𝓐nastasia Kane, the Ark's princess. Given the title by everyone in the ark and they treated her that way. Her father said that people just liked Anastasia so much that they would do anything for her but she knew the 24 hour guards on her were placed there by her father.
She was the shining star of the ark, while the majority of the teens were in lockup including many of her childhood friends, Anastasia never once shown any type of defiance. The Ark's princess was the Ark's first choice of leadership when her time came.
She had one weakness, she was soft from her years of being cared for. She didn't have what it took to make hard decisions, or send anyone to death. She was the princess in line for the crown without any strength to hold up the crown.
"Princess" her father spoke walking into their "house" it was bigger than the others but big didn't mean much on the ark. In reality, big meant that they both were able to have their independent rooms, along with a living room, and a small area for a workspace.
"Yes?" She questioned as he walked into the room with his hands folded around his back. He wasn't ones for gifts but when he had one he pulled the same move, the same one he was pulling right now. As if he could pretend that nothing was hiding behind his back with his arms contorted.
Two guards stood with him, but they weren't the guards she usually saw on a everyday business as they walked her to and from places around the Ark. The guards were put there by her father to protect "the Ark's Future". That in the sense just meant they had moved their way under the thumb of Kane.
The new guards standing in the room had rough exterior and didn't seem to be amused by the unfamiliar sight of the Ark's princess. Any regular member of the Ark treated a sighting of Anastasia like a royal passing on a chariot, she was a renounced sight on the ship.
Her father ran up to her side giving the object behind his back which was a box, a wooden box, to one of the guards. Anastasia stared at the box in confusion, as the guard held it in his hand like it was a crown about to be placed on her head.
She knew it had to be something special because wood wasn't an easy find on the Ark, any wood, along with paper was ancient, and possibly a family heirloom. He held out his hands and placed them on hers. Her attention was taken off the box onto her hands encompassed in her fathers.

She wondered why her father would keep the guards around for this event. It seemed like an extra precaution that wasn't needed, they were both safe in their house, all threats were eliminated
"You are so very special to me Princess, and you are special to the Ark, but soon the Ark won't be around, so you have to rule over something else" he began as the guards still stood at attention. His words cut deep, as she grew confused, the Ark was the only thing left that hadn't been destroyed, it was the only thing that could be counted on.
"What are you talking about? The Ark won't be around?" She had so many questions, she knew that the Ark was beginning to have problems but she would never go far enough to say that the Ark wasn't going to be around.
"Something is happening today, Princess, and the council decided that they are going to need a leader, and we want that to be you" the guard walked towards them handing Kane the box walking off keeping a closer distance. Anastasia wanted to snap at them, tell them to back off, but she wasn't that type of person, or at least she wasn't meant to be that type of person.
Her father opened the box revealing two objects one matched the oldness of the box the other one looked newer that her dress. She took a second looking at the pieces of jewelry, finding the older one to be more interesting.
"These pieces are going to change our life" he uttered setting the box down on the table. The walkie on the guards belt came through muffled but still coherent as it talked about a launch approaching.
Her father shot the guard a look as one stepped back to a area where she couldn't hear him as the other muted his radio, "Here" he picked up the old necklace that had the decoration of a black diamond stone, the clasp was parted to fit around her neck as her closed it, as it fell in on her chest.
"I love it" she chimed, touching the jewel on her chest. If this was the olden days, people would have clamored at her just to get the gem that laid upon her chest, but now, there was no money value, just sentimental.
"You're not going to love this" her father wheezed nodding to the guards, as the silver bracelet was gone out of the box, as held gently in his hand. The guards began collapsing on her, as her arms were twisted behind, the pain was rough, as she hissed at the abrupt motion she wasn't used to feeling. She was meant to be treated like a innocent girl, the guards had never touched her in this type of way before.

She still had no clue what was going on but the guards faced made it seem like it was her death day. She pushed the guard away and tried to escape but there was nowhere to go. The other guard was blocking the exit with his shock baton out and powered up. He lunged at her but she ran away trapped in a corner.
"Stop!" He father yelled at the guards. "She's not like the others" he added running towards them with the bracelet in his hand.
"What's going on dad?" She asked with tears flooding in her eyes. Her father broke through the guards pushing them away, taking his daughter into his arms, setting her down on the couch.
"You're being sent to earth, you and 100 other criminals" he said looking in her eyes. She looked at him in utter shock, a panic attack broke through her as she saw herself boiling in the radiation. She watched the films they showed about the effects of radiation on humans in class, and she couldn't help but put herself in their shoes.
"Why me?" She questioned as the tears rolled down her eyes.
"Because you are a leader and we need someone to help civilize the 100, you are that person" her father answered.
"I'm going to die" Anastasia broke out.
"No, we don't have much time, Princess, just listen to me" he stroked her face as the guard approached her this time her father latched her in the chair with his arms as the bracelet was strapped onto her wrist the needles poke into her skin stinging Anastasia rest as she shuddered at the closing of the bracelet upon her arm.
"They're going to take you to the drop ship" her father said letting go of her as the guards looped their arms around hers lifting her up.
"Why can't you?" She questioned shaking off the guards as she bent her arms around their's bringing them to unlatch.
"Because, you're supposed to be a prisoner, that's the only way they will listen to you" he said letting the guards grab hold of her. "I love you princess" he said as she was being carried off.
The guards hold on her was loose and she could easily slip out of it. As soon as the door shut on her father she broke out of the hold and began running down the hallway. She jumped passed people but they all stared in shock as the Ark's princess was running away from the guards. A sight they never thought they would see. Her breakaway was ruined when she ran into a heavy body. A brunette haired man looked at her with his chocolate eyes. They weren't cold like most of the guards expressions were, she thought he would let her go.
"I got her" the guard remarked nudging his hat down hiding his identity as they other guards caught up. She lost hope, she continued to silently pled to the only guard that showed humanity.
"She's going to the drop ship, she almost got free" the guard with the shock baton said walking closer to Anastasia. She pulled herself away latching onto the other guard. She felt a hidden hand hold her to him in a calm matter.
"I'll take her, i'm going that way anyway" the guard replied seeing the wristband latched to her wrist. It was the criminal's wristband but Anastasia was no criminal.
"She's a fierce one, make sure she doesn't get away" the other guard said chuckling a little bit causing the next guard to chuckle along. The guard holding her let out a small half-hearted laugh before turning around and taking her to the drop ship. He walked out of time and his footsteps were sloppy, the only thing guard like about him was his grip on her, strong and firm.
"Please let me go" she pleaded, if he was new then maybe he would have a heart and let her free.
"No can do, Princess" he said with a softer, joking voice, causing Anastasia to perk up and try to turn around to meet his face. She didn't recognize him, but small curls started to protruded from his hat, and in his hoister wasn't the issued gun she could tell how the markings were rubbed off. No guard would have a rubbed off gun.
"You aren't a guard" she whispered they continued walking.
"It's true what they say about you, you're smart" he replied as they reached the drop ship doors the other guards have left and doors was still opened probably for her.
"You don't have to put me on here" she said as he pushed her into the ship.
"I do, because you are my ticket" he said walking in strapping her in before stepping down the stairs, instantly the doors began shutting. She was curious about the guard, but everyone else was curious about her

I Was Reincarnated as Someone's Mana??
My name is Magnus Karlsson, and by a series of rather unfortunate events that I had absolutely no say in, I was killed and reincarnated. In this story, you will follow Magnus as he tries his very best to survive in a world that's been thrown into chaos, together with the man whose mana he is, Allan Woodsworth. Well, not a man per se, more of a little boy who has no idea what the fuck is going on, but, you know... I'm sure it'll be fine. Nothing bad will happen to the pair. Nope. No abandoned kids here. Anyhow. The world that Magnus has been thrown into is one perversed by the will of a great mage who, three thousand years ago, decided that it would be a great idea to infuse all the people of the earth with so-called "orbs". These magical crystals allow their handler to control and generate mana, which they can then use to become mages. Most barely use them, since the mana cost of doing such a little thing as a fireball spell is absolutely ridiculous. Said mage, Theodore Cromwell, Magnus used his resources to infuse not only humans with orbs, but animals as well, giving rise to what the mage community calls "horrid perversions of nature", but what the common folk calls "monsters". Orbs can be used for much, and it is through orbs that people keep track on their level of mana and such, and destroying the orb of a monster is A, the only way to kill it and B, a good way to absorb extra mana and raise ones level. It is such an orb that Magnus has been tranformed into. ------ To those that care, I'm very sorry about the title, it's just that, well, it's very good to be blunt about isekais like this since people such as myself search precisely for this, so having super-serious names like "The Magnus of the World of Orbs" would turn people wanting a simple and fun isekai off. I hope you give this story a fair chance! ------ Edit: IWRASM now has a deviantart page!!! https://www.deviantart.com/thefunartcorner
