《The Recycled Alpha (Book 1) ✔》Chapter 27

Ryan's P.O.V
My wolves slammed into the pack warriors that were guarding the border to Michael's land.
The warriors were knocked on their ass as we ran past them, heading to the main packhouse.
A siren rose.
"Watch your backs. That's the warning for an attack.", I said.
The wolves kept their ears perked up as they slammed into warriors who tried to get into their way.
John ran beside me, panting slightly.
He looked at me as I looked at him, giving me a nod. I returned the nod and ran even faster, John trying to keep up with me.
I skidded to a stop infront of the packhouse.
Micheal was there.
"State your business on my packlands Alpha.", Michael ordered.
I shifted, my silver hair covering most of my nudity.
John shifted also and took a bag from a wolf, grabbing out a pair of shorts and a shirt for me.
John put on the shorts as I slid on the shirt.
Looking at Micheal, I smirked.
"I'm here to declare war on your pack, Michael."
"Who even are you? Are you that new pack that rose from absolutely nothing except for a few old runts?", Micheal growled.
My smirk grew. "Well, Micheal, I thought you would recognize your own daughter. You know, the one you threw out to die in No Man's Land?"
Micheal's face paled and I just smirked some more.
"Attack!", Micheal ordered his pack.
I shifted as his wolves slammed into mine.
As I bit the neck of a wolf, I noticed Micheal running into the woods, a few of his wolves following him.
"Beta Dominic, Everett, Gamma Dina, and Delta Grayson, with me!", I growled.
They followed me as we ran into the woods, chasing Micheal and his followers.

We dodged trees and jumped over fallen legs as we ran, pumping our legs hard.
Dominic jumped and landed on a wolf, taking the wolf down as they wrestled.
Dina was next, grabbing a wolf by one of their back legs and yanking her down to the ground.
Everett took down the next one, taking the wolf's tail in his mouth and yanking back as hard as he could.
Now it was just Grayson and I chasing down one wolf and Micheal.
Grayson lunged and tackled the wolf to the ground, biting at his face.
As I passed them, I felt the Beta power.
Beta Luca.
"What a bitch.", Blake snorted.
I focused in on Micheal, my vision darkening around the edges and my senses getting sharper.
All I could see was him.
Which was bad on my part.
Micheal ran into a clearing and as I lunged at him, 4 warriors grabbed me out of the air.
I thrashed, snarling and baring my teeth at Micheal.
"I wouldn't do that Ryan. We wouldn't want your little mate to get hurt, would we?", Micheal taunted.
I stopped thrashing around and shifted.
"Leave my mate out of this!", I snarled.
Micheal shook his head. "See, I can't do that. He's my sacrifice to the Moon Goddess."
I lunged but was stopped by the warriors holding me.
"Let him go! Sacrifice me!", I yelled.
"But you're not as strong as your little mate. He's a Tribal wolf and all you are is a weak, pathetic, mutt.", Micheal said.
Micheal stepped out of my line of vision and what I saw broke my wolf and I.
My mate was chained down with silver on a rock, lying down on his stomach as he laid naked infront of every wolf there.

Which was a lot.
Faintly, I could still hear the battle going on at the main packhouse, but all I zeroed in on was how terrified my mate looked.
I didn't even get to have happy moments with him before he was taken from me.
"Dylan, why don't you have a little fun with him before he dies?", Micheal said.
It was then that I noticed Dylan standing next to my mate. Dylan had a healing gash on his cheek.
"Colton did a number on him.", Blake mused.
Dylan undid his belt and his pants, taking out his thick member.
I then understood what was about to happen.
Right before my eyes.
I started thrashing even worse and more warriors moved in to hold me still, one pulling out a needle and injecting me with the greenish liquid.
A searing sensation filled my veins.
Wolvesbane.
Colton screamed as Dylan slammed into him and I felt the pain my mate felt.
Dylan's grunts reached my ears as I hung there limply, not able to do anything.
"Fight it Ryan.", Selene said.
She gripped my chin and forced me to look at her.
"They can't see me Ryan, only you can. But you need to fight. For your mate. He needs you and the future is clear now.
If you don't get up, you're mate will die.", Selene said.
"I... can't...", I mumbled.
"Yes you can! Your mate is going to die if you don't get up!", Selene whispered
Selene touched my ear and I heard a little more clearly. Dylan's grunts were louder, but what gave me the drive was my mate.
His whimpers of pain and yelps.
My head slowly rose as Selene pulled away.
A fire burned in me and I could feel Blake breaking the chains the wolvesbane had on her.
Without warning, I was up and shoving the warriors off of me. Snapping one's neck, I kicked the other one in the stomach before punching another in the head.
My wolves flooded the clearing, taking out the warriors that tried to tame me.
I shifted, slamming into Dylan, flinging him off of my mate.
Using my jaws, I broke the silver chains holding my mate down and he slid off of the rock, huddling against it's base.
Dylan tackled me from the side, taking my attention away from my mate.
I snarled and circled Dylan, my lips curled up and exposing my teeth.
My vision darkened and my senses sharpened.
Dylan made the first move, biting at my cheek.
I was quick, my bloodlust and anger getting the best of me instead of savoring the kill.
I wrapped my jaws around Dylan's head and clamped down.
Dylan's head crushed in my mouth and I dropped his limp form.
I turned around to go back to my mate when I found Micheal holding my mate up and a knife held to his chest.
My mate was breathing heavily and his eyes met mine.
"I'm already in love with you too.", he mouthed before Micheal plunged the knife into his chest.
