with that. 1 fiction on hiatus and already more delays with less than 20 chapters in this fiction. I've been very preoccupied with adding more things to do in my life rather than actually committing to any particular thing. That applies primarily to this. I cannot abandon this, as busy as my future looks and will look as I get busier and busier. Someday, I hope, I will be able to sit down and just write. just. write. But for now, I ask for patience. I suppose I'm glad this fiction hasn't picked up so that I don't disappoint too many people if any really. But I need to commit and it's going to happen sometime and sometime soon. No more flowery words. I'll see you later. UPDATE 3: It's very evident I won't be able to pick up this story for a while. With AP Testing, competitions, and other things I am busier than ever. But I must complete this fiction. I have too. Until next time. UPDATE 4: It is now the summer. I owe everyone an apology. Chances are, nobody's around to see this, and that is okay. I only blame myself for this sort of brokenness of a fiction, not that it is actually that bad but I am just exaggerating it for dramatic effect. But what's not exaggerated is the severity of my broken promise. I apologize for my naive claims about finishing a novel that I couldn't finish and that I didn't have the discipline to finish. Nor the skills, really, I was and am still an immature writer. What is to place now? I want to make it clear I understand this is my fault. I will man up to this. And I will accept any criticism. I understand I messed up. Reading Stephen King's On Writing made it clear to me that I need to do two things:Read lots. And write lots.I have done neither. If I don't have the time to read often, how do I expect to write? I need to become more experienced. I need to become a serious writer. So if I want to dream of continuing, I need to at least fulfill both requirements. I enjoy writing. I haven't written seriously outside of school in a while. I planned to write this summer and finish this. I made a lot of promises that I didn't keep.So there's that. I won't enact any self-pity, or be foolishly obsessed. What I did was wrong, and I must deal with it. I let down readers. And I apologize.I hope I can find forgiveness. This is a writer's sin.I won't promise I'll finish this. I intend to finish this, at some point, because writing is fun and I want to write. But how things are don't reflect that. Maybe I'll finish this at some point. Maybe I won't. I won't be naive to make that promise.I thank everyone who has read this if this is the end. If not, and hopefully not, I thank everyone who is to read future chapters. I thank everyone who allowed me to live in the miniscule little dream of mine as I passed my days. I thank everyone who cares enough to read this. Until next time, peace everyone. Thank you. You are all great readers and great people. I wish everyone the best in whatever reading/writing endeavors follow you henceforth.
